I have received your gift and am very grateful for it. Thank you very kindly. If I recall, 2017 is when the staff managed to get Lanzer return. He is their best tech person, in my opinion. He really does his best to hold things together.

Hi Rak! I don't remember exactly when I joined either (though I could look it up maybe) and I know I came for the fishing at first! Zomg had recently started I recall. This was on my first account, SmokeyDawn, which dissapeared during my brief absence and Gaia said I'd been hacked!? sad So this is my second account and I miss Backyard Monsters too!!

That is sad. One of my accounts was also hacked. I came for the little games, too. Fishing was my favorite since it was more challenging. Were able to retrieve some of your items? Are you having trouble getting enough gold for your wish list?

I have been on Gaia since 2004, I have had numerous accounts through the years though. This is my main, hopefully, my last account. I had a habit of getting bored then starting over or I would lose access to the email for the account and couldn't log in because I forgot the password. I'm just now coming out of a long hiatus, 2+ years or so? I would pop on a bit but it was never consistent. I hope that now I can commit to being active. I took a hiatus for a bunch of reasons, the state of the site was hard for me. I hated seeing the broken features and the slow progress when it came to fixing things. I also used to be a bit problematic on Gaia when I was younger. It was time for a break to take time to reflect and figure out what I wanted to do. Now that I'm on Gaia again I'm hoping I can stay active. I do want to see the site improve and hopefully thrive again.
