Warning: Scary picture...look at your own risk
Paranormal Investigators....they help people, they learn a lot more than most skeptic officials would by just going into houses/mansions/public places after dark to prove that there is an afterlife when we die. It is a hectic, stressful, scary job yet it has its benefits despite the payments being well....unscheduled.
Six (or four depending on how many join) individuals have made their own Paranormal group, they used to investigate just their local area but their popularity has soared thanks to one unique trait they have.
Each person has different special abilities that can connect to the paranormal;
one being a medium (talks to ghosts),
a psychic (seeing the past),
an exterminator (can handle bad spirits/demons),
a sketch artist (that can draw based on witness description),
a Lucid Dreamer (the person that achieves control of dreams, becoming more clearer to see...helping the psychic),
And a technician (one who works with the cameras and also helps come up with technology to find ghosts).
All six people have different lives, and different struggles...but they all had one common ground on the paranormal, making it feel like their purpose have been fulfilled despite family/friend's say so on their hobby. They might even fall in love, but will it be of help? Especially on the pressure of travel to their state, and maybe international if that popular?

Personality: Typically very sociable, expressive, and dominant. He is the Teacher after all so of course he cannot be in solitude often so he could check on the people he rules over to make sure everything is checked off. Unlike some of them, he is composed and never lets the power goes over his head. However, he is quick-tempered and can be stubborn. He is often known to be a womanizer and a flirt around females, since he never had a mother figure in his life. He does not flirt with the female teammates that he is with. He also is aggressive when it comes to fighting and often does not show mercy in a fight.

Personality: He is a very diplomatic person, which means he is known to try to not offend/hurt the feelings of people around him. He is known to be graceful (neat) and peaceful person, the exact opposite of Zak as he is known to be the only thing that can stop Zak from resorting to violence. He is also known having a romantic (unrealistic) belief which sometimes brings him down due to his heritage and identity. He can be hospitable as well, so if anyone in the team needs help outside of a paranormal investigation, he will be there immediately.
Despite his good traits, he is known to be a little superficial and vain. Sometimes judging people by their appearance/clothes. He is slowly getting out of that phase but whoever does him and his friends wrong, that persona will return and it can lead to many phrases linked to racism and sexism. And sometimes when investigating a problem, he can be indecisive if the decisions he has to make will change his life completely. The little problems he will have no deal in dealing with.
Fun Facts: - He is actually the 'Prince' of Japan. And by that one side of his family are celebrities and the others are leaders of the country
- He decided he wanted his own life, so he ran away with some money and a Japanese-English Dictionary at age eighteen
- He started out in low-wage jobs in the electronic industry
- He soon met Zak who wanted to create a paranormal team, and with his knowledge of extermination of ghosts, he became part of the team
- He learned extermination with Native American and Ancient Japanese techniques.

Personality: A very Loya person, she will do anything to be someone who can be dependable to her peers. She is a very caring person as well, and sometimes it can be taken the wrong way when she constantly worries about someone (like a mother would). She is very adaptable to things (Although pressure is known to make her very anxious). And if anything happens (that doesn't make her shake in fear) she is very responsive and does not hesitate. However, she can be very clingy to her friends and is known to be a very moody person. Whatever mood someone feels, multiple it by two. Which is why her friends say she wears her heart on her sleeve (the term would be oversensitive).

Age: 24
Gender: Female
Personality: In a word, stubborn. Lisa has never been one to give up easily and can be a bit bull headed at times when trying to achieve a goal. She's a rather fun loving person and has been known to party pretty hard when she wants. Be careful though, she's rather mischievous and has been known to play a few pranks here and there. One draw back is she isn't very good at dealing with dramatic situations, life threatening that's fine but something like group conflict that's truly terrifying. Fair warning Lisa is sarcastic and very high energy. While you can find her out partying and being quite social she does prefer being alone when working on a new project, and is quite temperamental at times.
Fun Facts: Lisa lived a pretty normal life, she has a degree in electrical engineering and software engineering. Technology was always a primary interest for Lisa, followed closely by the supernatural. At a young age Lisa had witnessed a ghost in a friends house, ever since then she's been obsessed. Never mind that her friend nearly died because of the ghost. Lisa's jobs go as follows; computer engineer for a small company, tech assistant on film sets, and finally tech god in this small team. To be honest her pride makes her love the last one.
Appearance: Dark brown hair, brown eyes. And most wouldn't know it but she has a large scar on her left side from a car accident she had a few years ago; at least that's what she says it's from. Sarcastic Engineer Right Here
Name: Seyren Liu Wen Xia
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Personality: Somewhat reclusive due to his gift, Seyren can come across as being a scaredy-cat at times while at other times demonstrate courage and strong-willed. He is perceptive of his environments, and since long living with his gift as a psychic, has developed a sense to "peering" into the future or past by skin contact with an object that is said to possess a "memory". But his childhood has left him an empty shell, with nearly nothing going on his life. Being isolated by peers also did not help him in his growth, hence he can be aloof to what other people feels or thinks. He harbors no ill will to the other members, but he just finds it hard to understand why someone feels that way.
Fun Facts: A psychic since young, his gift only grew stronger as he ages, stretching from being able to divine futures from divination tools like cards and gems, to peering into the past of an object's "memory".
-An object's memory is described to being some event that left a fragment of a spirit in the object, that "records" the moment of the incident, and Seyren can see it.
-While unconfirmed, Seyren can "perceive" the presence of spirits, by seeing auras of someone who is not there.

