Musica scratched the back of her head. Arguing with Kenshin wasn’t something she’d cleared time for on her agenda. So she was thankful that he was able to find their target so quickly. Whatever eyes he had were a really handy tool. It made Musica wonder for a brief second why she was even here. But it wasn’t something she entertained for too long. The two of them came to a building and were immediately rushed down by two guards.
“Not very subtle, are they?” She asked Kenshin as she slipped her hands from her pockets. One for each of them, it looked like. The white haired Jonin trusted Kenshin to pull his weight, so she focused on the one attacking her. With one hand the APD chief formed a quick string of signs and the air around them suddenly dropped by degrees. Musica flipped over the man at the last second as a set of chains made of ice formed behind her. When she landed, the young woman pulled on the chains and tangled her attacker in them as he crashed to the ground, a layer of frost and chains holding them to the ground. “Well, even if we weren’t sure we were supposed to be here, you all but gave it away, dummy.” Musica crouched down and poked her victim. With an effort of chakra, the man disappeared in a cloud of smoke. She clapped her hands as if she was cleaning them and then did the same to the other.
“I got a set up at the hospital for people we detain while smaller squads are on missions,” she explained. “Anyway, I’ll go on ahead. I at least wanna see if they know we’re here, and you aren’t exactly, the, uh. Stealthy type.” Musica shifted her eyes to Kenshin and quickly added. “No offense. Uh, B-R-B.” Before disappearing inside the complex with a gust of frigid wind.
▱▰▱Kenshin nodded as Musica poked the body and caused it to disappear. He kicked the other incapacitated criminal toward her for disappearing as well. They would arrest and process them later although he doubted that they would be abundantly useful. "You'd be surprised." Kenshin reminisced of his days as an ANBU in the village before Musica disappeared. When she walked into the building to scout ahead, suddenly she would see the lights turn on in the warehouse. All of the bald buff men in leather jackets suddenly looked at Musica. One man in a thick accent yelled at the top of his lungs. "IT'S DA BAT!" The men began running toward Musica with crowbars and other cliche street criminal weapons. They had baseball bats also. It was unclear what the man meant by "bat" but they all kept running toward Musica. Kenshin watched as many criminals in the complex started running at her. Kenshin ran into the building immediately and attacked two different cliche henchmen before three of them swung their weapons at Musica.

Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. Once he had secured Kagerou’s attention, Kohaku booked it for the White Flash District. At the very least, he hadn’t grabbed the poor medic by the scruff of his shirt before dashing out the hospital door, but he didn’t necessarily wait patiently for the man to keep up with him on the way there, stopping only momentarily to turn and see if he hadn’t accidentally lost him.
Once they arrived, not much appeared to have changed – or at least, it hadn’t gotten worse, nor had the perpetrators returned. The people had mostly remained as he remembered them, laying and limping about in varying stages of injury. Some appeared to have stabilized themselves and were attempting to help others, such as binding and compressing wounds in whichever rudimentary way they could. Some of the spots of blood that laid in the streets had dried, dulling from a bright red to brown.
After surveying the area once more, Kohaku turned to face Kagerou, his eyes softening underneath a furrowed brow. “You good to take care of all these people?” he asked, then grimaced at himself, “I mean, I know you’re good at what you do, but there’s only one of ya, and a bunch of them.” It wasn’t that he doubted Kagerou’s skill – he was well aware of his status in the medical field, but he was just one person. “There ain’t much I can do in the healing department, but uh, while you’re helping’em, I’m gonna try to figure out who did this,” Kohaku began as he started towards the people, “at the very least, we need to know what we might be up against if they return.”
Nearest to Kohaku was what appeared to be a couple; a man laid on his side, curled slightly with his arms wrapped around his ribs, while the woman was knelt beside him. She looked a little worse for wear herself, but was obviously in good enough condition to stand herself up. As Kohaku approached, the woman looked him up and down skeptically, leaning forward slightly as though to shield the man on the ground.
“Don’t come any closer – who are you?!”
Kohaku stopped and put his hands up in front of him. “Take it easy, we’re here to help,” he began, then gestured to himself, “my names’ Kohaku. I just wanna know what happened.”
The woman hesitated, a little at a loss of words. “These people, they just – I don’t know. At first, I remembered hearing yelling, then it just… gradually escalated into a full-on fight,” she said, then gazed down at the man on the ground, ”we were right there when it happened and got sucked into it. More and more of them started appearing, and we all had no choice but to try and fend them off ourselves…”
Kohaku cocked his head. “And… no one else has come to help you?”
The woman scoffed. “Tch. No. Except you two.”
The man who had been silent up until then began to stir, struggling to sit himself up. The woman gazed down at him with concern before returning her gaze back to Kohaku and Kagerou. “If you can help, then please. No one else is doing s**t around here,” she said with an angry catch in her throat.
The beam of light forced Musica to stop in her tracks. “Damn,” she muttered. She kept a smirk on her face as she faced the group, but there was a tint of concern coupled with a bead of sweat. So much for stealth, she wondered. “Oh hey, didn’t see ya there.” The Jonin called out as she looked around.
“So, uh. I guess this isn’t the Arashigakure BDSM workshop?” Musica flexed her fingers and called her Twin Storm Cutters to her hands with a cloud of smoke. “That’s disappointing, I brought my whips and everything.” She taunted them as the criminals ran at her and once again the air around the young woman dropped in temperature. Musica disappeared in a blur of motion and reappeared above two of her attackers. She swung her swords down and released the segmented blades into chains that wrapped around both of them. Musica yanked the weapons and pulled the two men into each other with a crash, while retracting her blades. The white haired shinobi landed on the two men with one of her weapons knocked over her shoulder.
“Aright boys, let this be a lesson to y’all. If ya feel like you’ve had enough, the safeword is-” Musica swiped an arm while generating a massive amount of chakra through the building. Her eyes glowed like miniature tempests and the wind around them all began to blow ferociously around the building “-The System.”

