Who are they?: Did you just make a loud noise in her Library? Oh dear, you are in trouble now. This lovely lady Once Upon a Time was a warrior, which is hard to believe now when you look at her. She is stern and knows how to handle all types of people. But she is not lax when it comes to lackadaisical sorts running amok in her Library.

Who are they?: This librarian tends her troves of knowledge with a stern glare and an iron hoof. It used to hurt her feelings to hear young fillies and colts - and sometimes even their parents - call her an 'Ol' Battleaxe', but no longer! Now she owns it, and is more determined that ever to keep those noisy - messy - uncultured ponies at forelegs' length. A few kind words could go a long way toward warming up the glare in those icy blue eyes, but erm...do you really want to take that risk?
