Now that the lot of enemies were standing down, paralyzed....or frozen in fear...it was time to assess the situation. The twins were ready to call it quits on these folks since their numbers had dwindled down to nearly nothing. Kojiro nodded. They had all done their part. He sighed, turning to Todoroki. He knelt down, accepting any affection the pupper might offer and patted him on the head. " Good boy. " He smiled. " Go fetch the police, boy! I'll give you a nice treat if you do!"

He would await Todoroki to go grab the police while he would move to the defeated foe. " Kaylay, help me tie them up?" he asked as he removed some rope from the top of several crates in the vicinity and began securing the criminals.

Todoroki barked in compliance. He was going to get all of the help! He had no idea how to bring people here since he was only a dog, but he was going to do it! That's just how good of a boy he was. Todoroki was gone for a half an hour. When he came back, not only did he bring the police force, he also brought the fire fighters, the anbu, the EMS, twenty eight good intentioned people blindly following a dog, and a priest. Todoroki brought everyone he could find. As the circus of people came forward, Todoroki waited for Kojiro and the twins to tell him that he was a good boy.

[Kaylay] watched as Todoroki ran off, letting out a cheer. "Go boy, go! You're gonna do so good!" They jumped and waved and smiled and "accidentally" stomped on the ankle of the man they'd just recently been pinning down. "Hehehh... Sorry, but not sorry," they said. [Kaylay] turned and stepped off the man's ankle, seeing their twin pinning their "employer". "So how bad you gonna hurt him before he coughs up our pay?" [Keelee] snickered and turn to halfway face their twin.

"I haven't decided how much yet, but..." Just then [Keelee] lifted up their knee and dropped the man just a bit and slammed their knee right into his nether regions. They pulled their knee back and dropped the man, letting slump onto the floor yelling out in pain, followed by a bit of crying and groaning. "That'll makes sure he doesn't try to skip out on us. He makes any moves towards a door and I'll start punching." [Kaylay] sighed. The more tired twin also happened to be the more irritable of the two of them.

A short while later, Todoroki arrived and brought an entourage of all of the civil servants he could think of and a heard of randoms. [Keelee] sighed when they noticed the priest and reached down to pick up the man on the ground below who had supposedly meant to hire them, lifting him up by the collar of his shirt and dragging him to the Anbu members.

[Kaylay] had different plans. In a bubbly, slow-mo, happy-faced, tears flying out of the of corner of their eyes, shouting "THE BEST BOOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!" And as they got close to the large pupper they dove onto the ground and slid up to Todoroki, immediately going for all head scratches, making sure to get all the best spots. "You are basically my new best friend other than [Keelee]!"

__ Kenshin arrived in the White Flash district with an authoritative glare. He saw that security was beginning to tighten its grip under his orders. The gates were closed, curfew for citizens began by sundown, and the police presence was doubled if not tripled on every street. Captain Kosei would follow his orders from the Arashikages to keep the village secured at all cost. He read the report which indicated that police were called by three genin and a dog who managed to take on a drug ring on their own. Kenshin was the captain of police and the acting leader of the village for the time being. He left a shadow clone behind in the office to handle paperwork and administrative duties while he could maintain the streets. He arrived on the crime scene and saw the legion of police, EMS, ANBU, and the rest who were there. They all looked up at him and he motioned to allow them to continue their duties. The tall black-haired man towered over a boy with gray hair and green clothes. "Are you Kojiro Kanzaki?" Captain Kosei asked with his police badge with his rank and name visible to the three genin.

well worth all of the bad guys they had to fight. As the canine accepted all of the love and returned the love with a healthy amount of licks, he became aware of the new presence. This man smelled heavily of strong, bad smells like cigarettes and coffee. He was immediately cautious of the man. But, he also did not seem like a bad guy. Maybe he was a secret friend? Todoroki stood alert and waited to see what happened next.

The crowd of officers seemed to blend into the backdrop as the criminals were rounded up. The warehouse/ drug lord was screaming something about those meddling kids and that dog too. He shrugged it off, looking to the Keles and Todoroki who was lapping up attention from the twins. He smiled softly for a moment before his senses were overwhelmed with coffee grinds and nicotine. He would turn, seeing a stern white eyed man before him. The man's presense seemed to shock Kojiro. When the man spoke he would begin to stammer through a response.

" Y-yes sir!" he said, bowing deeply with wide startled eyes. He raised his head, his emerald eyes glistening like seeing one's childhood hero for the first time. " Captain Kosei! H-how may I be of assistance!?" His throat felt dry as a soft gulping noise would escape his throat. A cold sweat broke out on his neck.

[Keelee] approached their twin and stood at their side, beginning to settle down and get tired once again, as was evident of the yawning in progress. [Kaylay] had a bit of nerves running through them. They weren't directly addressed, but were still nervous for what Kenshin might have to say to Kojiro.

