As Avalanche's sword strikes were repelled by the chains, the vigilante returned to their proper stance as soon as their third strike failed to collide. They couldn't afford to lose their sense while fighting such a clearly skilled opponent. It was for that reason that, when the man made a sweeping strike to counter him, that Avalanche wished to keep his advantage by stepping back and allowing an after-image to take the strike for them. The plan was solid enough, as Avalanche's training allowed them to make the image tangible by slipping a shadow clone instead of an illusion. However, what Avalanche did not predict was the combination of elements hidden behind the kick. As the strike clashed with the clone, the combination of wind and fire caught Avalanche off guard. They spun wildly through the air and haphazardly skidded along the ground several feet until they roughly collided into the temple's wall. A gasp of surprise followed by a grunt of pain were the point noises Avalanche gave as they used their sword to force themselves back up. They looked toward Kaito briefly to see their most cherished friend still wrapped in illusion and guilt. And it was at this point that the sickle of the chain scythe aimed right at them.
"I've had enough!" They shouted as their sword twirled and extended into a spear. For Kaito this was the first time their masked companion has ever revealed this function of their blade, as it was something they only revealed in case of emergencies. Just moments before the chain scythe reached its target Avalanche spun the shaft of the spear and caught the sickle around the hilt of his blade. They then stepped into the strike as the back end of the spear moved in to strike at Isou's hand, and thus disarm him of the weapon. Finally, if the technique worked, then Avalanche would perform one last attack by pushing the blade of his spear into the ground, and having the demonic looking chakra surrounding it piece into the floor so that he could use the spear as a pole to launch off a kicking attack. "If you're so keen on Jashin, then go and meet him!" They shouted just as they pinpoint an insane amount of chakra into their next hit. If the strike collided then the man would be hit with the force equal to what it would take to level a building. In addition Avalanche channeled their elemental powers through the collision so that, even if he tried to block again, he would suffer just what he did to them back. Payback was a b***h after all.

It took every effort, but Kaito could've sworn he heard Avalanche's voice. He did his best to try and hear it again but he couldn't, and that was a nightmare of its own. "I don't know who you are, but we won't stop until we've gotten justice for all of the innocent people you've hurt today."

If used on a summoning A-ranked and below then it disappears. If used on a Bijuu or a Summon S-ranked or above, it remains bound for up to five [5] posts before breaking free. In addition, the spending of an S+-ranked amount of chakra will break the chains.
xXx Kiichi hadnโt stopped running, not till he got to the temple. He was panting, bent over, hands on his knees. The earth shook from the chaos that reigned across Arashigakure. He was bent over, the three of them safely tucked into one of the many entrances to the Temples. His hands were on his knees as he was bent forward. Kiichi was trying to catch his breath. What laid ahead of them would be the horrors of death, two vigilantes and the Enemy. The same people who probably caused all the violence that had erupted throughout the village.
xXx Kiichiโs pale hands balled up into tight fists, nails digging into his flesh as he stood up straight. โFuku, do you have any clue where the rest of our people are? We should try to get a message to them. We gotta get off this stupid floating rock. Feel like we fell out of the frying pan and into the fryer.โ He was trying to talk to them, to help walk himself through what they needed to do next.
Saiko's next objective was to help whoever he was closest to of the other Jashinists. It seemed that the lucky Jashinist just so happened to be Isao. The man shifted through the ground, his entire presence completely invisible to those around him except for Isao. However, it seemed that he had come at the right moment. Saiko came from the dirt directly to the right of Isao. The man's black chakra materialization sprung to life and quickly surrounded Isao, absorbing the chains that threatened to confine him in one space and paralyzed to Avalanche's attack. With that difficulty dealt with for Isao, they would be free to counter Avalanche's attack. Saiko's sharingan finally rested on Kaito, the originator of the binding technique. It immediately began to swirl and if Kaito weren't careful he would suddenly find his entire chest covered in the flames of Amaterasu. From there Saiko turned his attention back to avalanche. If Isao was successful in countering Avalanche's attack, he would act. Saiko's jaw dropped open, a sudden high pitched sound of neon green sonic wind would escape his mouth, surrounding Avalanche in a tornado. The winds would easily tear through any armor and disorient Avalanche. Those who had dealth with the 7 tails in any way would likely recognize the technique as one of Chomei's. To Isao this meant they were so far successful in getting the Jinchuriki they sought. The wind kicked up all of the dust in the area and quickly thickened the air. For Kaito and Avalance this meant they would find it harder and harder to breathe over time and harder to see anything at all. The dust itself was very painful in the eyes and caused those affected to cough and wheeze. Although Isao wouldn't notice any change as the genjutsu wasn't targeting him. With the quick distraction, Saiko would look over at Isao with a smile and wave at him almost as if to say, "Hey how's it goin?" The Protector of the Inshou Jashinists has arrived.

