Since the uprising of Tosokurui Ashikoki Hojo as the new Arashikage the village is no longer as visible as it was before. The gate like the rest of the village rests above the clouds away from prying eyes. Now with notable defenses to keep the 'Hidden' Village hidden less it wants to be discovered. In order to gain access to the Village Entrance for those who are unaware of it an individual must first make a post in the appropriate thread the village is located in stated in the title. This will occasionally change on the occasion as the village never remains in one place for long. After making that post there be a groundsman within the area. The groundsman is typically dressed and appears as any ordinary civilian. The requirement for ascending to Arashigakure is the Arashigakure headband or 'insignia' which is given to its inhabitants. When this is confirmed the groundsman will signal the village which allows passage. Insignia's are often given personally by the kage to those who wish to work for Arashigakure of whom the groundsman is in contact with. The Groundsmen essentially functioning as what used to be [Gate Guards]

By channeling an S-rank amount of chakra the clouds then function as a sensory inhibitor blocking out detection from Doujutsu. Sensory abilities below S-rank will also be unable to discern the location of the village. This lasts for [5] posts going off the posts of the individual who activated it. [INACTIVE]
โข-Inazuma Sen {Ligtening Line}: Used in tandem with Tawaharimitae's ability to manipulate cloud density thick storm clouds will collect around the village and begin to gather lightning. This prevents physical entry but also leaving of the village less succumbing to a nasty almost life-threatening shock. Using an ability strong enough will part the clouds but will require an additional activation to make ones way through before it closes again as it closes as fast as the entrance was made. [INACTIVE]

Perfection has burned, withered, and reduced to ashes. Will perfection rise and grow from the supposed ashes of a life that once had direction? Apparent happiness? The look on her face is more truthful to her thoughts than any word could worth speaking could describe. Empty and equip with discontent and only the minimal necesities in a well-made backpack around her shoulders. This was the place to go was what she was told. Her presence created a firm divide of distance, drilled a cavity in her spirits, and further regret poured itself into its place. Further regret, because this became a bad idea on the get go. Regret, because this adventure wasn't the ideal resolution she wanted to settle with. She did, despite her own dissent on the matter.
Some otherworldly force aided to bring her here, it seemed. Unki felt this endeavor was apart of her own despondent discretion to offer her head, heart, and body to a familiar downfall of a career that she couldn't escape. A meager hope to find fulfillment and act as the tether between two parties. She felt cheated, sorta, that this was what things (that could have easily been interpreted as"her love-life) boiled down to: The role of envoy, an honorary diplomat with forced respect and favor, which nodded at what once was in reach to her.
The feeling in her person was either anticipation or sickness at the sight of where she has been appointed to. She knit her brows and couldn't hold back the pout pressing from her lips. Unki didn't want to go in but an undesired mess of complicated reasons put her here, at the entryway, in the first place. This sucks. I just wanna go home....

One quick look at her dress, a casual outfit topped with a shinobi flack jacket, would be an obvious give away to Unki that this was one of the gate guards; even if she had been "retired" for some time now. Her presentation was not professional in any capacity. Her stance was slouch with her hands in her pockets, and she looked at Unki through a heavy lidded stare. The ninja sized up the new arrival for a few seconds, then let out an exasperated sigh. "Welcome to Arashi, are you here on official business or just a a guest," she'd mumble. Her tone was obviously bored and filled to the brim with a "I'd rather be anywhere but here" attitude; not the first impression one should probably give to an envoy as important as this. She'd give another sigh and roll her eyes, having land on Unki. "Well?
One brow was unknitted and arched as if she hadn't been paying attention but still wanted that attenative (and slightly bothered) look. Unki lowered her head as she manuevered the backpack over a shoulder and rolled to sit in front of her person. There weren't many words spoken as of yet, Unki had her thoughts divided by a tall envelope in the bag and by the outfit the lackadaisical lady was wearing. The thought crossed Unki's mind about how unprepared the lady looked without a pair of vambraces like her own. All the while Unki's lips were stil pursed in a pout, still looking perturbed, and frankly didn't care. One can't really talk clearly if they're going to insist on holding a pout.
It didn't take long for Unki to dig out the tall envelope, dropping the backpack, and devoted both hands to opening and carefully pulling out a piece of paper. The contents of said paper would primarily speak for her: the letter firmly described her identity and diplomatic purpose to offer services and maintain a line of communication and cooperation between the military and the Imperial city to ensure efforts are going strong. Signed, as plain as day, Chosokabe Shiro.
Unki, less pout-y face than before, then proceeded to hand a small booklet presenting a list of her information: name, a photo featuring a more inspiring Unki, residence, the whole nine yards needed to confirm this was official Shiro letter was in the proper hands.
"I dun'know. Both, I guess." Her answer could give an opposing vibe than what the papers would offer and her tired answer may not be read as something genuine. Unki wouldn't be surprised if the lady's demeanor went one way or the other. Shiro's name, even on paper, might even make the highest and mightiest of ninja a little on edge.