Personality: A very clumsy and shy person, and isn't the sociable type. Because of her childhood she can be a bit quite and keeps things to herself. She also has trouble with trusting others, especially men. She keeps her distances from then, is cautious and hesitant when around them. But once you gain her trust she's very loyal and respectful person. She may not show it but she is very caring and likes to help others, she always puts others before herself. She can be a bit awkward and say some weird things, she never interacted with many people so she has a hard time adjusting to new things.
Fun Facts: ~Was left and raised in an orphanage
~Was bullied and isolated as a kid, mainly because of her ability. One one believed her.
~Her ability is to be able to take control of dreams.
~She was never given a home so once she was old enough she left the orphanage and worked as a housekeeper.
~She pretty short and is always mistaken to be around 19 or 20 years old
~After awhile she takes an interest in the supernatural, which makes her come across a group of people who wanted to form a team and investigate the paranormal

The Paranormal Gang: Zak, Aaron, and Shilga

The phone beeped multiple times on the nightstand, replaying the song 'Red like Roses' over and over again. The twenty-five year old man groaned, finding the alarm to be the most annoying thing to hear in the morning. He grabbed his phone and stared at it to see the time. It was 7am which made him sit up and stretch his arms before going to the bathrooms to take a shower. His brown hair went through the waters as he cleaned it off and shaved some parts of his face to keep the 5 o'clock shadow on his face as it made him look older and mature. Once out of the shower, he wrapped a towel around his waist as he was on his phone, typing to the group of people; Aaron, Shilga, Lisa, Seyren, and Allison in a group text:
"We got a case today. It's a residental paranormal haunt. But the acitivity is causing harm to a child the client says is about 5 years old. Aaron, prepare to bring some extreme exorcism stuff."
He then went to his closet to change to some clothes so he could get ready to go. Grabbing a cereal bar and some coffee, he walked out of his nice studio apartment to get to his car. He needed to do some work today and that made him realize something, he needed to tell the people where to meet up. So after an hour, he texted them once he was at a stoplight.
"Also guys, meet up at my place at 2PM. If you forgot the address, I'll let you know."
Zak continued on driving once the stoplight turned green, he was going to his job at the acting industry which he was just playing an extra character. That was fine...it was a start since he would need to rise up the ranks. For now, being a medium and trying to convince the Travel Channel to give them a paranormal show could help his career...and his friend's possible resumes.
"Hello Everyone! This is AaronFlame69 and welcome back to another episode of Would You Rather? Now we are-" Aaron was already taping another episode for his channel, which was honestly a way to get some extra cash for his living conditions and possibly to contribute to the paranormal team....but his 6 million fans don't need to know that, or they do know that since Aaron had said it a few times. In a way, it could be a perfect way for him to advertise for them to get fans in the beginning. Since the video was only 17 minutes, his recording took that long and he was editing the video through software when he got a text message. He checked the phone to see it was Zak contacting him and everyone else about meeting up at his house to get the investigation going. Aaron normally would've thought it to be weird, but since Zak had to hide the damn black Van with their Paranormal logo on it, it was their choice. There had been a few times when the van had been vandalized so Zak had to hide it somewhere so it could be safe. And the five others had to wait outside his home since the 'hiding place' was close to that area.
"That does seem serious." Aaron mumbled as he then went downstairs from his Studio Apartment to get a jog. He normally did this so he could wake up and get ready for the day ahead. Since Aaron's job was Youtube, he didn't have to worry about the schedule and so it was easily flexible. So with his workout clothes on as he did a light jog. While he lightly ran through the town, he did wonder if he would meet the gang...he always thought it to be funny but it had not happened for a few years.
While everyone was probably awake at around eight to nine in the morning, the girl was still sleeping away. Her legs were spread out and her one arm under her pillow, and the other hanging off the bed. Her hair was all over the place and drool was coming out of her mouth. She did not wake up until around 9:30 in the morning to where she got up and rubbed her eyes. Being a huge sleeper, she had a hard time doing the paranormal investigation because of the sleep. Since she was twenty-one, it was going to be hard to balance out that and work....her work being pet-sitting which has to be flexible. Thankfully Zak was kind enough to let her have flexibility. But probably because Shilga didn't see herself on the team for very long...although she would miss them...they are her friends.
She went to the bathroom to take a shower and shave her body before coming out with a towel wrapped around her head as she dressed in a baggy jacket hoodie and flare jeans. She was on the computer while she waited for an hour to get the hair semi-dry. While she waited, she was watching Youtube which was always Aaron's stuff. She would not admit that she had a crush on him...and the fact she would rather date Asians would be the trigger. Why Asians? She didn't see them as wanting anythign sexual. And since she was asexual, it was perfect...since intelligence was key. So with that, she watched his videos and other stuff on Youtube like other gamers and JustKiddingNews until an hour passed.
With her hair dried, she walked out of her place and decided to go get some early lunch. She liked Asian food so she thought of going to a Japanese Restaurant. Since it was just a walk, she didn't mind letting her 2004 GMC Envoy sit there for a bit until actually needed. She knew a walk was needed, she did need to lose weight after all..considering she was 5"8 and 250 pounds....overweight. "Sometimes I wish I had a lot of energy...I hate the way I look." She mumbled to herself as she got her headphones on and put on some music through her iPhone which she soon saw the text message...that at 2pm she needed to get to his place; Zak's place.
"He really needs to get a new plan...." She mumbled, tired of driving over there..or having to drive the other members since Zak got tired of the black van being vandalized. Shaking her head, she continued walking.

