It was obvious while walking, the Inuzuka and her dog were ignoring the female as best as they can but they still had manners. They would give her eye contact when she talks and answered her questions if she had asked any. "Never seen ya'll around! Course, I wasn't part of Arashigakure until the kage took up another island into the sky." It was recent that Arashikage had taken in more islands along with the yokai. One one of those 'air' islands, it was Aiyume's home. There was a hint of bitterness in her voice. Aiyume and Tsuta grew up roaming. Running. Freedom. Islands in the sky? While massive and vast, it wasn't the world. No matter. She'll make do and do her best to make friends! Her own pack that she'll protect and love! Aiyume was using her nose along with Tsuta to pinpoint the ramen shop. Sure enough, they manage to arrive. Entering, Aiyume requested for four. The owner glanced towards Tsuta as they see that she was a shinobi dog and can't exactly say no. With that, the four of them get on tables. Aiyume sat on the left side of the table. Her hand grasped the chair as she pulled it out for Tsuta who jumped up and sat down onto the chair like a well behaved dog. Aiyume started to read the menu towards Tsuta as she hasn't quite learned how to read just yet. Once they had made their decisions, Aiyume closed the menu books and her eye contact went to Hotaru's first, "So! What do you say? After we eat, we can go meet the Arashikage and could get a mission!"

Whilst Aiyume was keeping the pleasantries up, Seo would respond in the same way as she figured it'd be best so she wouldn't piss off her brother. They'd already been in one fight today and that was enough really and she knew letting him do the talking was generally for the best. "We just graduated the academy not too long ago." Hotaru would say in response to Aiyume mentioning she hadn't seen them before. Hotaru and Seo both followed Aiyume into the restaurant. Seo strategically picked the seat closest to the door in the event they had to make an escape... or if she wanted to escape Aiyume. Hotaru didn't even need to look at the menu to know what he wanted and left his on the side whilst Seo looked over the menu. "A mission you say? Seo you'd want to do a mission!" Hotaru would say with a smile, knowing it would pique his sister's interest. Seo nodded in response, closing her menu after picking what she wanted. "I suppose we could go on a mission with you." Seo would say, actually sincerely without any sort of sarcasm attached or deceit. Seo did have to admit that Aiyume had a sort of air of experience around her. Not necessarily a lot but, it was surely more than Hotaru or Seo had so, being on a mission with her could prove useful.

Hotaru confirmed that they didn't graduate from the academy not too long ago as well. Oh! But she does wonder if they were raised here or did they become part of Arashigakure due to the floating islands? The male looked to Seo with the idea of a mission as the female simply nodded but then actually responded. She was nice about it too! No hint or detection of malice. This caused Aiyume to smile genuinely. "Awesome! Can't wait!" The server arrived as Aiyume went ahead, "I would love the meat ramen and-" She was interrupted when Tsuta let out a quiet yip and a soft whine.
Aiyume turned towards her, "Huh? Ya sure? Alright, she also wants the meat ramen but double and I want the same." She held up two fingers towards the waiter as Tsuta barked happily and wagged her tail in excitement. Then Tsuta licked Aiyume's hand and growled softly. "Oh and water. Well, ya mind making it a bowl for 'er? Don't want be spillin' everywhere now." Aiyume explained. Once the waiter took the twin orders, he left to go to get the drinks and tell the cook of their order. Aiyume stretched her hands up high as few spots on her back popped as she sighed with relief. "SO! What's ya'll goals be?" She questioned towards them.

Hotaru was the first to speak up to the waiter out of the twins. "One order of the biggest bowl of ramen you can get me. With double the meat, eggs, and umm more meat!" The man had a smile ear to ear as he ordered. He had been waiting for this for awhile and he was going to make it well worth it. "I'll take the vegetarian ramen, thank you." Seo would say to the waiter after Hotaru had ordered, kinda grossed out by her brother's order.
The twin's attention turned back to Aiyume as she asked what their goals were. "To be the strongest shinobi in Arashi! Even stronger than the twin Arashikages and the current Arashikage." Hotaru spit out with a smile on his face. Seo nodded her head softly as if to say, what he said. Both Hotaru and Seo were fairly confident in themselves as is and they knew it wasn't a far reach for them to become powerful shinobi one day. "What about you Aiyume? What're your goals?" Hotaru asked the girl.