The clone that had followed after Kohaku would neither risk being lost nor fall behind, and with the bells that rang with every movement the medic's clone made, he would be easy to keep track of as well. Keeping tempo with the pace of the other, it certainly wasn't the clone holding the other back. Well, at least, not moreso than a medical class would hold up a taijutsu expert.
Kohaku's gaze upon her once they entered the scene of the crime caught Kagerou's attention. He turned his eyes from his own survey of the damage. Soft eyes met a calm gaze, and a concerned grimace met an inscrutable, observant smile. "Rest assured, the injured will be tended to. Do what you need to do to prevent any further tragedies such as these," the green haired doctor promised his aid. However, he didn't immediately move to action. Rather, he watched Kohaku as he neared a couple on his side. If he had read the atmosphere of this post-attack district correctly then...
The woman coming to shield her partner from Kohaku's well-meaning aid and the empty demand she issued in defense proved Kagerou's suspicions correct. The people here were suspicious, as they had every right to be. To heal a party this large would pose little problem to Kagerou, and the only risk she would take would be the unlikely circumstance where all of this had been a trap. The difficulty would be in approaching them. A moment spent listening here would save a whole conversation down the line, and it carried the bonus of seeing more of this new spark of Arashigakure.
Hoping to defuse the anger he heard in the woman's voice as she asked for help, Kagerou stepped level with Kohaku after the woman's request for help and knelt down. Their gazes level, he offered as the woman's equal, "My friend can help you find who did this and make sure they are brought to justice, for all of us, and there are currently paramedics on their way from the hospital as I speak. In the meantime, however, I am a licensed doctor. May I please come closer? So I can see what I can do for your partner?" with words that flowed and lilted reassuringly. He would have preferred to offer this aid without request. The sooner the man behind her could get treatment, the better. However, there were times, like these, when aid could only be offered after it has been requested, or else it could too easily be denied or leave a sour taste in the other side's mouth. To one who had just been dragged through pain that they had no control over or say in, then he would try to soothe them by placing that control back in their hands.

While Kagerou's clone worked besides Kohaku's side, the original Kagerou had for a while now been at the White Flash District. Having teleported from the hospital directly to an alley near the district, he surveyed the scene discreetly through the eyes and chakra senses of his Kagura's Mind's Eye sensory technique from two angle. The first, medical: the number injured, gravity of their injuries, and their morale. He had sent his clone with Kohaku to cover the medical treatment of those in need besides someone who could make good use of the good rapport this could bring, but it was also important to make sure that he hadn't underestimated the amount of help that was needed. The second, investigative: the shape of destruction wrought on buildings and people and whatever chakra signals he could discern from the trace amounts left by any sort of lingering chakra traces. What was the ratio of damage down to buildings vs people, did either seem more targeted than the other? Were there any fatally injured? What elements had been used and, if possible, could he pick up enough to id the chakra?

