Why not keep things simple and use the PBH races? I mean, if they are citizens.

Otherwise, there's 5etool it has a list of all the official and UA content(and some odd things).

Use the menu to select Player, and then Races. If I didn't do so for you.

thank you both, I'll look into both and I'm going to hang out with my sister, who got me into DnD, and her roomie, who got her into it, and have them help me as well.
