In celebration of the Guild's 10th Anniversary celebration, Smithers456 has asked me to be the host of 'Create a Pokemon Contest'. The next couple of paragraphs is the rules and requirements that he has asked me to set down.
RULES

The reason that I want the Pokemon to be Original is due to possible Pokemon copyright violation. So be creative and I look forward to what you come up with.

I got some questions about filling in the Participation Prize Choice in the Pokemon Skeleton:
gaia_star Is there a Participation Prize as well as a Top Prize?
gaia_star If there is a Participation Prize, is the prize just taken from the Top Prize List, the Valuable Items Prize List, or both?
gaia_star Do we list 3 items (just in case, we win first place as a Top Prize), 4 items (for Participation Prize and just in case, we win first place as a Top Prize), or 1 item (for Participation Prize)?

They are level-headed and quite intelligent. gaia_star General – A purple bottlenose dolphin with a light purple belly. It has 2 silver steel plated, light purple gems on its forehead. It also has some silver steel plating on its teeth, fins, back, and tail.