Aiyume eyes widen as she heard Hotaru's order as she leaned towards him a bit, "Man, I like ya!" She giggled with a wink towards him as Tsuta arf'ed in approval. But then she blinked and frowned at Seo. "Gurrrrl. If ya want muscles, ya gotta eat them meats." She said as she playfully poked Seo's biceps as she leaned back into her chair and her hand reached over as she scratched Tsuta's head and her ears, causing the dog to lean over towards Aiyume.
Aiyume grin remained there "Strongest shinobi in Arashigakure huh? Not bad! Wait, the twin Arashikage?" She questioned, confused to whom they were talking about. Are there three Arashikage? Doesn't make sense. Maybe they are talking about some kind of Arashikage in the past? Aiyume hasn't really brushed up on the history, just the current events, and why are there floating islands but that's about it. With a smile, she looked at Tsuta who at the same time, looked at Aiyume, "We want to be the best hunter-nin! Right girl!?" She said, not yelling but her voice was strong and just full of energy. Tsuta barked in response as the waiter brought out the food. "Aw yea! Thanks!" She said as Tsuta was now standing on her fours on the chair cause she wouldn't be able to reach otherwise. Aiyume, picked up the bowl and have it close to her mouth as she started to shove the food into her mouth.

"See good food and good company." Hotaru would say in response to Aiyume saying she liked him. 'She's flirting with you.' Seo would respond to him telepathically. The girl then watched as Aiyume poked at her bicep. "Don-" Seo began to say before suddenly stopping. It was obvious whatever she was going to say probably wasn't going to be nice.'It was a joke, lighten up. You'll be on your mission soon so you can have your fun then.' Hotaru would say as he realized he sister was going to have a negative reaction to the joke as well as being touched. Seo's face went back to a neutral demeanor after her brother stopped her from replying. "The twin Arashikages were the Arashikage before Toso. They were twins like Hotaru and myself." Seo answered Aiyume's question before Hotaru had the chance really.
"Hunter-nin are cool!" Hotaru said with the same energy that Aiyume was showing. "I'm sure you two will make a good pair in the Hunter-Nin corps." As the food was placed in front of Hotaru, his eyes lit up like he was a miner that had been looking for gold and finally found the largest chunk of 24k gold he had ever seen. Without a word the man started to dig into his rather bowl of ramen like he had never eaten before. Seo on the other hand was very methodical with how she ate her food, and at a much slower pace. It was almost like the two were raised in different households all together considering their difference in manners.

Aiyume couldn't help but to smile at Hotaaru's comment, "Right back at cha!" But then Seo developed a sour expression on her face as Aiyume rose her eyebrow in confusion. She glanced over at Tsuta as Tsuta had a 'blep' expression. She was licking her lips when she got paused midway, leaving her tongue slightly out. They both simply shrugged as Seo went on explaining. "Really? Huh. Didn't know that leaders can be two peeps." She picked up the bowl as she finished chugging down the broth that was left as Tsuta was working on cleaning inside and outside of the bowl.
Oh, heck yea! She likes this guy! "Yes, we will!" She swung around in her seat, her hands holding Tsuta's face and slightly squishing it. The thump thump of Tsuta's wagging tail could be heard. "Won't cha girl? Won't cha won't cha won't chaaaaa" She nuzzled her nose with Tsuta who licked her face in response as Aiyume laughed and pulled away. Then she glanced over at Tsuta, Hotaru, and her own food bowl. They were done. Seo, however, was being very... formal and taking her time. "So twins huh? Ya'll are polar opposites."

"It was a rare thing to happen but, it was super cool!" Hotaru would reply to Aiyume in between bites of his ramen. Likely finishing before anyone else. Seo continued to take her time, not really caring if others were waiting for her or not. Wasn't her fault her brother ate like an actual pig. While she continued to eat, Hotaru replied to her comment about them being polar opposites. "Yeah that's the thing about twins, don't have to be exactly a like! I even look better." Hotaru would say, winking at Aiyume after his comment about looking better. An audible laugh came immediately after from Seo. "Yeah you wish." The girl would reply. "Regardless we, work well together because of our differences." Hotaru would say, earning a nod from Seo. It was true, even though they seemed like complete opposites, those differences were what made them better as a team. As they were speaking, Seo would finish up her ramen.

