Akari considered his identity for a moment. A samurai, huh? She knew it would be important for the kage to establish strong ties with Zaishin; it was a good thing, then, that he had arrived. But she couldn't suppress a small giggle at his intentions. "Sorry, sorry. It is just funny because I know the new Arashikage has sent a diplomatic team to your home in Zaishin, in order to meet the Shogun and deliver important news as well. Well, they say great minds thing alike." She offered him a brilliant smile. "Welcome to the Storm, Ishikura Raiu. The Spire is the tallest building, impossible to miss." She whistled sharply and the gates behind her opened up. She gestured towards it with a wide sweep of her arm. "You are welcome to stay as long as you need in the Storm."

tab Ishikura seemed a bit surprised when she started to chuckle. He was gonna say something but she apologized, prompting him to smile a little instead. When she finished explaining, he was chuckling too "Aye, I'm certain just as Lord Shogun Kinryu is wise so is your Arashikage, it was good to meet you, Miss." With another bow from the three samurai, they'd take their leave, heading into the floating village. "Thank you for your help, and your hospitality."
Drifting through familiar gates, Kojino paid no mind to anyone who might have been watching his arrival. His hands were shoved deep in his pockets, a slight smirk of satisfaction on his face. 'Damn it feels good to be home,' he thought, letting his weightless gait carry him deeper into the village. He wanted to let the Arashikage know, he had returned.

Kenshin was granted access to the village with ease as the Lord Sannin. Once he entered the village with his wife by being elevated to the sky he looked over to the Spire. "I'll hopefully see you soon, my love." Kenshin had a feeling that he would be tied up with endless tasks as usual and may not be able to return home to see her in some time. Or at least not in a way in which both of the busy spouse's schedules would coincide. He hugged her tightly before departing for the Spire.

An additional 5 chakra can be applied to the blade to prevent it from causing physical damage from thrusting but instead seal tenketsu points and inflict pain similar to a stab wound in the area struck but slashing attacks can still cause damage. Half the resource cost of techniques from the rapier style of Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi applied allows the technique to carry the tenketsu sealing effects of a same-rank palm strike such as a B-Rank carrying 64 Palms effects. Getsuruito must be in its rapier form to use this ability and 5 chakra can be spent upon activation of this technique to transform it as such. The Righteous Sword of the Sentinel technique has a 10 post duration before necessitating re-activation and costs an E-Rank amount of chakra. Smiting Blade of the Night Watch [ Naitō Otchi no Sumittinguburēdo ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Spiritual When this technique is activated it crackles violently with night blue lightning for the entire duration. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Whenever the blade is swung or thrust over the duration the user can fire a concentrated blast of ten bolts of lightning to accompany the strike equal to the rank applied but for only half the cost to initiate the technique. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Additionally, these lightning bolts can be freely applied to all complex bukijutsu for no action cost to smite enemies. The only action cost is when the technique is activated and all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not consume actions and only chakra. This ability can be used in both forms of Getsuruito.
Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.

Ada would, for the first time, use her identification as a noble of the Lightning Empire as her primary form of identification. Her invitation to participate in the mass civilian abductions investigations from the Arashikage would be presented immediately after. The guards could verify her Konin rank through information shared with the Hidden Storm. They took the sky tram together and Kenshin was the first to bid her a forlorn parting. "Sooner than we realize by the time we accomplish our duties." She noted his attention on the Spire and recalled mention of his business with the Arashikage. It was at least possible that they might cross paths again soon after all. "I love you Kenshin." She returned his embrace and saw him off with a wave. With a light touch on a crystal at the side of her hair clips, EHCS was summoned to her side. "Time to work, X. These survivors are the key to putting a real end to these trafficking horror stories plaguing the people." X took a moment to process Ada's words, but at this point he understood many of the causes and various effects of human suffering and trauma. He understood that without proper understanding and patience, those scars could often bring humans to bring harm to another being, either intentionally or not. "Understood, Ada. I will assist as best I can." X said this and followed the woman to the hospital where they were supposed to meet with others to speak with a key witness.
Her mission to return the sword has been returned it its rightful owner. While she was successful with finding the sword in the marketplace she wasn't successful in finding clay that reach up to her standards. So she had no other options, Ariella had to leave the village to forage the land for the proper clay. The trick was that she had to somehow sneak past the gate guards, as she technically wasn't supposed to leave the village without the proper supervision. Seemed like a simple task. Most of the time the shinobi watching the gates were bored out of their minds and half asleep. So all Ariella had to do was wait till the got distracted by someone else and walk out. Ariella stood near by and waited for someone to approach the guards to ask about directions. She would then make her would out of the village, calmly and with poise. It was less obvious that way. And boom, just like that Ariella was free to find her earthly treasure!
The pair would walk back to the village together engaged in some conversation. When the doll had asked Ariella her name and the young girl responded with asking the dolls name, the answer was a bit of a shock."No name? Well, why don't we give you one then?" looking down at the doll with a warm smile she would start to think of some names. 'Usagi...Reiko...Yoshiko...' None of the names she was thinking of was really striking a bell with her. Then suddenly, a name hit her."Kimiko seems fitting, doesn't it?" Ariella felt like it was fitting. Meaning empress child. The doll comes from a different era where she lived in a castle. And she looks like a child. So it works. Now the question was if her little companion was going to like it too.
Upon reaching the village. Ariella hide behind a rock and looked down at the doll."Ready to see what the most thriving village in the land of storm looks She would tell the doll while she took off her headback and hid it once more."Don't fret. We will be fine."[dimgrey] Ariella has done this before. She has standards on the type of clay she uses, and the village is never able to provide the quality she needs for her art. She waited for a group of people walking through the gates to use them as a cover. Grabbing the dolls hand once more she would guide the doll through the gates with her, using other people's body to hide them from the guards line of site. Once they entered through the gates Ariella picked up the pace to more of a fast walk. Keeping her head high she kept her gaze foward and refused to look back. Taking a corner behind a building Ariella would make sure they weren't followed before putting her headback back on her waist. straightening up her posture and clothing, she would clear her throat."Now.... Welcome to Arashigakure." She said she she clasped her hands behind her and start to give the doll a tour."People from all walks of life live within the walls. Not just the wealthy. We don't always get along but we do try our best. So, is there anything your curious to see?'