It really was not looking well Isao. The monk was on the road to being bound and impaled with no cultivated, third eye magic to save him. With a tug on the sickleโs chain, Isao hurries and forms a seal to dodge the whole, wild flurry from Avalanche! He could feel the power wanning on the hazy nullification barrier but the moment wasnโt right yet. Although, fortunately, Saiko seemed immune. The โBijuu Killerโ springs out from the ground and materializes an onslaught of black fire.โHuh,โ Isao hummed. He couldnโt help but be surprised as he traded off hold of his weapon to one hand and extended his arm toward his helper. Isao warmly pats Saikoโs shoulder as if thanking him but wordlessly passes a seal onto his being. A blessing, if you will, for the most muscle the monk could make use of for the time being[โฐ Seal: Good Ward [ Fuin: Guddowฤdo ] | Rank B]. โLucky me. Just when I thought these delicate anklebiters were going to dismember me. Not like that would have stopped me.โ He shares a cryptic insight and smiles to Avalanche. A bodied bloodied by cuts was just a taste and returns proper grip on the sickle and chain. โSaiko, these storm youngsters have been bullying their short elder. I donโt think they were taught the difference between a senseless murderer and a humble monk. โ Isao rattles the sickles chains as opt to drop them for head-seals ,โnot even the Lord Jashin would favor the devout sink so low and attack a person of the cloth.โ Sixteen fireballs suddenly combusting around Saiko and himself [โฐ Fire Release: Demon Lantern [ Katon: Onidลrล ] | Rank S] and crackle into the cryptic shape of laughing, human skulls. The monk sends off eight to pursue both of this threats. If only to buy him time.

Each fireball explodes upon impact, washing a ten foot area in flames that inflict tier two burning each. If struck by two or more orbs, tier four burning and burns are applied. These fireballs require chakra equal or greater in potency to defend against or must be defended individually. Each post following the initial use of the technique requires a five chakra upkeep per remaining fireball but consumes no more activations.

While Fuku was freaking out and Kiichi trying to take control of the situation, Tomo remained in his catform riding in the bag as if he had no care in the world. In reality he was taking advantage of his keen animal senses to get a good picture of the chaos breaking out around them. Being carried around allowed him to fully focus on figuring out what was going on and what they should do. It sounded as if the village was under attack at multiple locations, there would be no escape. However the sound of combat meant the village was already rallying and the one reason he agreed with his siblings to come here was for the protection these powerful shinobi offered. He was reasonably confident the situation would resolve itself or atleast confident they would have no impact on a resulation other than getting themselves killed.
As Kiichi and Fuku approached the temple their pace finally slowed. Feeling the change in momentum Tomo figured it was finally time to come out. In a flash the little ball of purple fur flew out of the bag. Mid way through the feline's leap it suddenly transformed back into Tomo's human form. He landed lightly on one foot, between the pair. The momentum of his leap was enough to carry him forward and as his other foot made contact with the ground he twisted gracefully around and came to rest an elbow on Kiichi's shoulder. He put on a face of listening intently to what his cousin was saying to Fuku but he was only half focused. His attention was drawn away to the commotion he could hear from somewhere within the temple, it seemed not even this sacred placed was safe.
"I think atleast for now the fate of the Nekonokami is tied into this rock..." Tomo mused as he looked towards the spectacle in the sky. "In their infinite wisdom my dearest siblings pledged their claws to this little rock. No doubt they're caught up in this mess already."He explained with a sight. "Now we could run around and mostly likely make a bad situation worse, sounds like a lot of fun to me..." He trailed off with a devilish grin " But, we do have poor sweet little Fuku to think about... " On the mention of his other cousin Tomo pushed off Kiichi's shoulder to spin around Fuku and pinch her cute little cheeks. Hopefully that little annoyance would divert her attention from the panic that was clearly setting in.