Fingers typing away all night was the common habit that Seyren has that led him to his life now as a writer. He writes paranormal stories, inspired by the things he saw. While he was a small time writer, there was once his work was a top seller for three months, which gave him enough money to live off while he works on his next book. By the time he had stopped writing, it was almost 4 a.m., and that was when Seyren saved his work and took a long shower before hitting the sack.
But sleep came slowly to him. Visions of visages that tore at the very fabric of reality, things that lurk in the dark which would scar any person at the very sight of them, screams in his mind that would hound him beyond regular times. Those are the visions that came to him frequently, especially when he touches something that contains a memory of someone.
A text message that came from the paranormal team leader Zak woke him from his light sleep. Kinda groggy from the fatigue, it took a moment for Seyren to even reach his phone, which has fallen onto the carpeted floor. Zak was calling for a meet, about a particularly violent ghost. That was something that Seyren dreaded. He was not good with handling violent spirits, even though it was not a common thing for him to actually see a spirit.
Yawning, the Chinese American got up, took a cold shower once again, and headed out in his bike. He was not really looking forward to seeing the rest of the crew again, but at least it was company.

⊰ Allison Crow ⊱Lucid DreamerOutfit⊰ xxxxxxxxxx Walking back to her room, Allison flops straight into her bed. She woke up around 5 in the morning, cooking breakfast and cleaning up the house. The people she works for have a busy schedule so she needs to be up before everyone else in the house and working. They let have have the spare room in the house with a small bathroom next to her room. Other then that she isn't allowed to use any other rooms and she has to pay for her own food. She always goes out to buy her food, which isn't much since she puts majority of her money to save. Her face sunken in the pillow and relaxing her body, until she heard her phone vibrate on the desk next to the bed. Reaching her arm out and grabbing the phone she looked up to see the message. "We got a case today... Mhmm... about 5 years old... Meet at a his place, around 2.." She looked at the time on her phone, 10:00am. "Well I guess I have enough time finish up my work here... and grab a bite to eat." She said with a yawn and stretched her arms out. She jumps off her bed and towards the closet in her room. Grabbing an outfit she goes to the restroom next to her room and takes a quick warm shower, and after changing into her outfit. She quickly does her other duties around the house, before heading out. Taking her black handbag with her and heads out. Walking down the sidewalk Allison looks back at her phone, re-reading the message. 'I just realized this is my first case.' She thought with embarrassment. 'I don't even know who these people are... Well expect that one guy Zak. He's the one that asked me to join.' Thinking back to when she meet Zak. But that was the only member she has meet so far. 'I wonder what the others are like...' She kept thinking about meeting everyone else, as she walked into the nearby store. xxxxxxxxxx ⊱〔 OOC: n/a 〕 |