In a matter of seconds, her posture straightened like a board and her eyes locked onto Unki. "Pardon my , my lady. I was not made aware we would be expecting such an important guest today." her tone switched from bored and disinterested to overly eager and trying to fix an obvious mistake. She made a quick hand signal to the other gate guards and two more ninja from the guard house would join her, surrounding Unki with the same attentive air. "Right this way, my lady. We'll escort you to the Kage's office. Welcome to Arashigakure" she stammered. On that note, the three ninja would begin to escort Unki into the village.
The lady's reaction may have not surprised her but it brought a degree of amusement that shows how a few lines of words can enlighten someone. Now, "escort you " and "kage's office" were not exactly the words Unki was prepared to accept but she had to, now that Shiro's letter had built her the little entourage. The former empty expression was lessened and she managed a relaxed but tired smile. She stowed her credentials away and the letter back into the envelope before allowing the trio to show her path.

Seeing the merchant, Shลsan would yell "HEEEEEEEEEEEY!" he'd yell out towards the elder man and wave as he jogged his way towards him. "Sorry to keep you waiting," he'd scratch the back of his head and let out an awkward chuckle. The merchant would assure the young shinobi it was not a problem as they walked out of the entrance of Arashigakure, exiting the village while conversing about life and their troubles.
__ Kenshin arrived at the gates and walked a mere two paces ahead of Tsukina and did not say a word. He spent the entire walk lost in thought about the gargantuan task ahead. They approached the west basion of the massive floodgates. The gates were a fine and intimidating fortress that still amazed Kenshin to this day. He stopped and turned around to look at Tsukina. "This is where we're meeting his lordship. Please excuse me for a moment." Kenshin then climbed up one of the towers onto the main platform and found the Jounin gate guards. When he appeared the Jounin immediately began to straighten out their posture. "Hello Captain!" They greeted him first as he walked the platform and inspected the gates. "The barracks are a pigstye. All guards offduty straighten them out, now." Kenshin was a meticulous supervisor and these gates needed to be absolutely pristine. He found a few guards off duty and approached. "Get your boots off that table or I'll have you written up, Shinji." Kenshin barked and the man immediately cooperated. He returned to the main deck and took a squared stance as he watched the waterfall crashed beneath him over and over again. "Today is the day of reckoning." He thought in anxious anticipation of the mission ahead. Captain Kosei then returned to the ground level and the meeting spot in appropriate timing.