Avalanche froze as a powerful force materialized out of no where and provided Isao with enough time to escape from their kick. The vigilante returned to their feet and resumed their spear as the winds swirled. With the technique being a genjutsu, Avalanche felt an understanding of its mechanics, and disabled it with a tiger handseal. Thankfully, as the man attempted to conjure black flames to assail Avalanche's ally, the mystic red ruins of the initial technique Isao casted upon the location would render it null. Avalanche smirked at the failure of collaboration between both foes before the fireballs were shot at them. Naturally the ninja rose their spear to counter attack the fireballs, releasing the demonic cloak from the spear's blade in an arc like swing to negate all of the fireballs. However, as their eyes fell upon the fireballs, they fell to their knees and succumbed to the overwhelming feelings of insanity. They forced themselves back to their feet, but it was clear by their heavy breathing that the collision has taken a toll. "Is that.... all you got?" They asked as all of their muscles ached with agony. Avalanche had never been in a fight which has tolled their body to this length. This fight had to be resolved soon. Although Avalanche kept their focus on the two threats, their focus was hopefully on Kaito resolving the threat.

Now, the armor emits a crackling, bright, white hot chakra that appears like a thin aura around the user. The chakra causes mild burns on contact. In addition, the user gains a [1] point increase to strength and speed per rank of the armor. _โ Bolstering Kaiser Armor Training | Rank A | Training ___โ This training adds to the previous effects of the Kaiser armor's technique. In addition to that, the target's armor now allows them to regenerate 10 stamina per rank of chakra applied to each technique while the armor is active. The user may not generate more stamina than their reserves may hold. _โ Kaiser Armor Mastery | Rank S | Training ___โ The final stage of training for the Kaiser Armor. In addition to it's previous effects, the Kaiser armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. Additionally, the user's strength and speed are increased by [1] point per rank of the armor instead of it's original [1] point. Taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques used while this armor is active create shock waves five feet in the direction of the attack per rank of the technique. _โ Cicada Shell | Rank B | Training ___โ After learning the Shadow Clone Technique from the maruton list, the user may cast the Shadow Clone technique in conjunction with techniques from this style to replace mirror images with the clones. Once completed, all techniques are able to carry two elemental properties. He ducked his head as dust filled the battlefield, shutting his eyes even as he saw the shorter Jashinist weave something with fire. He created a seal on his hands to completely absorb the flaming skulls as he tucked his face from the irritating dust - geez, it wasn't even a painful technique, just a ******** nuisance! - as he absorbed the flame skulls [ โฐ Sealing Technique Absorption Seal [ Fuujutsu Kyuuin ] | Rank A | Restricted ]. He then began to hack up the dust and he couldn't wrap his head around the purpose of such an annoying but comparatively harmless technique. Stupid ******** Jashinists, he thought as he grit his teeth only choke further on the dust assaulting his face. "Enough!" He slammed his hands to the ground, drafting large Rashomon gates around himself and Avalanche, facing outwards [ โฐ Triple Summoning: Rashลmon [ Kuchiyose: Sanjuu Rashลmon ] | Rank A ].
When the dust seemed to continue to permeate, he suspected it wasn't due to a lack of his defenses. More mind games from the mindless heathens, huh? He cried from his side of the gates, finally opening his eyes and lifting his head as dust no longer assaulted his senses. "You can't destroy Arashi! Used: โฐ Sealing Technique Absorption Seal [ Fuujutsu Kyuuin ] | Rank A | Restricted The user performs hand signs to activate this seal which they create on their hands. After the signs are made, the user can extend their hands and 'catch' the ninjutsu aimed at them. The caught technique is then absorbed into the userโs body, gaining half of itโs initial cost back. Only one technique may be caught and the user is required to wait two [2] posts before using this technique again. This technique is used at the rank of the caught technique. Can only be used twice per battle.
