A damaged tower with smoke bleeding from its walls and the village gate in the distance still spouting a waft of steam from the second tower. The scene wasn't pretty. " My comrads have had to turn an attack procedure into a search and assassinate with the other half now dealing a rescue assignment Our forces were en route to a vital village tower where an exceptionally skilled Uchiha has caused exceptional trouble. Our forces at the gates relayed information before meeting trouble themselves." The agent too then had to stop and take his own advice to breathe. The genin was the wrong person to get upset with. " Please tell me all you know."

Toki forced himself to follow the breathings instructions pressured onto him by the masked man. He knew that he had to calm down, but internally he wondered how long it would take before Chai found out that he got played. He felt needles in his skin at the idea of being drawn and quartered by those incredibly intimidating people. However, he needed to take a breath now. Once he had a chance to gather his thoughts, he was sure that he....
And then the fire.
'Oh no.' Toki thought as his open mouth hung in a gasp. The damage was so catastrophic from what Chai promised. He felt vindicated in breaking his promised, but wished that his fellow Zelelist held to his word. His mind was racing at all of the innocent people who were brutally being burned alive by the waves of black fire. His eyes stared blankly at the chaos until the masked man forced him back into reality; Toki jolting as though dazed. "An Uchiha? I don't...." He began to say, but his mind started to connect the dots. The sharingan was known as a dojutsu with a red coloring. Ito, Chai's friend, had a pink tint to her glowing eyes back when she merrily attempted to intimidate himself and Alice. "I think the one you're looking for is a woman named Ito. Her accomplice stated that he and the masked bone... creepy person were both here on her account. So it stands to reason that she would be the one causing the most devastation." As Toki's eyes returned to the black fire, he recalled that Chai told him that the group was there for a purpose. Whatever that purpose was, there's no way setting fire to a guard tower was the ultimate end goal. "You said that your comrades were dealing with another accomplice? My source didn't name a fourth party." He said with his arms folded. If there was a fourth member to the team, then there could be others as well. This meant that Toki had to keep his guard up, since he couldn't be sure that they haven't managed to infiltrate the village.

If you were in my position you would be aware that resources, naturally guarded, at the gates are closely connected to the resources at the tower behind me." All four metal bits were on display for Toki to see with just one piece separate from the other three to paint a better picture. "This pink-eyed Ito may be a leader. But this Uchiha female may also be a leader but that's an operative's hunch. She's highly skilled, nonetheless." He then tilted the fourth, singular metal piece to roll into his other palm. All four metal bits tinkling together. "The contents of that tower are worthwhile to something supplementing your safety as a villager. Something you should never take for granted. It was installed by Lady Lahlil and if that tells you anything then you know everything. That's a woman who has lived through about as many tumultuous, village-wide happenings as I have." The agent closes his palm and ultimately chucks the bits in the direction of the vulture. The awkwardly perched bird had been eyeballing his companion's hands closely and eagerly stretches its neck to gobble the strange airborne metal bits like performing a showy trick for Toki. "So what about the others? Did you accomplice tell you his name? Could you tell me your name?"

"Toki Suntory." Toki said as soon as his name was asked. He intently listened to the information, as it confirmed that there was in fact another accomplice. Given the information that he had from Chai, he knew that they were all there for a purpose. He wished that he knew what purpose could be. "For their names, I know that the bone manipulator is named Rabu. My informant... never gave their name." As he spoke about Chai, he suddenly found himself unable to disclose information about him. His eyes flashed panic about his internal conflict, but he continued his report. "The three I fought were all there for Ito. She was the one in charge, and it was from the loyalty she commanded that she pulled the other two. If there are more accomplices, then Ito may still be in control of it all." Toki realized that he needed to gather more information about these forces. There was no way that he could let them escape. "I can't stand here and do nothing. Since you are aware, you need to alert all of the ninja in Konoha. Maybe if enough of a riot arises these ninja will flee." He said before he disappeared into a body flicker. He needed to return to the gates to finish what he started.

Almost immediately upon Coda signing the paper work and setting down the pen, a figure appeared in the corner of the room. It was certainly a female, wearing leather armor and a fox anbu mask. "I was told that there was a new recruit to be tested." The figure would say to Yō, him pointing out that Coda was in fact the new recruit. The fox mask anbu tilted their head up and down, quite obviously looking Coda over. "Huh. Can't imagine why they are letting you take the test. Don't seem like anything special to me." The feminine voice continued, approaching Coda and snatching the paperwork out of Coda's hand. Fox immediately adjusted the paper and investigated it. "Paperwork here seems to be in order. Let's get going. I'm sure the test won't take you more than five minutes to fail and I can get back to actual work." Fox said to Coda before tucking the paper away in her leather clothing and grabbing another stack of paperwork nearby. The woman would then begin to leave, not checking to see if Coda was following her or not.