The Paranormal Gang: Zak, Aaron, and Shilga
OOC; Sorry for delay, went on a family vacation. So you saw me online but I could never post XD
As Shilga was taking her walk to a place to eat, she felt something go past her and it made her jump out of surprise. She stared at the biker and recgonized the person quickly. It was Seyren, the psychic of the team, and also the quiet one. She had gotten a strange vibe from him when she first met him...and could see he was not into the people of the group. It always made her curious as to why she joined...only Zak knew the reasons...he did recruit the guy after all. So with that, she decided to say hi. "SEYREN! SEE YOU SOON!" She called out to him before she continued onto her journey to a restaurant...she did get very hungry thinking about the possible items she will get.
Aaron did his normal routine which included running down the sidewalk. He did get stopped one time though by someone who recgonized him through Youtube. That was somewhat shocking since he used to jog all over without being stopped. But that meant the fanbase was growing and it was a good thing. After signing a piece of paper, he continued onward to get his blood going. He then found a store which would have some of the stuff he would need. It was just a local Mom and Pop shop which had all the medicinal herbs and many other 'oldie' things his generation would not dare to go into. It was said...the old Asian couple there were so nice and friendly. Speaking in Japanese, he greeted them as he walked around in the shop, getting everything that was needed in the case today.
While browsing, he chatted with the nice old lady in which they just gossiped about a few things, events in town and also how life was going for the both of them. Aaron did mention the case today which had gotten recommendations of what was needed for protection and repelling the evil. With a thank you, he said his goodbye to him and rushed out since he did need to get everything done. During his exit though, he bumped into someone unexpected, unaware that it was the newest member to the paranormal team, Allison Crow.
He had heard of her from Zak but was not given the description of who she was and what she looked like. So he had to back off a bit and sigh. "Oh crud, I'm sorry! I didn't see where I was going. You ok?"

⊰ Allison Crow ⊱Lucid DreamerOutfit⊰ xxxxxxxxxx Allison isn't much of a people person unless its someone she knows, she often freezes up and panics a bit in her head. She takes out a small marble that was given to her to a old close friend as she was walking. As a kid in the orphanage one of the adults there was the only friend Allison had and knowing about her type of stage fright, the lady gave her a marble and told her it would help her with her fears. Thinking about those words would sometimes keep her calm. Having a good feeling she reached back to her pocket to put away the marble. But then a man quickly rushed out of the doors of a near shop and bumped right into Allison, having her drop her marble on the ground without her noticing. The man asked if she was alright. She was caught by surprised and felt a bit intents. "I-it's alright, I'm fine..." Looking at the man she felt as if she needed to say something. But nothing came up, so without thinking she turned and walked away quickly and turned the nearest corner to get out of sight. 'Ah dang it... I did it again... It felt like he was staring down at me... I really need to start getting used to people.' She thought with a sigh. 'If I act like this then the other member might think of me in a wrong way... I need to pull it together...' Thinking about that, she had no idea she left behind her special marble. After getting done with getting something to eat she headed back to the house. While walking back she noticed the time, it was only 12:50. 'I still have some time before meeting up with the others. I'll just rest a bit, have nothing else to do...' Returning back home she rested on the bed. She lifted up her phone, texting Zak. 'He said to let him know if we forgot his address. Should do that now...' Aaron could only stand there in confusion as the lady said her response and ran off like she was a rabbit trying not to get eaten by a fox. "I don't think I looke that scary..." He mumbled as he was about to walk off until he felt his foot kick something...some sort of marble. Finding it weird, he stared at it and examined it a bit. He normally would've thought of it as garbage and throw it in the trash bin, something told him to keep it...so he did. He puts it in his pocket as he then continued onto a jog...since his home was a bit far off from the place. And besides, he will need to get ready for the case.
Shilga sat in the restaurant, indulging herself some some chow mein with Shrimp in Broccoli as she then felt her phone vibrate, it mae her wonder if she got any more e-mails, but instead it was from 'Lisa', one of the crew members whose responsible for the technology they have. "So the coding party was completely insane last night. And I think I may have died, if you see a zombie at Zak's later on today don't worry it's just me."
Shilga could only chuckle as she responded back:
Funny, you'll be the zombie once work begins, I'll take over your role once it's all over. She then continued eating for about a few minutes until her phone vibrated again, this time, it was Lisa asking if they wanna meet up before they head over....that got the girl curious. She then wondered if she should order something for Lisa...if the girl indeed stayed up late doing coding, she might need protein and vegetables. So she finished her meal quickly and took off running as she will need to bring some stuff for Lisa. Remembering her, all she ate was take-out food and coffee...might be nice to have something homemade. Yes, Shilga can cook....most things. So after a good while, Lisa would hear knocking on the door. Upon opening, Shilga was there holding onto a box which had some homemade food for her, and it was Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches, which the chicken was marinated overnight for....something else but why not this time? Bringing it in, she entered the house. "Hey, I didn't know if you ate anything yet....but I figured I make you something in case you haven't. If you did...well...it's just an easy overheating you can do in the microwave." She puts the box down as there were four individual sandwiches, each sandwich with chicken, pineapple, tomatoes, and lettuce.
"CUT!" If Zak could internally groan, this would be it. The girl he has to work with was just....just...terrible. He had only known her for a few hours and how she was acting was the sneek peak he could not unsee. He could see this was the girl with daddy issues and had no idea that work equals pay, or the fact that work is not a luxury and you don't order anyone around for COFFEE! It took his agent to not punch her in the face.
Zak would be the enemy of feminist and femi-nazi's if they ever found out that he would not hesitate to punch a girl if deemed necessary. So to calm down, his agent had to ask he take a ten minute break since they were working for a good few hours. During the break, he went through his phone to see a text message had arrived from Allison...the new girl in which he planned on introducing to everyone. Allison was asking about the address, and for some reason he had something in his mind and texted back.
"No worries, I and the crew can pick you up. They don't bite....well...Seyren would rather run away than even try to meet you but everyone else is nice....just...try to suffer through Lisa's dark comedy and Aaron's Chivalry...oh and Shilga's naivtivity. You'll do fine." He then leaned back on his chair and ate his lunch which consisted of italian food from Tony Roma's down the street from work. Let's just hope everything goes well....Seyren doesn't seem to be very favorable with the crew, Shilga doesn't look like shes staying long, Aaron's so busy doing Youtube, Allison seems a bit tady shy to be socialble with clients, and Lisa is.....well...Lisa. Will we be able to survive until I convince Travel Channel of our show?....I might have to put up a meeting to find out where they are heading and what they think of the paranormal crew. He thought, as he took a sip of his water.