โฐ Triple Summoning: Rashลmon [ Kuchiyose: Sanjuu Rashลmon ] | Rank A By performing the summoning technique, the user manifest three, fifty feet concrete gates of Rashomon. The two massive doors in the doorway are able to withstand techniques equal rank and below. This technique gains overwhelming when blocking oncoming attacks equal rank and below. In addition, by opening the doors, the gates become a vortex which attempt to swallow everything into their sealed gates. Any opponent sealed must pay an S-ranked amount of chakra to break out. This technique has an upkeep cost of forty chakra per post they are open.
xXx As Tomo leapt from the bag and took his human form once more, he'd smile some a bit relieved to have the older cat out and talking. It also helped that he was being so relaxed about the situation, and even him putting his arm on his shoulder helped. Kiichi didn't wanna believe it, but he felt as if his purple haired companion was right. "I don't think you're wrong, Tomo." He watched as his cousin craned his neck back to watch the sky. "Psssh, not me, I don't owe anything to this village except for taking us in when we needed. They didn't offer to help us get our lands back, why should we even try to help." His fists were clenched, ear standing tall his tail swaying behind him. "She'll be fine. Just stick with us okay, Fuku? Things could get dangerous so keep your wits about you."
xXx Kiichi'd watch as Tomo teased the poor girl, while he did he brought a hand to his chin, trying to think. In a few moments he'd nod and tell the two of them. "I know both of you can hear it, the fighting inside. I say we try to figure out what's going on. Lets head in." The black furred cat took the lead, Tomo and Fuku following. He was nervous, he had a sense of vertigo, but that was just the ground they were standing on falling, every second it was picking up momentum. It sent a shiver up his spine but he pressed forward. As they got closer and closer to the sounds of fighting, they'd fine clergymen on the cold stone floors of the Temple. "Wait..." Kichii's hand would come up, making a fist. A sign for the other two to stop. He'd slip down on his knees, two fingers moving to press against the mans neck. "...he's asleep. I think they all are...lets keep going guys."
xXx Some horrible noise would sound, through the halls of the temple. A shrill, high pitched scream, Kiichi's hands would slap to his big, fluffy, ears and hold them close. The scream stunned him, his eyes wide. He didn't want to move after that, but he took a step forward anyway. "Jeeeeeez...why'd it have to be so loud..." Before long they were just a doorway away from the battle. Pulling upon its handle, he'd peek out, hoping to stay out of sight and mind. Red eyes would spy two familiar faces, not that Kiichi knew them personally. He'd seen the Vigilante around the village before, with the curly headed boy in tow. They were crime fighters, he even heard one was a cop, maybe? Both were absolutely boring and a nuisance to him. Before he knew it though, Kaito'd summoned the rashumon. He'd then start yelling at his assailants. However, Kaito's words would strike a nerve, irritation and anger would well up. Like a child he'd mockingly repeat Kaito's words. " 'YoU cAn'T dEsTrOy ArAsHi!' Jeez, you're so slow. The ******** village is falling! Have you two even noticed that we're plummeting to the earth!? Your righteous cause is already doomed." He'd thrown the door open and stepped out, his fists were clenched tight, nails biting into the flesh of his palm. "Whatever their damn goal was, its been achieved. We're all going to die here if we don't find a way off this rock." His eyes had been locked upon the set of demonic looking gates. Then those eyes would fall on Saiko and Isao. The gears in his head would crank and with their current situation all rationale was thrown out the window. "I take it you're the ones who attacked? You guys made that giant wooden statue? You all got here somehow. If you help me and my family get off this doomed island, I'll make it worth your while." He didn't have much coin, but Kiichi had his Kekkei Tota. He'd barter himself in exchange for the safety of Tomo and Fuku. "I have the Particle Style. I'd be indebted to your cause, if you can see us safely away from this failed village in the sky."
Saiko's eye narrowed slightly at the realization that his Amaterasu didn't work properly. It seemed Isao had put down one of his nullification areas before he had arrived. Oh well, it seemed that the genjutsu had a much grander effect at least on one of the shinobi present. Dignified by him producing a technique that was useless against any genjutsu. The other person, Avalanche, seemed capable enough, having blocked the fireballs that were meant for him. That wasn't enough? Well, Saiko wasn't one to disappoint the Arashi shinobi. Saiko's eye moved toward toward the wall Kaito had created, at the same time blue chakra in the form of flames surrounded Saiko before being absorbed into him. Those who knew it would know the form to be that of Matatabi's. It seemed they had been successful in getting all of the jinchuriki they came here for, both something Isao and Saiko would know from the chakra surrounding him. It didn't currently seem to have any combat effect as it went away almost immediately. Saiko's eye turned towards the new comer on the field, having come from one of the surrounding temples. The young man offered the world in order to save his family from the destruction of the village. Whoever he was, he was likely right. Although Saiko had no way of communicating with him, he left Isao to deal with his bargain. Saiko smirked for a moment as he turned towards Avalanche and Kaito once more and formed a single handseal. Several Bijuu dama the size of baseballs formed around him, five in total. The man released one of the balls directly at the barrier Kaito had formed, destroying all three gates of the Rashoman from only the single ball as it collided against the first and the explosion that resulted took care of the rest. Two of the remaining balls would target Kaito himself immediately after the destruction of the wall while the other two would fly towards Avalanche. The powerful technique would likely be a good diversion for whatever it was that Isao had planned as they would require a lot of effort to block.