Infinite Perception: Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. ▱▰▱Musica's taunts were bizarre. What was BDSM and what did it have to do with whips? Regardless, she was defeating the goons quickly and efficiently which was all that mattered. Kenshin used his rapier to disarm their weapons and put their chakra points on lockdown. He moved through the warehouse with power and precision before finding the target in the back of the warehouse. "You're under arrest for human trafficking!" He shouted at the man before the criminal retrieved a switchblade. Kenshin immediately performed the sixty-four palms technique through his rapier. Each of his chakra points were locked down as pain and stiffness permeated his joints. He collapsed to his knees and was not bleeding as Kenshin disarmed the sharpness of the rapier's point. "Alright Captain Knote, I've subdued Okada. It's up to you to bring him into the CORE Compound for arrest and processing." Kenshin announced the news and dutifully deterred the decisions on the conclusion of the mission to the police department captain. The man was not handcuffed but remained unmoving on his knees on the floor.

The woman’s body eased, leaning away from the man on the ground. She nodded at Kagerou. “Yes, please. Please help him,” she said, scooting back to give Kagerou room to examine him.
“Can you tell me anything about the assholes that did this?” Kohaku asked, “did anything stand out about them?”
It wasn’t uncommon for more of the organized criminals to have matching uniforms or something of that nature, though this wasn’t always so. If that were the case, figuring out who exactly did this would prove a little more difficult.
The woman thought for a moment. “They, um. Some had these little tattoos, but they were all in different places,” she began “it was of a red skull, I think. Maybe it’s a gang thing or something, but none I’ve really heard of before.”
Kohaku froze and his body noticeably tensed.
s**t. If that was who he thought it was...
He inhaled sharply through his nose. “Do you know what they were after? Or how this even started?” he asked, his voice much steelier than before.
“Um. It sounded like they were after one person at first, but then it got out of hand,” she then looked over at her partner, “Masaru was right there when it happened, so maybe he knows more. I didn’t really know what was going on until everyone was swinging.”

From what Kagerous would be able to discern, there were about 15 injured, but in varying degrees. Some appeared to be standing upright, bloodied or bruised at most. Five others, including the man Kohaku and the clone were tending to, were too weak to stand. Aside from that, there appeared to be no fatal injuries.
The destruction appeared to be localized around a particular business–some sort of pawn shop, by the looks of it. Some of the windows had been smashed and the merchandise inside thrown around and scattered throughout the shop. It didn’t look like a robbery, but maybe some sort of intimidation act gone wrong.

The clone of Kagerou nodded, smiling gently as she folded her hands together through some seals and then laid hands upon the injured man. In the minutes Kohaku took to speak to the woman, she completed a diagnosis of the patient's injuries and then proceeded to rapidly heal the wound using the Healing Hands technique and her knowledge of the human body. The broken ribs mended and internal punctures sealed. Lastly, of course, the exposed wound closed. However, while the body was fit, that didn't guarantee that Masaru would regain consciousness then and there. Kagerou relayed this much to Kohaku as she sensed the direction of the conversation, "It might take a while for the patient to awaken. His wounds have been healed and his exhaustion lifted, but his mind might still need some rest after such a painful incident." While she was at it, she also figured she'd take this chance to say everything she needed. Moving her attention from the Arashigakure shinobi to the wife of Masaru, she continued to explain, this time for the wife's sake, "Ma'am, please rest assured that your husband has been successfully treated. He should only need some rest and of course care over the next few days to heal. Keep in mind that though his wounds have been healed, but strenuous activity may reopen them. Please wait here for the emergency services to arrive and assist you in bringing your husband home."
It was then, as timing would have it, that the clone caught an inky wisp flying to her out of the corner of her eye...