Aiyume shook her head when Hotaru said he looks better and Seo injected that he doesn't, "Nah," She started as she crossed her arms onto the table and slightly leaning forward, "Both of ya are good lookin'!" Aiyume hears that they work together well because of their differences. Not despite, but because. With a smile, she glanced over at Tsuta and had a warm feeling. She was so thankful for that girl. Once she finished up, she paid the man and got a napkin as she helped Tsuta getting some of the liquids off of her face as Tsuta slightly protest. "Come on!" Aiyume said as she pounced on top of Tsuta, with a yelp of surprise, Aiyume has her under as she struggled a little to get her cleaned up. Once done, with a huff and puff, she placed the napkin onto the table. "Really Tsu?" She questioned as Tsuta simply smiled and wagged her tail, the thump thump could be heard as Aiyume rolled her eyes. "Alright! Let's go see the Arashikage!

Both of the twins were a little caught off guard by Aiyume's comment that they were both good looking. However, neither of them replied to the comment other than a thanks from Hotaru and Seo narrowing her eyes slightly. Seo was skeptical at best that Aiyume meant the comment. 'She hitting on us both now?' Hotaru would say, teasing her sister. 'Oh yeah I'm sure.' Seo replied to her brother. Before they could offer to pay the tab, Aiyume had already paid for the meals. "Thanks for the food!" Hotaru said with a smile. Seo nodded as Aiyume said it was time to go see the Arashikage. "Sounds good to me." Seo would say to the girl as both of the twins stood up and followed Aiyume out of the restaurant.

He needed to clear his head. All of this business with the APD, with him wanting to retire his badge and work with Avalanche instead... it was a lot. He stopped walking down the street just so he could massage his temples, pushing away the oncoming headache through physical touch. And then his ears began to ring as he heard someone mention a forbidden seal. He turned his head around automatically, inquiring politely, "Excuse me? Did I hear you correctly?"
His face broke into a big grin and he laughed heartily at his own intrusion before trying to justify himself. "My bad for listening in, but, I've been studying seals for a long time, and I would actually really like to try and help purify it for you, if you're interested?" As he mentioned purification, he touched his religious necklace and tried to look appropriately eager.

Akihiko didn't have a chance to tell Akaran to keep his voice down before some stranger overheard and took interest. Akihiko know shady parties had interest in cursed seals, though he knew little else, so it kept him on edge whenever people found out about Akaran. The kid seemed innocent enough, but that meant nothing. "Who the hell are you?" Akihiko cut in shortly after the kid finished making his offer.
"Kaito. Kaito Nagadera," he introduced, holding a hand out to Akihiko that he didn't accept. The mercenary looked the kid over again, seeing a badge on his belt.
"APD?" He asked, cocking a brow. The kid wasn't in uniform.
Kaito's face fell for a moment, then contorted in confusion, then realized his badge was still being brandished and palmed himself on the forehead lightly for forgetting about it. "Ah, that. Well, yeah, sorta. I mean, uh, yes, definitely, I'm APD," he floundered inconsistently.
Akihiko thought that was strange, obviously, but someone shady enough to have business with cursed seals would've been smart enough to not come across so airheaded. "Okay. You said you could purify the seal?"
The kid brightened up considerably as Akihiko brought the offer back up, running a hand through his curly hair as he laughed sheepishly. "Um, yes! I would really like to try. Uh, if that's okay with you," he said as he turned to Akaran with pleading, puppy dog eyes.

▱▰▱Akaran could hardly blame this stranger for eavesdropping after speaking so loudly. Not to mention that it was not really a secret for him. "What's purify mean?" He asked while chewing on his inner cheek. The oni did not understand whether he meant to remove the mark altogether or just make it easier to control. When Akihiko brusquely asked Kaito who he was, Aka shot a glare his way. "Be nice, Aki." The samurai scolded the mercenary and expected him to be more polite even if he was suspicious of Kaito's intentions. Akaran shook Kaito's hand a little too firmly on Akihiko's behalf. "I'm Akaran!" He smiled widely after his introduction and watched their back and forth. When he was given the puppy dog eyes he immediately acquiesced. "Sure! This is A-ki-hi-ko. He's really not mean, just protective of me." Akaran immediately began looking around and realized that this was likely not the ideal place for him to operate on a dangerous forbidden seal. "If you know what ya doin' anyway. You know a good place to work on it?" Akaran rubbed the seal on the back of his neck as he waited for Kaito to respond and take them somewhere.