Like it's original version, these explosions negate armors and treat techniques it encounters as two ranks lower in power. These five balls may be directed at an individual target or at up to five seperate targets. โIโm glad the furry one has some sense.โ Takumi stepped out from the other side of the temple, eyeing the battle before her. Saikoโs display of total power was impressive, but nothing that Takumi hadnโt come to expect from her pet homunculus. The womanโs white shirt was stained with blood, notably across her stomach and her heart. It was obvious sheโd been fighting too, but she held herself like she was taking an afternoon walk.
โRighteousness? Innocence?โ Takumi stopped walking, taking a spot in front of the Jashinists. She stood between them and Avalanche and Kaito, examining the two shinobi with her piercingly cold eyes. โThose are merely human projections, child. All choices are simply whatever their results are, because intentions exist only within the human mind and are not important. Your very Kage bringing down Arashi is proof of this idea.โ Mr. Meowgi meowed, as if in agreement, and the woman idly reached up to scratch the catโs head.
โYou two are shinobi, correct?โ Takumi lowered her hand and put it in her pocket. โIโm sure children know this, but shinobiโs are weapons. Nothing more and nothing less. Killing tools, used for the prospect of gain. You have your wars, for whatever reason you use to justify them. But at the end of the day, you spill more blood than we ever have. And choosing to join those ranks? It means you woke up one day and chose violence. Donโt kid yourself that youโre different from us, child. Speaking of peace and innocence while spilling blood is something only a fool would do.โ
Takumi made a motion with her head, to tell her fellow cultists and the new ones, to leave the way sheโd come in. Then she, herself, turned her back on Avalanche and Kaito. โWe got what we came for, so weโll be on our way.โ Takumi, a few steps from the door, turned her head over her shoulder to look at the shinobi one last time. โSurrender to us, or die in obscurity.โ The woman paused for an eternal moment, the hard as iron look in her eyes telling the boys that, not only did she mean it, but she held the confidence to back up her threat. And then, just easily as the Jashinist came, sheโd left.
One storm agent writhed in agony and the other retaliated as they took the hit. The reply was treacherous and fitting after the barrage of fire met their mark.โOoh. I think we know that technique,โ Isao said aloud, grinning and nodding knowingly to Saiko, as he places his hand over the plate on his forehead. The forces of three towering gates beginning their pull causing his clothes and hair to wildly whip. โThose youngsters may be something. But knowing doesnโt make those gates any less tiresome.โ [+Uses Chakra to avoid Rashomon] The pull was weakening on Isao more and more until Saiko laid waste to the gates with some eye-opening new power. Without the near-deafening roar of winds racing into the gates and dust kicking up, he could actually think about anything beyond being sucked in. โWe could argue philosophy all day,โ He said, truly wasting time, with the hazy barrier was just moments from slipping now. โArguing isnโt my place in the world. I accept how I cannot simply liberate you of those constructs of justice and innocence.โ He slung the chain and sickle into his grip again. He began to spin the blade for a flashy display, โmy place in the world fits in just ending it all for you so that it gets better. Maybe youโll feel a lot better later and project yourself toward rebirth, yeah?โ Isao was feeling slightly more invincible with support now and that the restrictions were set to lift. But banter on the sidelines stood out. โWait,โ the replies with a taut pull on the flailing chain. โWeโre falling and thereโs a wooden statue? Saiko, I think the others have been up causing more trouble than I anticipated.โ That did it then. If the village was falling Isao was becoming more inclined on bailing. Fortunately, the monk had just a sliver of a window left to avoid having any ice or golden binds to follow him. Tomoโs voice chiming in again with a request. He withheld a sigh and bobbed his head about as he weighed the consequences of taking in a few strays. โI suppose we can make use of them to some degree? Fine. If anyone asks, Isao has recruited you and your family.โ He whipped the sickle about one last time before allowing it vanish into smoke. โLetโs go, Saiko. We should abandon ship. I need to make amends for allowing the Avalanche and the Anklebiter for interrupting me. Iโm covered in blood anyway.โ As the opportunity came to him, the Monk fled the immediate area of his ethereal defenses and his voice carrying through the temple caverns in a groan: โwhy does everyone have to be so tall? Iโm a barely foot taller than Tabe. Tabe! Just Tabe!โ

