Leveling System.
To make things a little more interesting I'm making this RP have a level system. So that those who just join the battlefield, unless at the appropriate level can't just beat someone like a captain or lieutenant easily.
Leveling up
To do such you have to fight, if you don't fight or have never fought then your level is 1. With training from others of a higher level, depending on how high their level is, depends on how fast you level up. Example.. If a level 1 trains with a level 50 then his or her level could jump up to around 20. If they were level 20 and they trained with a level 50 then it could jump to level 35. Just try to monitor it. The greater the difference between your levels the greater you jump from training or defeating them, if you lose to them you don't level up unless it's in training. No one is allowed to level up 100 levels at a time at any given time.
Levels
The level cap or the highest level you can be is 300. After you get to the 100 mark leveling becomes much much harder to do. All captains start off at level 150. The Elven Hero/Heroine's level is captain level too.To even be considered to be promoted to lieutenant you must be at least level 80. When you make your profiles your character can be that strong, they just have to have a back ground of training and fighting. Other than that, if they are in the war just try not to make them as strong or stronger than the captain they serve.
Losing levels
It is possible, but at a very, very very slow rate. Maybe one level per year out of action. because naturally the body gets used to peace. So if you're in the war and your character steps out or takes leave, just be careful of this.
