Whenever casting another seal the user may apply this one simultaneously alongside it. If they do, said seal can only be broken by first dispelling this one first and then dispelling the 'problem' seal underneath it. How this seal is dispelled depends completely on the parent fuuin, if it requires destruction by the unsealing technique that said jutsu must also be used on this technique, while if the parent fountain can simply be dispelled by chakra then so may this one.

The inscription unravels in it's circular pattern. A black hole seemingly forming in the target. A void that sucks in nothing but surrounding nature chakra. This can include multiple people or parties. The contents of the contact or vow must be predetermined and agree'd upon by both parties and signed with blood. Once the contract is set a seal like choker in formed around the person's neck. If this contract or vow is broken consciously by the target. The seal on the person neck will violently start to choke the person until choked out and incapacitated but not dead. This also informs Naoki that the seal has been triggered, no matter how far both parties are from each other.

▰▰▰ Description: The Flying thunder god dance is a buki devloped by Naoki. After discovering a powerful fuuin known as the Flying thunder god rite. Using modified ftg inscriptions this allows the user to wield the power of time and space through ones sword. This buki can be used by thoes who dont know the original FTG techquines.
