I guess I could say storing elemental charka within the

And what are you using this stored elemental chakra for? Like, is it basically the sealing technique from the fuuin list except as a sword? Or are you storing elemental chakra so that you can use it for jutsu of that specific element? Because one is more approvable than the other.

Description: Firm hands are a pair of fitted armored gloves. It was Chouga's mothers trademark weapon during her shinobi days used in conjunction with his father's Tender Touch for a dynamic combination that won the duo some notoriety before retirement.

Ability Summary:
β€’ Hammer: {X}
When punching something an amount of chakra is then exerted. This creates a resonating shock wave of force of incredible impact. Although it does no direct damage to the target or body it creates a force that pushes a struck object away ten feet per rank, This does not deflect techniques unless they are solid in nature and the chakra spent for the blow is equal to or greater than the oncoming technique. Success will often lead to a disarming of the individual. This same effect can be applied as a form of recoil where in instead of sending a target flying it will send the user flying in the opposite direction. This may also be done simultaneously on impact to send both individuals flying in opposite directions. It's primary strength is to be used in conjunction with Tender Touch.

β€’ The Claw: [C]
By making a 'come here motion' with two of one's fingers causes where Tender Touch is located to begin a rapid return dislodging itself from whatever its penetrated, doing a full flip back to its point then quite literally penetrating anything on its return flight of A-rank or lower, it is from that point on the users responsibility to grab it before it injures them. Alternatively if it isn't grabbed it will continue at its propulsion and can be mounted to travel in its straight returning direction so long as the user is pointing in a direction. Though of course it has no maneuverability.

Description: Tender Touch is indestructible and while its not inherently sharp it has an excellent point in which can break through nigh near anything with enough force behind it without fear of being destroyed itself. It was Chouga's fathers trademark weapon during his shinobi days used in conjunction with his mother's Firm Hand for a dynamic combination that won the duo some notoriety before retirement.

Ability Summary:
β€’ Breaking Point: Passive
If Tender Touch is properly aligned with its point on target. If struck with enough force, ideally via Firm Hands it will penetrate any and all defenses of a rank [2] higher than the force exerted then shatter it if its an object, if not struck with firm hands this is only treated as [1] rank higher, If the point is misaligned i.e not firmly planted on the intended target it gains only a Rank Superiority assuming the point is still in the direction of the target. However, it will never shoot 'through' a target unless its on a return. Meaning if a target is larger or is deeper than the nail itself, the nail will stop at the deepest point it can go unless on a return trip.

β€’ Tender Scolding: Passive
If the nail happens to pin itself or something into say a wall or the dirt. It from then on becomes immovable, supernaturally anchoring itself, except for the use of [The Claw] or other desperate methods to remove it, it remains locked in place where not even the user can remove it without owning Firm Hands. There but a few ways around this. I.e bearing through the pain of ravaging your insides or cutting off an arm or destroying the area in which the nail has one pinned to where it has nothing to be lodged into.

Pending. Sorry Necro, but there are some problems. For Claw, you can't pay a C-ranked and have the technique act as an A-ranked projectile. For both your customs you need a cost in stamina to those passives. So something like, "If this is used on a C-ranked barrier, then the Nail can be hammered in at E-ranked so long as you pay an additional D-ranked cost." So basically, you can allow it to work at +2 to the defense it's being up against, at the cost of -1 of the defense itself plus the actual technique you use to break it. It should still save you some chakra / stamina though. Also Tender Scolding needs a stipulation where, if you exert an A-ranked cost to lift it then you can. And that, once pinned, it auto-drains an A-ranked amount to have that permanent effect.

Description: Genjutsu Clarity are actually a deviation of ninjutsu academy tools. They're designed to allow a ninja to see the genjutsu they cast upon their opponent so that they understand the effects of their power. Chie modified them a bit to help her overcome her difficulties with this branch of ninja combat.

Ability Summary:
β€’ Genjutsu Enhancement: Reduces the cost of genjutsu by five chakra, to a minimum of five.
β€’ Genjutsu Perception: Passive. Chie pays ten chakra when she looks at a ninja she cast a genjutsu upon. This in return allows her to see how the genjutsu is affecting her opponent, and thus knows when the opponent has kai'd out of the technique. Works only on genjutsu that utilize sight as a sense.

