Grandasia
The Forgotten Light

Prologue

Long ago during the Grandeur Period 229 a2: Grandasia fell into darkness. A dark figure stood from afar on a cliff high at the peaks of the mountain. He spells shattered the sky and collapsed the light into the abyss. Prison in a box and chained deep within a case covered by the blood of heroes. Grandasia soon became the chapter of shadows. Renown as the Forgotten Light. Time passes but still the world is under dark rule, the man who collapsed the world into darkness and sealed away the Light, now rules over Grandasia itself, he placed dark taxes and dark control over the varies of cities, towns and villages, areas and the sea. The People fear far and wide, hoping a speck of light would illuminate a speck of hope. But none shown itself. The Age of Heroes died along with the Light and the world known as Grandasia soon finds itself darker then black itself.

The Age of Heroes: Was known as a period during the Grandeur 200 a3. Heroes were known to be humans & Demi-humans who trained and were able to illuminate the darkness, using the light as their sole weapon. The Light was known as the Spells fire which created a path to hope, unity and destiny. But since the 229 a2 period, Heroes were killed and wiped clean off of Grandasia, losing their only source of power, they were normal weak beings and were destroyed along with the forgotten light.

It is now the Grandeur 389 a1 period, it’s been over 160 years since the light was sealed away and darkness overtook Grandasia as its home. Not many held on, they were whipped and some were hanged for treason, Betrayal and even crippled. The darkness seeks to destroy any sort of rebel that shares the hope of the forgotten light. Any who-be heroes were slaughtered before making a counter-attack, using ancient weapons used by the last heroes. But none could figure out why the weapons wouldn’t fight back. Maybe it was because the light could not touch the weapons as it is their source of power, now they are just dented dulled blades and guns, not even worth anything and were utterly useless against the darkness that overstepped their presence.

1 year later, in the deserted parts of Grandasia known as the Serpents rebirth, caskets of dead heroes were buried there for protection against the darkness, that would seek to revive and use them as dark lesser being. Undying as it would be. Only few caskets were still intact. “Hear, Feel, think” a voice as gentle of a woman sought out to the caskets. Using what less of strength it had, a gentle breeze sank deep into the cracks breathing new life and restoring the dead bodies from within. “Hear, Feel, think” sounds of cracking began to move the caskets to the side, a hand slowly creeped out and moved with force to the side. Here you awake and here is where your legend begins.

Characteristics

In this story, your character can be human or demi-human which spreads far and wide as a species with human characteristics. Demi-humans can be Elves, Dwarfs, Demons, Foxes, Cats, Dogs, Wolves etc. Each race of its own has different traits which defines their characteristics of where they came from. Also they possess a weaknesses like humans do, Humans aren't stronger then demi-humans but they are eligible to learn faster then any race of demi-humans. As a Side trait, Humans can learn how to use tactics to win over battles against demi-humans if they train with enough experience.

Humans and Demi-humans can use magic properties which they can use elemental abilities and elemental attacks. Some races can boost their abilities to enhance their attacks as some can fortify and enhance their skills in combat.

Magical Properties

Magical Properties divide itself in the elemental tree called Foresia. Foresia is known as the tree that divides the elements into separate forms. The base form is Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Light. Darkness is every elements opposite so darkness includes within the tree of Foresia.

Foresia splits each element into two separate forms which we call Elemental Boundary. The Elemental Boundary is a space void of its own which separates one entity into two divinations. If we take Darkness, Darkness is its own element which follows under the base of elements. Just as a darker form used by emotions like Anger to fuel its source. Darkness has two sides Shadow and Corruption.

Fire has 3 divinations - Blaze, Flame, and Ignition. Blaze is a form of spreading a cone of fire which doesn't do much but do spread damage as Flame can be thrown like a ball of fire and can be used as a seeker missile or light to illuminate a small area. Ignition is like igniting an area with a burst or an explosion. Depending on how you want to combine or focus on one is up to you and how you want to advance in it.

Water
- has 2 Divinations - Ice and Frost - Ice creates while Frost Manipulates. In terms, Ice is its own form as Frost can embodiment others. Ice can create Shards of Ice or create a huge blizzard, as Frost has the property manipulate to surround or mystify.


Wind has 1 Divination - Chaos basically it's how you want to portray how the wind will feel for you. Are you the type to use your Wind property for foul or petty trick play, like create pranks or flip girls skirts and see there panties technically the pervert path. Or are you the type that wants to destroy and create a little chaos here and there by sending blasts of typhoons to a general area or do you want to be the type that can use the wind in a form of protection it's how you think and how you want to make of it. Wind is its own dangerous form and can be used for good depending on how YOU want to use it. (Yeah I didn't take much time thinking on this one, I'm just saying Chaos is a better way to describe the wind property x3)

Earth has 2 Divinations - Fortification and Gravity. The Best way to explain Earths 2 divinations is it's solid defense and how it can manipulation the function on how you can crush others with 10 times the amount of force by changing the weight of a single pebble into a big boulder. Fortification helps you in a way that you can make a stone wall more durable to attacks outside the wall or you can fortify your weapons or your armor to make it be able to take more blows or deal more damage. Gravity can be used to add more tons or make you lighter, allowing you to defy gravity if you wish. You can also make someone lighter or make a material lighter making you look stronger.


Light has 2 Divinations - Spectrum and Foresight, Gifted by the Land of Grandasia, Foresia created two lightning forms known as the future and time. Spectrum creates different colors of imagination and creation as Foresight allows the caster to see 2 seconds into the future. No one knows the real true form of these two or how they can react in someway. (I'll redo this when I have time.)