... and stop right in front of her. Of course, in front of the real Kagerou. The ink messenger the clone of Kagerou had seen was the messenger meant for Kohaku, just as Kagerou received her own.
"You shinobi need to cull the uprising in the Slums. Under no circumstances should you use any jutsu or chakra. You will not strike or hurt the citizens. You will not use anything to generate more fear. You will not grandstand, flex, threaten, or perform any other adolescent expression of power. No weapons will be present; I do not care if you have to drop them.
"You will use diplomacy: you are all Arashigakurans here. You will focus on your similarities. If it comes down to violence, you will not contribute. If they attack you, you dodge; if you cannot dodge, you block; if you cannot block, you will take the hit. If it is a killing blow...
"There will be no tolerance for disobedience. The punishment is worse than death."
A moment of silent consideration. Only a, "My my," voiced of her thoughts. Well, it was what it meant to be a shinobi, to trust in their kage, both in judgement and the reliability of the information held at their disposal, and Miyuki held Kagerou's trust as a young yet competent Arashikage. If death of an Arashigakuran was more desirable to her than the consequences that could come from using a technique in front of a riled up crowd, then that meant matters were serious indeed, tensions higher than Kagerou had expected. Beneath the ever present smile, Kagerou fretted with the decision to be made here. No time could be wasted here, but there were approximately 15 injured and a pawn shop to explore.
Well, like it was said, no time could be wasted here. Kagerou shunshined to the location she had sensed her clone and Kohaku at, blurring into sight on the roof behind the couple, so that they wouldn't be shocked by her supernaturally swift appearance, just the sudden sound of a voice behind them. "You've received the orders too, I take it?" the real Kagerou asked rhetorically, smiling down on Kohaku. The green haired medic didn't give him a chance to answer, moving on instead to what she really wanted to tell him, "I'm going to head to the site of the slums right now. Emergency medical services are arriving and my clone has adequate chakra to treat those injured here until others arrive. There's just one thing I'm concerned about. A pawn shop," a description of the pawn shop that had caught her interest was inserted, "seemed to be the particular target of this attack. It might be nothing, but it seems suspicious nonetheless." It was rude, the way she strung her words without giving Kohaku a chance to reply, but despite the calm manner in which she spoke and the peaceful smile, she was in a rush to leave. Information relayed--with no instructions of course because she had absolutely no relation to the investigative portion of this mission--the real Kagerou vanished in a flash to the slums. The clone Kagerou stayed, glanced up to Kohaku with a smile, but otherwise returned her attention to giving some final instructions on Masaru's post-injury care to his wife. As Kagerou described, the clone would be here to ensure the success of the medical side of this mission. [50 sentences]

Thank goodness for Kagerou and their mystical medicine powers. The best Kohaku could have done for any of these people was patch them up with some rudimentary bandaging and then tell them to rub some dirt in it. That’s at least how he treated himself whenever he got injured.
Kohaku stood back and watched as Kagerou healed the man, anticipation racing in his heart as he awaited the next piece of information, should the guy even be in good enough shape to share it. That, and, if he actually knew anymore than his wife did. The woman thanked Kagerou profusely, drawing closer to her partner as he began to stir.
Kohaku’s attention was then promptly snatched away by a wisp of ink presenting itself to him, relaying a message from the Arashikage.
The urgency of the message was a little alarming; he understood its importance, but couldn’t help but feel a little frustrated that he wouldn’t get to the bottom of this situation as quickly as he could. It would have to wait.
Kohaku’s eyebrows raised. “Oh, s**t. Kagerou, did you–” he began, turning to face the clone before catching sight of another Kagerou staring down at him from atop a roof. He made a double-take between the clone and the original before fixing his attention on the one standing above him.
Even if he had to leave, at least the people here would be taken care of in their absence, and he could always come to investigate later. The pawn shop, or what was left of it, would still be there.
“Cool, cool,” Kohaku said to himself as the real Kagerous vanished, then turned to face the clone, “alright, then, Kagerou 2. Looks like I’ll see you around,” he said before booking it towards the slums

