The Patent Office is where items made by diligent workers and ninja that contribute directly to the village's defenses and resources are posted. The patent office is a look into the defense and resources available to villagers. For those who simply don't want to put out the effort to craft an item, they can instead purchase them or pick one up here. Meanwhile said diligent workers can be paid for their efforts or just genuinely feel good about contributing to their village as a whole.
Knowing Your Crafting Slots:
An Individual has the following from each of the eight crafting trees unless otherwise stated. Taking or purchasing an item will use up one of those slots in said Crafting Tree until the item is either discarded or destroyed. Basic: Infinite Advanced: 4 Special: 2 Legendary: 1
The contributions made to Arashigakure are broken into three categories.
Village Defenses/Resources:
Village Defenses are typically items of legendary quality. They are items that contribute to the village as a whole and not a singular individual. These items and creations are Donated to the benefit of the village in either protecting it in some way or another. Many of these are usually under the direct jurisdiction of the Kage and his advisory.
Contributions:
Contributions are items that do not get mass produced. Essentially a contribution is placed in the patent office for anyone to take. Contributions are essentially free game and a workers charity for unloading excess product to competent individuals. Taking a contribution as stated in the beginning will take up one of the individual's claiming its Crafting Slots of the appropriate tree. Contributions cannot be taken by the same user who made the item i.e [Necroplant] made an item for contribution. None of his other Rpc's may receive that contribution.
Patented:
A patented product essentially means your donating your work, blueprint, and design to Arashigakure to be mass produced and distributed among the populace. Every patented product will earn the creator ryo equivalent to half the sale price. Sales prices are negotiable and decided by the creator but the primary guideline for those who do not wish to set a price is 1.5x the cost of the listed material used to make it. The users other rpcs may not purchase a Patented Item if they created it.

Techniques that would block sensory detection also block this effect but not the zooming function.

SUNSET OVERIVE Rank: [X] Description: An attack which causes the plasma 'chain' of the weapon to go into overdrive for [3] posts. When an attack lands it does not apply [Degradation] but bypasses armor defenses entirely cutting straight through armors and shields immediately destroying them should the technique land depending on the defenses rank. Requires Very Light [ E ], Light [ D ], Medium [ C ], 4 [ B ]. Chakra armors equal to [ X ]-rank. Non-Crafted Customs [ S ], Crafted Customs [ S+ ]. After the technique ends the weapon loses its lightening element and its [Double Down] ability becoming a normal blade for [2] posts.

Lightneing Lash Rank: [Null-X] Description: Can produce a whip of lightning from one's palms. The whip may extend up to [60] feet. The whip can be used with whip Bukijutsu applying them with the {Raiton} element. Alternatively, it can be used as an X-rank Raiton attack. The whip lasts as long as the chakra that was used to comprise it or until de-activated.
Lightening Line Rank: [X] Description: The user reproduces the whip-like lightning from their palms only it assumes a solid-state. This can thus be used as a grappling hook and a rappelling line. When used will then start to pull the user from their Point A to Point B either using tensile force or rappelling force. Can attach to opponents and either pull them towards the user or the user towards them if it lands. When rappelling only techniques of an [X]-rank higher than the chakra spent can be used to hit an opponent. Essentially a fancier dodge. These lines don't cause any physical damages directly.
Overcharge Rank: [X] Description: Increases a users [Strength] [] by a [2] amount per rank for [3] posts. After the user loses a [1] amount of [Strength] per rank for [2] posts.