__ Kojiro and his friends seemed nervous at his presence. He spoke after Koiro asked how he could be of assistance. "I'm here to thank you and your friends for helping the police force. You found this gang and alerted the police to apprehend them, well done." His pale eyes looked at Kojiro and also glided over to acknowledge the twins and the canine. Earning Kenshin's praise was rare, but for a group of fresh academy graduates to go out of their way to do the work of chuunin and police officers on their own initiative was worth recognition. "I also got your letter of recommendation from the academy director, the letter said that you're interested in joining the force. Our police force rewards excellence so I'm offering for you and your friends to become police cadets and my personal genin squad. What do you say?" Kojiro, Todoroki, Kaylay, and Keelee had proven to be brave enough to be Kenshin's students and might prove themselves to be bright future officers and Todoroki had potential to be a great police ninken. Kenshin could also teach them to maximize their talents in multiple areas.

Kojiro's eyes would gloss over with excitement as well as a hard pressed attempt to fight back tears of joy. His recommendation of the academy had been accepted! Better yet, he was praised by his village idol! Even better than those two things was the fact that he would be in Kojio's personal squad! His heart pounded with elation. He would grin, unable to fight the excitement from extending outward. " y-yes!" He firmly said. " I gladly accept your offer, sir!" He would bow once more, thanking Kenshin. After the action he would turn to the twins and to Todoroki, his eyes questioning what they would say!?

The happiness from him made the dog even happier.

A brief couple of seconds, the two of the merged together, [Keelee] seeming to be absorbed into [Kaylay], whom couldn't be smiling any wider. Maybe when the twins returned they could teach her more about their unique powers. It was interesting to see that they were so excited and confident about training under him. In reality, it would probably become the most grueling experience of their lives. "We'll start at the dojo. Follow me." He spoke in a flat tone before turning around and walking to the Stormcloud district. Along the way, the genin may notice that the streets have been largely cleared of civilians and that security has been tightened.

The lights, the sounds, the people, all of it made her smile. She always enjoyed walking down this strip, especially when she got to take Aurelia shopping. Reaching up behind her head she quickly unbound the braid at the end of her hair which bound the entire thing. With a fluff of her hands she let the mass of golden locks spill out behind her. She could relax here, in this moment. It reminded her of Takumi and Gimangakure mixed into one beautiful package. Relaxing the belts which held her swords she shifted her posture and overall tone to one less formal. However, despite her relaxed state, she continued to keep an eye out. If decades of guerilla warfare taught her anything, it was how to pick people out of a crowd, and to recognize when somethings about to go down.

Amidst the rather busy street, there seemed to be a notion among an increasingly large number that getting away from the area was smart. It wasn't fear fueling their flight, but rather irritation and anger. It was going to be another one of those days, it seemed. Tsuki would no doubt hear it before she saw it, the cacophony of noise that came with angry protests that could soon become riots. The APD and the rest of CORE had yet to show up, actually, and with how stretched they were lately it may be a minute before them, or the rest of the ninja force, could arrive. Tsuki would be treated to a cross section with clear lines drawn in the metaphorical sand if she investigated further.

On the one side, Otogakure's former Citizens mixed in with others from the lands that had been scooped up by the empire following the UHV. It was clear in their dress that they had melded together somewhat. The gentle fashion of the land of grass fit so well on the hardy members of the former Yukigakure. Clothing of a style not so dissimilar to that of what was known in Otogakure in simpler times adorned ninja from the Rain, accustomed to the humidity but not the harsh sunlight.

What stood out more was that they all didn't seem to realize that the people across the way had adopted many of their cultural standouts and mannerisms just as they had absorbed theirs. More well known figures from the former Cloud and Mist villages stood on the opposite side. Mixed in on either side were shinobi, both off duty and on, who had reason to have chips on their shoulders. This particular standoff seemed to be ready to actually burst into an all out conflict.

It was not long before she realized pretty quickly why Kenshin had sent her here. With the cacophonous noise it was pretty clear what was about to go down. Making her way down the street opposite of those who were attempting to leave, she soon came to the lines in the sand. Taking a deep breath she spoke calmly, clearly, and with the voice which she used when addressing angry patrons in her bar. "Well this is a fine little thing." Placing herself directly in the line between the two parties she looked over each group with a heavy sigh to both. There were faces she recognized on both sides of the lines. Shinobi her husband and herself led, friends from the old Kumogakure she had made. For now, she knew neither party would make the first move, not while she stood between them. That would mean fighting her and her reputation alone would speak for itself. That hesitation would be able to buy time and time was what she needed right now. Time to figure out whats going on, time for reinforcements to arrive. Lifting each arm to each side she curled her pointer finger simply,"Leaders of each side, come here please." Though deep down she knew worst case scenario she could probably just ensnare them all with mokuton. However that was the ultimate last ditch effort to resolve this peacefully.