If the snatching and insulting bothered Coda she didn't show it. In fact it was a sign of encouragement that she wasn't considered to be worth much. If they'd missed connecting her to something as brash as the sieging of Zaishin's gates, then she was probably ready for whatever this lot could throw at her. The woman shrugged her jacket back up onto her shoulders as she stood from the table and one of her tattoos shifted its way up to her cheek in the form of a cute little kitten. "See you around, mouser." She said with a wink that the kitten duplicated before turning with a smirk and following the mask off towards wherever the hell they thought they'd torment her into submission.

Stilettos accompanied by long legs gracefully strolled into the office at a slow pace. At the ankles were cuffs attached by a long draping chain limiting them to delicate yet meticulously placed steps. The chain dragging slowly across the ground sounding over the floors surface in correspondence with it's imperfections and all. Upon a full observation from the floor up stood a poised figure dressed up minimalistic in every sense of the word. Her face would hardly be remembered by the end of any interaction although seeming to hint at an allusive detail of perfection despite the angle of perception or ideal of beauty held by each individual present. Her beauty undeniable yet she bared no exotic features other than bright emerald eyes with halos that came to life like a wild animal. Her true nature revealed through her eyes of course as her casual gaze and gentle aversion of the eyes created an air of lust and playfulness. She did not look to or from anyone or anything in particular, but merely took in the environment as a wild creature would as she paced through the room. What she was looking for was even unclear to herself although she knew exactly where she was, the Kage's Office of course. Yet, she had no real purpose here, just mere curiosity... she was looking to see where she may fit in or maybe where to find a bit of excitement if nothing else. She said nothing, she never did... she had not spoken for years now but everyone was accustomed to her awkward behavior or immediately adapted to her. Everyone understood Kaia and Kaia understood all. It was this little detail that made her seem so care free and disrespectful yet seemingly always forgiven or accepted in the end. Without words she would smile glancing over anyone present and they would all feel greeted as if she had given them a warm and polite greeting. The feeling transcended her actions leaving those around her oblivious to fact that she had not uttered a single word.

Kaia would sit at the desk as if she were the Kage, with a dull gaze. Her legs crossed as her chain dangled from one ankle and pooled around her other foot that was placed on the ground. Her arms crossed and tucked as she awaited some activity. It seemed someone need to set the example for a new pace. It was never fun being the spark of things, but it always paid off. ....Sitting there Kaia knew she was going to want to kill a bird or something in the near future. It was a random itch.
A figure announced himself moments before he gripped the back of the chair. The transition from one Hokage to another under mysterious circumstances had kept Intelligence officers on their toes. They didn't need anyone getting any bold ideas. The operative was firm, unimpressed, and he didn't take too well to visitors who didn't go through the gauntlet of people on previous floors to speak with the Hokage as only a few had that privilege without suspect. " You'll trip on those if you're not careful," He spoke in reference to the unconventional shoe accessories he couldn't miss when the woman flagrantly entered. Can I help you?" The operative wasn't blatantly armed with any weapons or resources drawn, but he was in his full grey uniform. His address was firm as if he didn't approve of her choice of seating in a room where someone of high authority worked.

Kaia smiled excited to see someone alive although by now she had urge to kill it for how long she was unoccupied. Looking up she responded without saying a single word, but he would hear these words anyway.... and only he would hear these words. ~between you and i. I would like to kill something and if I am not careful I may... not that i need a babysitter... though i kinda do... im trying to put myself in sight before i make a mistake... yet part of me is looking for fun... however fun to me is troublesome for many...-
Kaia turned the chair around placing both feet on the ground. -if you want to tire me out... to protect someone from my idle time... you’d be doing a service not only for me but for society as a whole-
Kaia did not say any of that but the man alone would hear those words. She doubt he would entertain her words even if they were an obvious red flag.
-im fragile in reality but id love a good work out...- Also words she didnt say but her eye contact seemed to relay those words quite easily. The man could be puzzled but it was best not to over think the sutuation.

"How..." The operative's reply trailed off. He was confused and off-put by a voice in his head. "How are you doing that?" But he scoffed and shook his head. He waved a gentle motion outward. A wordless request to at least rise and scoot to the other side of the desk. "Please get out of the chair. We had an issue with chairs and genin pulling wild things lately. I would want to avoid my comrades getting the wrong idea. It's for your safety." The operative sighs once more and nods. " Alright. So. You're telling me that you want work?"

Kaia giggled for a brief moment as the operative responded, his character was quite beautiful. Kaia lived for observation of human behavior, it's the reason why she strangled cute animals and humans until their eyes rolled to the back of their heads. Kaia liked when people asked politely especially when the chances were that anyone else would have been forceful about it. ~I can respect that...~ She would not say that outwardly not just because she was set in her ways, but because she liked to speak on her own terms ... the logic almost sounded exactly like she was stuck in her ways, but there was definitely a principle behind it all.... Kaia stood brushing her lap off casually and looking downs her chains jingled as her feet shuffled. ~Speak!? Absolutely not!!!~ She would look to the man with furrowed brows and a cute attitude used as the basis for her joke. ~Why would I do that when you look absolutely ridiculous having a very comprehensive monologue?~ Kaia covered her mouth and giggled. Letting the joke slide she heard something about work... ~As for work... hell the fluff no... a job? Manual labor? Now that's just down low disgusting...~ She joked, but she really did not want a job unless ~Unless... you have dignified job and I don't mean retail manager.... And if so it best be founded in killing the customers...~ That wasn't a joke, Kaia looked into the operatives face with no signs of joking or laughter this time around and boy did she hold that stare.