Description: To add whimsy to travel and to the village and for some overall fun, in general, the sky skate was made to traverse clouds. However, there are strict laws which prohibit civilian sky skating outside the Arashi border as tempting as it may be to prevent injury and unfortunate accidents.
Cloud Skimmer: Rank - [ D {Sustain} ] Description: Pay paying a D-rank amount of sustain or utilizing the chakra in the battery the Sky Skate can ride on any surface that is a cloud or condensed water particles as if one was skating. It can additionally ride on water surfaces. If in the air the user glides by skating whilst also descending. Its important to note if the Sky Skate runs out of battery it will no longer slow a descent.
Jet Skate: Rank - [ C ] Description: By expending a C-rank amount of chakra from the battery or the wearer the use can propel themselves up to [30]-feet in an immediate direction. This feature is disabled on the child models of the [Sky Skate]
Character:The Village of Arashigakure Name:Arashigakure Airship [Model Trade] Crafting Type: Advanced Tech
Description: Reverse Engineered from the UHV sky ships Arashigakure has developed of a fleet of Air Ships all their own. The blueprint is well kept although perhaps some consultation with the kage's associate may result in the ability to purchase one of one's own custom design. Standard issue these airships collect ambient chakra to enable their flight. The basic Arashi models were formerly made for trade but a Sky pirate raid made for the inclusion of defenses. Capable of housing 40 men each the [Tradeship] isn't particularly threatening as it also has no weapons.
Hard Wood: Rank - [ Null ] Description: The [Trade Ship] reduces damages as if it had a Endurance DR of [12] this ineffective against Ninjutsu. Airships go through Degradation but may be repaired by its crewmen accordingly whilst onboard. Doing so takes all those individuals activation's to repair 1-rank of Degradation.
Character:The Village of Arashigakure Name:T-tech: Singularity Crafting Type: Advanced Tech
Description: A series of devices which are sold to those on the field T-tech were made with the intent to supplement the Arashigakuran military. The Singularity was made to dispose of widespread damages but also serve as a powerful counteroffensive to those who exploit widespread damages.
Singularity: Rank - [ Battery ] Description: Requiring the purchase of a battery which is then slotted into the bomb-like device {max:320}. The T-tech: Singularity cannot function without a battery. When the bomb-like device is thrown and a button pressed beforehand a small singularity like black hole is formed. This black hole will then persist for [2] posts and suck in any chakra manifestations in a thread for that duration including the users until A. The battery reaches capacity to which the device explodes in an [X-rank] explosion equal to the batteries capacity or B. Its duration ends in which it will explode equally to the X-rank of what chakra entities it sealed inside OR explode in a tiny harmless spark. The user is not immune to the explosion. The device is to be used sparingly and it is capable of causing significant surrounding destruction. The explosions extend up to 10ft per rank. These are costly disposable items. Requiring both the initial ryo and the investment in a battery. Each one, however, consumes [1] Advanced tech crafting slot however until used.
Character:The Village of Arashigakure Name:T-tech: Ikarus Wings {Joke Being Ikarus is a pun of Icarus because Ika means squid} Crafting Type: Advanced Tech
Description: A series of devices which are sold to those on the field T-tech were made with the intent to supplement the Arashigakuran military. The Ikarus wing was designed for more versatile air ops without the reliance on having a wind nature. Essentially not unlike a jet pack the wings have a stand by and active mode. While in standby the battery recharges through solar energy at a rate of [5] per post.
Air Superiority: Rank - [ C ] Description: Requiring the purchase of a battery which is then slotted into the device {max:320}. The user then can fly freely directly draining from the device's battery draining a C-amount per post it's active. When in standby will regenerate [5] chakra to the battery so long as the sun is out.
Description: The 0C-T09 is an advanced prosthetic that attaches to ones back. Up to two can be worn comfortably on the lower and upper back assuming there is nothing inhibiting, and when worn allows for overall greater utility by conferring extra limbs or allowing those who have lost their limbs a second chance. They are by no means perfect but sturdy enough to get a job done
Kōyō: {Utility} Rank - [None] Description: The extra limbs allow extra limbs for the use of Bukijutsu and Taijutsu, However, using them to do so incurs an additional B-rank cost in Chakra that cannot be reduced for this function. The extra limbs do not confer extra activation's simply greater range and utility. The limbs draw from the battery first, a battery can only be refilled when out of combat. For all future uses, it will draw from the main chakra pool until the battery is refilled. The durability of the limbs aside when being used with a technique by default is B and will resist and endure attacks of said rank or lower without incurring damages but is treated as though it were a shield in terms of Degradation starting at B.