Ariella led Kimiko to White Flash District. This place was just as full of life if not more than the shopping district was."Welcome to the White Flash District" Ariella said to Kimiko while looking back to make sure the doll was still following."Here is were lots of the village life intersects. If someone is looking going from one part of the village to the other they most likely will pass through here to their destination. A main route if you will. Because of this many shop, food establishments, entertainment, and night life can be found here. So as you can imagine this place is very busy." She paused for just a moment to glance once more at Kimiko.
It didn't take long for the pair to arrive at their destination. Stopping in from of what looked to be a convenience store."And here is where our first missing will be. The owner here had some important business to attend to this evening and had no one to tend to the shop. For today, it is our job to assist with anything the customers may need. That includes exchanging monetary value for goods, make suggestions, restocking the shelves, and so on. If you have any questions about anything just let me know and I will assist you. And with the mission briefed Ariella entered into the shop and approved the counter."Good evening. We were sent here on behalf of the village responding to a request for some shop assistance.""Oh perfect timing! Thanks a bunch! Anything that needs restocking are in the boxes in the back. Thanks again!" The shopkeeper started to scramble with taking off their apron while talking. Running into the back and back our to the front of the store the shop keeper headed the pair their own aprons before rushing out the door and waving." I should only be gone a few hours! Bye!" As the keeper ran out the door Ariella bowed respectfully before looking back down to Kimiko."And just like that it begins."

Kimiko had been fairly curious about what lied in this new district of the village so far, her head turning every which way while Ariella gave her the royal tour. It was interesting that this acted as a sort of crossroads for a lot of the town life here. If somebody needed to get from one point to another across their home, this was probably one of the roads they were going to take. "Fascinating." the more stern, cold personality said while hovering just besides Ariella. "So this is the actual heart of the village. Hidden in plain site among the shops and venues." The two would continue to go forward up until Ariella came to a stop before one of the local convenience stores surrounding the block that they had been on. The doll's head looked up at the store in interest while she followed her guide inside the establishment. Inside, there were shelves lined with all sorts of products, some of which the doll hadn't even seen before. Kimiko quietly walked along them to explore as if she had been an explorer looking to catalogue every last nook and cranny. It wasn't until her walk was interrupted by Ariella, who reminded her that they were here for a mission, not to window shop. She hurried back beside the girl as she spoke with the store owner, even adding in her own, "We promise to do a good job." to help put the man's worries at ease. He scurried off out of the store which left the two standing in their new shiny aprons.
"So what does a shop keeper do?" Kimiko asked Ariella, on the off chance that this human would know better than she did. "What did he mean by boxes? Doesn't he grow all of his stuff somewhere? Why would he keep them in the back instead of putting them in the front of the store?"

But it is easy for her to forget how different the times were since she never experienced it herself."Surely you had merchants that sold and traded goods, yes?" The young white-haired girl would reach into her satchel and pull out a notebook and pencil that she would use to draw a diagram as she made her explanation."I may be wrong, but I believe back in your time merchants usually made and grew their own goods to be sold and traded. The problem with that is limits the amount of good they can sell because the merchant does it all themself." Taking a brief moment Ariella would look up to make sure Kimiko was following along before continuing. moving her pencil down a little bit she would give herself room to draw a new diagram."Today, this system is a bit more....specialized you could say. As an example, for food, the beginning of the process starts with the farmer, who focuses solely on growing the food. They then sell their goods to a baker, who focuses on...well..baking. They may then sell their foods to merchants, like here, where they sell the final product. This process can be referred to as, the supply chain. This system is more profitable because it allows each person along the way to focus on one skill and develop more goods to be sold." Once she was done sketchy Ariella looked at Kimiko once more, wondering if she did a good enough job at explaining or if she just confused them more."Does that make sense?" Putting the pencil down on top of her notebook, she would lead Kimiko to the back of the shop where the boxes were."These are the boxes. They are what the goods and placed in making for easy travel. Our job here is to remove the items from the boxes and place them on the shelves in the front with the others like them. That way the customers can find them easily and purchase them." Hopefully that explanation was good enough because she wasn't quite sure how well she could explain it to better understand.
It was then that Ariella heard some muttering coming from the front of the store."Looks like we have some customers Kimiko" Walking out from the back room Ariella greeted the customers."Good evening. Please take a look around and let us know if you have any inquiries." She would say with her stapled emotionless smile. Hands clasped right in front of her lap she would stand behind the counter and wait for the customers to request assistance. There were two customers in the shop walking around. Both were males that looked to be in their later teen years. As Ariella spoke The boys would just look over toward her and go back to what they were doing, not really paying her any mind. Ariella herself didn't react to them ignoring her. To her, the mission comes first, everything else is irrelevant. Just standing behind the counter Ariella would just smile and watch them for two reasons. One, to give them space and make them feel like they could browse without feeling pressured to purchase something. And two, to keep an eye on them to ensure they don't attempt to steal any goods. The two males didn't take much longer before they brought over a few things to the counter and placed them down. It appeared the boys were just getting some snack foods and a few magazines" For the drinks, rice cakes, and magazines....the total comes out to 120 Ryo" The two boys scuffed a bit as the amount was slightly more than they were expecting."Tks, a bit much but whatever." The boys reached into their pockets and started counting their money, getting it ready to hand over to Ariella. But before they did Kimiko had caught their eyes."What the hell is that supposed to be?" One of the boys had said before both of them started to laugh hysterically."Is that...Is that supposed to be a puppet?! Hahaha" The other boy questioned why trying to catch his breath in between laughs. Ariella said nothing to the boys as they made fun of Kimiko. Her expression and demeanor never changed."If you would kindly pay for the items.""Huh? Oh yeah sure." Placing the money on the counter the boys would grab their goods and continued to laughing while walking out of the shop. Once gone Ariella looked down at Kimiko."Pay no mind Kimiko. That is why we are here is it not? Just have a little more patience" Ariella knew that Kimiko has a tendency to take it to heart when people make negative comments about their appearance. But with the new body, they have requested that will soon change. Looking down at the notepad and pencil she had left on the counter she had an idea, a stroke of inspiration! Instantly Ariella picked up the pencil and notepad and started to sketch. Getting out the idea she had in her mind."perhaps, something like this?" She muttered to herself, forgetting that she was in the middle of a mission. You see Ariella is one that will quite literally do anything for a mission, and usually will have her soul focus on that task. But once she has an artful inspiration the mission will quickly take a backseat."No, that isn't it" Ripping the page out of the notebook Ariella tossed it to the floor and started a new sketch. Each sketch was a portrait of female faces. Faces that perhaps, Kimiko's doll could look like. Something less intemedating. The process would only continue until she would draw something that met her unrealistically high standards.