A C-rank of Stamina is then required to catch Tender Touch at risk of harming its caller if not paid. Catching does not consume an activation but may prove difficult if under duress. Summarized: It Costs 20 Chakra to beckon, C-rank Complex to Avoid, and Costs 20 Stamina to Catch

Tender touch can also be used in what could be considered a tuning fork type of sense. After shattering a defense, rather than continue in a flight trajectory for a brief window of time it can instead remain floating and stationary. The flat head after having been struck earlier will be struck a second time it will then begin to absorb the force behind the blow as oppose to being launched. Essentially it stores this force where it gathers in its tip, from here the sounds of what can be compared to chittering moths begins to sound not unlike the sounds a chidori as the force travels down the length of the nail. This is essentially used as a follow up to having just broken through a defense as an amount of concussive force is produced in a blast like manner from the weapons point devastating an area equal to the amount of force exerted. That amount of force exerted correlates with the cost.

Alright, thanks for the clarification. For the come hither technique, you cannot give the weapon a basic supreme boost to a stat for only C-ranked amount of chakra. Also, you cannot apply DR to a spiritual move. I know technically you're saying that you're not and that you're only increasing the rank two stages, but that's technically a double supreme boost in strength. Breaking point looks good, and as long as you still pay a price to re-launch the momentum of the attack sealed within the nail then you're golden.

Description: The King of Swing is essentially a mike stand with a rapier like point inside an equally pointed cylindrical sheathe. The head of the weapon functions as a microphone which amplifies the users voice similarly to a megaphone with better acoustics. The end if sheathed being still pointed can be stabbed in the ground to stand on its own. Kaga primarily never unsheathes the weapon as it functions just as well sheathed as unsheathed on top of the fact Kaga isn't really the type who enjoys harming others.

Ability Summary:
β€’ Back to the Basics: {X} : With a twirl and a point the King of Swing causes a resonation of chakra that synchronizes its user with the movements of their opponent(s). All techniques up to the spent rank used with The King of Swing are treated as though they were uninfluenced by descriptives. Likewise anything The King of Swing comes into collisions with are also treated as though they are uninfluenced by descriptives. This lasts {1} post per rank.

β€’ Ovation: {X} : The Microphone on King of Swing can amplify its effectiveness more so, it amplifies Genjutsu as being a performer Kaga's Genjutsu is channeled through his musical stylings. Compulsory and single target Genjutsu up to the rank spent can affect an entire thread. This duration lasts {6} posts starting at [E] and decreases by {1} post per rank thereafter only lasting {1} post at & [S+]

I noticed you guys raised the chakra cost of techniques. Since this was made back in SN would it be alright if I could raise the chakra limit form [240] to [250] so that it can still operate at the same level as it did before?

Description: Created partly from the reality manipulation of her Sakkakugan and further given form through the help of the artisan tailor. The necklace seems to be loosely tethered to this world, almost as if it seeks to fade from it constantly.

Ability Summary:

β€’ [Foresight] - A unique property of the necklace is that it is able to 'store' jutsu though not in the conventional sense. The necklace has [3] charges and each charge still costs chakra along with an activation. But allows the user to circumvent a required preparation time the technique may have. Costs the techniques original cost in order to store it this way, and must be pay that cost again during it's activation. Additionally because of it's fragility the max chakra amount it can hold is [240]. Meaning it can hold any rank combination of jutsu as long as the max amount is three, and the total chakra of these jutsu is equal to or below [240].

β€’ [Empowerment] - An active ability of the necklace that allows it to empower genjutsu that Lahlil casts. Costing an additional [10] chakra added onto to each genjutsu cast this way, Lahlil is able to add [1] extra sense of her choosing onto a genjutsu as long as it would not go past the 5 // 6 limit. The effect can only be done once per genjutsu.

The sections can then be brought back into the short sword on command. Used for close to medium combat it's sole purpose is to keep the gaps between the enemy small and limit their options for movement.

Ability Summary:
β€’ Venomous (Spiritual): By sending their chakra through the blade/whip at any point in time, the user can mimic the effect of a myotoxin (similar to snake venom) and cause intense pain and paralysis in the target or targeted area. To do so, the user must spend an additional [15] chakra to whatever Bukijutsu or Formless technique used making it spiritual. Pain is treated as a rank higher and paralysis lasts [2] posts. Damage stays at the rank of the technique used (ex. C-Rank would feel like B-Rank pain but still only hit for C-Rank damage.)

When the blade makes contact or Hīryu desires it, all of the stored chakra is realeased forward instantly in a destructive force with range, capable of cutting down an entire forest in one swing at higher ranks. If slammed on the ground the force travels along the ground instead, destroying it as it goes. Lethal at close range to unarmored targets.
