Jess works on projects both personal and by commission, but be warned, she's quite picky about who she'll work for and what she'll work on. As a spell inventor she considers herself responsible for any potential hazard her creations might cause, and she has a very strict 'no curses' policy. If you're really so desperate, she'll tell you, there are plenty of more morally dubious folk out there ready and willing to help for the right price. Not that she's giving out referrals.
HOURS:
Her hours are rather sporadic, but generally she can be found in her office anywhere from the crack of dawn to dusk. As that's not exceedingly helpful, there's a sign on the window that lets you know if she's in or not.