"Well, yes. We have seen many merchants back from when we had seen the great trade halls. Even Our Master had such grand merchants to their name." Kimiko replied back in response to Ariella's question and then floated by idly while the explanation was given to them. They had only really been so knowledgeable of the inner workings of ownership and what a merchant did on a day to day basis, though it was still limited due in part by their world view and experience. Kimiko did appear to take everything in her impromptu lesson in and would nod their head up and down. Such fascinating lessons that this world could offer now. The old doll was still a bit worried about what other people might have thought about them in this condition, with their crumbling puppet body just about ready to begin going piece by piece. Still, that more innocent voice seemed to want to help Ariella as best she could, all things considered. The small doll looked back up at the shelves of boxes, full of goodies and items and anything that would be inside of the boxes. Their arms would warp, the threads slowly coming out of their body as they reached up and coiled around one of the medium size boxes and pulled it down onto the ground. The landing was a little rough, but still in pretty good condition! They cracked the box open and found a bunch of smaller boxes!
"What sort of cruel punishment is this?" The stern voice asked Ariella. "Why would they put boxes inside of a box? Isn’t one box secure enough?" Before her answer came through, their ally had informed them of customers coming into the shop! Kimiko was quick to hurry out with the box in threads and join Ariella back outside. The boys were pretty quiet, keeping to themselves as Kimi stuck their head in the box and then to the shelves. So they would just put the stuff in the boxes onto the shelves? Was that how this worked? Threads began to go from box to box, opening them to get to the product inside and search for it around the store. Their body hovered quickly doing the aisle at a fast rate while replacing things. Some items did take her by surprise, such as the bag of chips with a visible looking into the bag at where the chips were. They looked at them with curiosity and were rotating the bag around for a moment or so until looking up to see one of the boys just staring at them. Out of fear, they covered their face with the bag and slowly hovered back to the box before finding themselves the target of the boys' attention. They had their fun of the doll's expense while they just stood there in place and remained emotionless. Ariella came to the rescue again and pushed the boys to finish their purchase and leave. Once they had all excused themselves, Kimiko would speak.
"Why?...Why can't We look normal like you and everyone else?" At their despair, their doll body would chip away once more, the right cheek now containing a hole where Ariella could clear see various eyes sticking out at while the small doll sulked to themselves. Before their sadness could chip away more at the form, it wasn't long until Ariella would chip back in with their designs for a puppet body. It took a few sketches of the girl's idea to come to fruition as Kimiko's hand pointed to one in particular. "There. That one." Kimiko said, looking back up at Ariella, as if to show her satisfaction. "We like this one." They yokai said in the stern voice, with the other chiming in. "It...reminds Us of something. But it's not clear."