The Doll was surprised to hear Ariella's surprise when telling the girl that she didn't have a name at all. While most creatures or things were given those unique identifiers, no such things really existed for the hovering, haunted doll in front of the woman. "We were not given one during our creation." The Doll repeated, still ever busy floating along with how quickly this thing was pulling her along, as if she were the stuffed animal of a young child. "During such times when We were required to be summoned, Our superiors would address us like any other servant." Ariella mentioned giving her a name that made the yokai wonder why such a thing could be done by such a human. She remained quiet, thinking to herself as The Doll moved with her along the path to the village. The canopy of branches above them was soon giving way to a clearing as the two continued with one another. They remained silent for a few more moments until Ariella spoke about a name for the demon. The Doll looked up, repeating what was said. "Kimiko." They looked at the ground some, as if mulling the prospective name over in their mind. If they would have been able, the doll likely would have a conflicted expression on their face. The silence continued for a moment until they looked back up at Ariella. "It is a name that will work. We thank you for giving us a name." Maybe she'd sense that little aura of gratitude around the girl or maybe pick up on her appreciative glance in her direction, but the haunted doll would at least have a proper name after so long.
When the two of them had arrived at the gates to Arashigakure, Ariella dragged the Doll back behind a large rock that offered an advantageous position into viewing the gates. The Doll found themselves amazed at such structures, having only recalled seeing them in such grand and extravagant places within the empires of old. "They remind Us of the gates in the Palace long ago," The Doll's head continued glancing around the entrance to the village while staying behind the rock. "We are ready to enter when you are." They gave the signal and waited for Ariella to take them. A large group had moved to enter the village by some means and they would move swiftly. The doll floated ever so carefully beside the woman as they moved along with the group. It didn't dawn on the doll that they were using the cover of people to prevent anybody from seeing her. A few people did look down to spot her, some giving nervous look, others looking away and restricting their view to anywhere but where they had been. It did fill the yokai with a little regret, but they had little time to think much about it. Ariella heightened her pace when they were through as the Doll's hand was being pulled along harder now, although it was easy for her to keep up without the use of legs. Once through, they rounded a corner and would hide while Ariella would seem pleased to have snuck through.
When asked about the first stop on their tour, The Doll had to think of a place that would sate any curiosities in her mind. There were a thousand different voices in her head, each shouting out a different answer. It did cause the doll to seem a bit distracted at first, trying to sort through the responses going through its head before giving a satisfactory answer. As if to show her age, The Doll would look up at Ariella. "We would like to see the dolls and the school. It reminds Us of something all of a sudden." They then would think more about things before adding additional requests. "We would also like to see where you fight. And then some place with fish. We would be in your debt if you can assist us.

Ariella had asked her companion what it was that she was hoping to see while in the village. The curiosity of the doll was obvious as it rattled off a list of things and placed it wished to see. Dolls, school, training grounds, and a place with fish."Certainly. We shall make haste then. Lots to see while there is still light. Hm?" She would say before grabbing the dolls hand once more and leading her towards the academy.