The operatives mask was still. His head was still. From behind the black holes in his mask his sights squared onto the girl. Ridiculous, she says. Do I?his thoughts echo to himself a question. Do I really want to bother roping in Sadayo from whatever diplomatic humdrum she's occupied with? No. She probably wouldn't be able to distance herself from those Strom guys. Man, I hope they're alright. Oh. Well. I guess this girl can hear my thoughts too. . No matter the odds, the operative still felt inclined describe the basics. Who knows, maybe this young person passed the requirements for ninja but for reasons that clashed with his own ideas. Were his ideas good? Can't say but he was in a high position himself for a black operative. "Young lady. I'm a special operative of the intelligence agency under the authority of Director Soga Sadayo. I have been tasked with handling shinobi matters and dictating how our resources should handle immediate crises to assist the Hokage, also Soga Sadayo." The young lady was apparently content with her shadowy superior being amusing. He spared a moment wondering if she were fully aware what his uniform, mask, and attempts to keep a firm mind on the matter meant in terms of responsibilities and where he stood in the ranks. What he was allowed to do. In short, this operative didn't take well that their shared line of work was thought of as a freebie for slaughter. At least this guest was remembering decent manners of conversation.
"I am not an employment office eager to swivel you into a future of barbering or cremation services. Neither will I ever ask you to commit a baseless murder of civilians."
He moves in a few steps, sliding the chair back under the desk, warily of this unusual trickle of conversation. "The work I am instructed to offer is designed for shinobi." He snapped his fingers. In the shadows, where the operative had been pteciously observing, the popping snap stirs another figure to come out. A massive, lustrous bearded vulture hopped and fluttered. Making its return to perch on the head of a sturdy pole just a few feet away. "It is hard work, tedious work that will vary in accordance to whatever shinobi rank I am assuming you have. Work that should suit your strengths would be ideal for the genin starting out. Stray from it and you will fail." He wouldn't allow the front his mask to stray from this unusual person, not even to glance at the unusual chains from her ankles. Hopefully tree branches and oppoennts would be kind to her ankle wear in the future. " If the Hokage were in this room she would expect the highest regard and efficiency for whatever task she gives you from picking up liter to the assassination of crime lords. All requiring manual labor. Our village's prosperity thrives on manual labor, even in the military." He leaned onto the edge of the desk. The dark, empty holes still leering over the equally unusual attire. His obscured brows beginning to furrow. Wasting his thought power in the why's and how's this none's outfit worked on the battlefield would have to be passed up on for now. "Now, if you can't stumble upon rogue infiltrators and want a free pass to murder and be respectable, join up with a cattle farm. Slay pigs?" No joke. He shrugged his shoulders upon the first item he could think of. The operative was as serious as he could been with his off-the-wall recommendation to professionally handle pigs for slaughter. HIs sights then covertly wander over the girl's head and into some space above. The sealing process occupying the Hokage in the bowels of the enigmatic forest of Takijinsei above shouldn't be taking this long.You should be back by now. Just as he had for his precious guests, the operative poses the question for her name again. "Could you tell me your name, please? I don't have the luxury of a mind reader.' A name should get things moving.

Kaia was left standing there and listening with a blank stare... ~yes i read minds....~ She lied giving a pause... then ha’d in laughter. ~No I don’t read minds... You’re just being very open in your expression and it speaks volumes. Anyway I figured your occupation... my eyes are as intrusive as the the nature of our conversation...~ Kaia wanted to laugh again but enough laughter had taken place on her behalf. ~you’re not the kind of operative im looking for.. ~ Kaia’s mouth would slightly gape open “I am Kaia Gaia Uzumaki.... “ Kaia was disappointed, she wanted a dirty scum bag operative with malicious intentions. She sighed ~so boring~ She was getting upset and then there was her itch to strangle a bird that was pending.... Kaia would sigh once more ~you gonna strangle that big @$$ pigeon?” Her head tilting to indicate towards the vulture... She knew he knew what would happen if he said no... the fact that it could talk should have made it a bit clear that it was off limits but Kaia just thought of it as a big stupid bird. After who had his birth certificate? ~Idk where the Hokage is but if you are trying to let me know she’s dealing with scum bags, ya gonna have to express that a little more directly. I can pick up thr internal dialogue but not your thoughts per say~ Kaia paused... ~well not as simply as what is occurring at the moment with your body language and small changes in display... i could....~ She discontinued then laughed playfully ~Nevermind I’d be saying too much~ She almost gave away the secret to her technique despite that it seemed she had disclosed so much as is.