The large one was for transport for the entirety of the purchase."That was the last thing she would say before she was pulled to the front to deal with the boys. While Ariella stood behind the counter keeping an eye on them Kimiko was busy putting the smaller boxes on the shelves. The little figure was doing a good job with placing things back onto the shelves. They appeared to be very organized as well. Kimiko did say that they had a master in the past, perhaps they were use to remenial tasks such as this. One item seemed get their interest peaked. A bag of chips. Made sense, it was a relatively a new invention of the modern times. Did they even have chips back then?
After her encouraging words Kimiko would make a comment about wanting to look normal and a piece of her face would chip away. Sadly, for once Ariella ignored the doll. She was too far gone into the void of her artistic mind. After each finish sketch Ariella would rip it out of her booklet and toss it to the side. She was a perfectionist when it come to her art. An artist who is never fully satisfied with her work. A never ending cycle of creating. It wasn't until the movment of Kimiko picking up a piece of paper that she glanced over. Turning her head to see what it was that Kimiko picked up and was surprised to see she like one fo the rejected works. She was about to tell her that this drawing would just simply not do. But by the way Kimiko expressed interest she couldn't help but sign. Letting out a small sigh she would take the paper out of the dolls hands "If you so insist." Placing it down on the counter Ariella would flip the paper over and leave a note before folding up the piece of paper into a nice small square. Ariella would then reach into her satchel and pull out a small clump of clay. Using her chakra she would form it into a small bird. This bird would settling into the palm of her hand and hand only one duty upon its creation. Holding up the folded piece of paper the clay bird would hold the sketch in its beak and fly out the door. It only had one destination and it was to deliver the sketch to the puppet maker.

So people would order stuff to be put in smaller boxes which were then stuffed inside of a much bigger box to carry all the other ones? Kimiko tilted their head in thought and silently pondered things as she had been the busy little employee that Ariella and them could be. The doll now had looked up at the clay user, inching closer to see what it was that she was working on after selecting one of her rejected ideas on paper. It was a bit surprising, with the doll looking down at the paper in her hands and then back up to Ariella once she had begrudgingly agreed to move forward on the sketch that she didn't really like so much. "You are a good artist." Kimiko cheered on the girl as she summoned a clay bird to go and have the sketch delivered to the puppet maker. "We thank you for helping us get a new body. Some day, we may hope to repay you, Ariella." Despite how youthful the nicer voice sounded, there was still that strange way of speaking that gave a sense of unease. As if it was attempting to emulate something it either couldn't fully understand or was being told to say. The less affable one chimed in, looking towards the opened boxes and things behind them. "Hmm. We will continue our work." The doll hovered off and left Ariella to her own devices in her art. They would be busy putting things back on shelves and then taking boxes to the back and just setting them aside. Where did boxes even go when they were done being used? It took a couple of trips here and there before all the gaps were filled and they had free time to just wait for the next customer to enter.
Kimiko took this time to wander to the magazines and pick the odd one up. From the cover, it was one of those serial comics about heroes defeating villains and things, though they didn't know that. Their eyeless holes wandered the page while lost in the train of thought of a child discovering something for the first time. They scanned through the pages, taking minutes to wander through each one before flipping to the next one. Once they had finished, they set that one down and moved to the next one. It was less picture heavy and instead had walls of text describing such luxurious places and sights around the world. Kimiko held the magazine up while repeating some of the names of places and things to try and memorize them. "T-Tani...gakure? Tanigakure." Was that some of resort or something? No, wait, Ariella had told her before! It was a kind of village like the one she was in. More and more magazines were picked up and set down as their thirst to learn more was taking them across the gambit of interests. One second they were reading a model building magazine, the next a more mature looking one, and then stopping at a cooking magazine. After reading a couple of recipes and things, a question brewed inside of her empty head. "Ariella." she said, holding the magazine to her with a spread of some kind of large scale meal on full display. "We have a question. What does does tempura taste like? And this one? And this one too!" It was a confusing question, with Kimiko looking to Ariella for some kind of description of what it was like to taste something.