Seyren was in the midst of a thought whilst riding when someone shouted, "SEYREN! SEE YOU SOON!". Looking into the rear-view mirror, he noticed a familiar female, which he identified to be Shilga who is part of Zak's team. Seyren raised a hand and waved back as he rode on, passing several blocks of buildings and going onto a wider stretch of road. So far he had only known Zak for a few weeks, and through him a few other members namely Aaron, Shilga and Lisa. He had heard that they were to get a new member, and that member is a her, but he had not seen her profile before, so he thought he could meet her today. One of the few places where he actually felt warm was with the paranormal team, but he was still trying to warm up to the others. And his cowardice, a scar left over from his past, was a problematic vice in this activity of theirs.
It's something that he was trying to change, but it would be near impossible.

The Paranormal Gang: Zak, Aaron, and Shilga

Shilga could see that she did do good in bringing food as Lisa was more than happy with the meal as she ate it, as if it was her most favorite. Well, it might be her favorite. So Shilga just watched with a small smile as Shilga was asked how was life and her opinion of tonight. "I mean....well...Life's ok...just trying to figure out life after College...and uhh....the haunt for tonight. I feel bad for the little girl, let's jusr hope whatever we do will help her sleep for the rest of her life. No chil deserves to be deprived of their happiness because of some vengeful spirit."
*Timeskip to 1:55pm*
Time has certainly passed for the girl. Lisa and Shilga talked through the way until it got to 1:30pm where they had to prepare. Shilga had to go home and get everything, including charging her phone to make sure everything was good. With her pencils and sketchbook, it was really all she was needed for...besides being a sensitive investigator. Otherwise she was not very useful. She hated it in all honestly, she sighed as she went with Lisa to the place. "Sometimes I wonder if Zak will get that permit to get a garage for his place....it might help out a bit."
Aaron didn't think much of the girl he bumped into. The little bead was in his living space as he got to where everyone is...or well, just Lisa and Shilga. Lisa was an interesting person as it was because she stayed up late for her technology, even if she never joined the team would she be staying up late. Shilga was like a little sister, sometimes needing guidance when things go awry, and it's why he had to be watching her through investigation as she was possessed one time, that really made him afraid of it happening again. "Hey guys, early too hmm? So now we are left with the new member and.....Seyren."
"Hi Aaron!" She spoke a little quickly, which would be obivious in the cartoon world with the obcious blush and sweatbeads coming off her head. Aaron just saw that as excitement. "Someone's excited, that's good...we're gonna need it." If only Aaron would know. "Now we just gotta wait for everyone's arrival...hopefully the new girl is not late...would be bad for both her and us."