Stumbling several times on their run to the temple, Fuku would've face planted if it weren't for Kiichi still dragging her along. The moment he let go of her hand, she mimicked her cousin; bent over gasping for air with her hands sliding off her knees, threatening to let her collapse. Tears had been streaming down her face while they ran and once she caught her breath. With the back of her hand, she wiped away the salty tears, licking her skin clean of the moisture and salt. "Mrr..." she whimpered and shook her head, answering Kiichi's question about where the rest of the fam. She didn't have the slightest clue. Since getting to the village, they all seemed to go their seperate ways. Pit of her stomach taking a dive, Fuku crouched down against the ground. The vertigo was making her sick. "We gotta get off this stupid floating rock." She nodded in agreement to Kiichi's statement, hiding her face in her lap as her ears flattened against her head. Ever since they got here, Fuku wanted nothing more than to leave.
Barely feeling a stir from her bag, Tomo gracefully emerged. Lifting her head up a little bit, she saw Tomo's fancy footwork move him towards Kiichi. What he mused caused her hairs to stand on end. Their fate was tied to this rock? The rock was falling wasn't it? Were they going to crash into a million pieces? She started panicking on the inside, her entire body shaking and the hairs on her tail standing on end. A playful pinch of her chubby cheeks diverted her attention from the spiraling thoughts. "T-Tomo," she blushed, frantically batting him away as he called her little. She wanted to tell him she wasn't a child anymore, but she really did need them to look out for her. Cheeks puffing up, her bottom lip jutted out in a kittenish pout. "Bleh! T-Thank you for taking care of me!" she begrudgingly confessed, standing up from her crouching position next to Tomo and falling for his trick. Tears were dried up and while her knees still wobbled a bit, her hairs weren't standing on end.
Keeping her wits about her just as Kiichi had said, Fuku fell in place as they moved on. Licking her lips nervously, her eyes darted around as they approached the temple. Stopping at Kiichi's order and continuing creafully until the scream caused her to crouch back down in a ball. "W-w-w-w-what was that?" she cried, never hearing someone or something screech like a hollowed spirit before. Oh, sweet lady bastest, she really hoped it'd cause her cousin to tuck tail and run. She was totally ready to; tail already between her legs as Kiichi daringly moved forward towards the doors of the temple. Remaining crouched, she hid with them as they eavesdropped on the conversation. It was all nonsense to Fuku and she didn't understand what was going on with who was who and why they did this and why they did that. They said a bunch of words, right? Arms hugging her knees close, she turned into a little ball of stress which almost exploded in a panic when Kiichi jumped out. "Oh,no,oh,no,oh,no, what is he doing!?" Fuku whispered, grabbing onto the bottom hem of Tomo's shirt with both hands hoping he wouldn't do the same. Nervously she held onto him like a child with a security blanket while she listened. She didn't like what she heard, but she'd do as Kiichi instructed after the deal was struck. He was doing what he thought was best to keep them safe afterall.
The tired vigilante forced themselves back to balance as more attacks were launched at them. These strikes were chakra in their rawest form, and its power only had one possible answer; demon. As the blade of their weapon once again was coated in a demonic looking cloaking, Avalanche swiped away the attacks aimed at them. In addition to that, the target's armor now allows them to regenerate 10 stamina per rank of chakra applied to each technique while the armor is active. The user may not generate more stamina than their reserves may hold. _โ Kaiser Armor Mastery | Rank S | Training ___โ The final stage of training for the Kaiser Armor. In addition to it's previous effects, the Kaiser armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. Once completed, all techniques are able to carry two elemental properties. The presumed leader spoke and Kaito had really had enough with every Arashigakure troublemaker coming and espousing illogical philosophies that served no grand end.