It was with speed that Jeon tugged along Shion towards the entrance to the gates. "The important thing, Shion, is that it isn't allowed to also fall into the wrong hands. To that end, I'd like to see to it that we put this thing away as soon as possible. Don't worry. We can handle this!" Jeon offered. For his part, Jay was completely asleep, resting enough for the both of them before they arrived. The anxiety Jeon usually felt from him when they shared the body was absent as it had been for years now since they both became in tune with the natural energies of the world. The ape sage arrived at the gates, the sounds from the White Flash Districts becoming overwritten by the waterfall. There, she saw Tsukina and Kenshiro were already waiting. "Yo!" she called out after coming in earshot, offering a wave to the group.
Shion nodded along to the kage's explanations of the mission. Her eyes were locked on Jeon the entire way, barely keeping track of where she was going, growing more and more excited with each word that was said. "Right! And that's why I'm here. You need someone tough to bring this b*****d down!" she shouted through an overly cocky grin. Shion slightly raised her hands to waist height and clenched her fists, causing the same small explosions from her hands that had become a tell-tale sign of Shion's current mood. "I wont let you down, boss."
As she approached the gates with Kenshin she could feel her excitement waning slowly being replaced by a serene calm. While he excused himself she smiled and dipped her head,"Of course." With him leaving to attend whatever it was he was doing, she would close her eyes and relax. The sound of the waterfall providing a continuous backdrop to offset the soft rhythm of her heartbeat. She had to admit, this village was in quite the location. The cartographers outdid themselves with this one.
Though before long she was pulled from her meditative state by the female of the twins offering a greeting. Crossing her right leg behind her left she offered a small bow with a smile,"Miss Jeon." Rising back to her full height she also gave a smile to the woman with her who was well renown for her eager nature,"Miss Moro. Good to see you both." The calm nature of the woman in contrast to the momentousness of their task betrayed the decades of experience she held. She knew full well this would go one of two ways, and worrying about it now would do no good for her and only cause her to hesitate.
Jeon snorted at Shion in laughter when her bravado shone through as it always tended to. "Right, exactly. Just do yourself a favor. Worry less about letting me down and more about letting yourself down. Just do your best, and everything will go well." Speaking of strong girls doing their best, Jeon looked to Tsuki when she spoke, gathering her attention over the sound of falling water. "Tsukina-Unnie!" an excited Jeon spoke offering a wave. She just about skipped over to the woman, stopping just short of uncomfortably close. "Jay is here, he's sleeping," she gestured to the head mounted firmly in place on the back of her neck, hanging low with his hair hanging to conceal his face. "He tends to do that. I don't. Almost ever, actually. That's why I always control the body at night. Only one of us has to. It's really convenient for a leader. Especially considering... wait I can't talk about that." Another five...solid...minutes... of idle chatter that was actually just Jeon word vomiting at her and then, even if Tsuki hadn't been paying attention the gravity of the question that Jeon posed would make even Jay pop open an eye from his position where no one could actually see his face.
"Tsukina-Unnie. Did you ever have plans to fully integrate? Into Arashigakure I mean." A strong wind from the Gust district blew in, causing trees in the Drop District to send pollen everywhere, scattering them over the entire village. As they fell, Jeon was unmoving, even as one piece fell over her eyelash.
As he had wanted to leave to travel to the village he had escorted the merchant to, Uzushiogakure, Shลsan would walk towards the entrance gate as he saw the Kage and some people who had not only looked strong, but had noticeably strong chakra. He'd stand off to a place that was out of sight, but close enough to listen to what was going on. ("What's going on...?") He'd think to himself, highly intrigued with the commotion. He figured that if the Kage was there, outside of their office, it HAD to be important.

[x] I'd had every intention of traveling to the Kage's tower and seeing if there was anything the Kage needed done--mostly for a bit of ryo but more to help focus on something else, given the rather startling event of hearing a voice I hadn't planned on encountering any time soon. However, on my path to the tower, I happened to bump into the twins, or more specifically the female of the twins, as it appeared the other was resting. They were headed for the gates for... something I still wasn't entirely certain on. But I'd been requested to come along.
It had something to do with one of the bijuu, I'd gathered as I kept to myself behind the pair. Perhaps the Kage thought I could be of some help against it, whether because I was a fuuinjutsu focus, or because I was a jinchuuriki myself. Though I wasn't honestly sure how much the twins knew about me or my past, or even that I held the Rokubi inside me. I'd purposely avoided the hospital in an effort of staying dead as far as Kirigakure was concerned. While this was formerly Kumogakure, with the two villages having been allies, it was possible that medical records could be seen, and, well, that would ruin the entire reason I'd moved to the village in the first place. It meant the few times I had gotten myself injured, I was forced to treat myself. Thankfully, it was never anything too serious.
At the same time, back when Sypher was still the Mizukage, he had acted like he knew Saiken was sealed to me. I never had the chance to find out what the truth was behind that before he vanished, but it had made me paranoid and set in me a deep mistrust toward most others. After all, I hadn't even known until then, and since then I hadn't told a soul. The bond I had with the Rokubi was forged on my own without the help of anyone else, and I intended to keep it that way if possible.
Now that we had arrived at the gates, I broke off from the pair to observe. I could only assume instructions would come soon, and given the group of shinobi gathered, it was likely only a matter of time before we set out. As always, most were faces I recognized from my time in the village, and I probably could have put names to several of them if I tried, but I was both an outsider to them and kept to myself. I was normally my namesake, and it was probably best if it stayed that way.
Still, as was habit of mine, I took in as much information as I could. There were five heads total, ranging greatly in ability and power, but definitely most of the stronger shinobi of the village. Except for one, who arrived around the same time we did, more than likely either on their way to somewhere else, or curious where everyone was going. The other four conversed, and with the ears I had, I was able to pick up most of what was said even from a distance. Nothing important, as far as I could tell, for the most part. All idle conversation, though after a while the Kage's tone became much more serious. It was clear at that point the conversation wasn't meant for all ears, and I turned my attention away, back into the village as I waited to hear what the next action would be.
