Alternatively for you both, is there a viable way I can combine the two?

I made a chummer file to combine them. You would have to type it into mythweavers, but it is a pretty good melding of those two builds.

Can you note that you took the electronics group skill on your skills I had to derive what group you had bought for computer etc.

You've underspent on your free knowledge skills by 1 unless engineering (electrical) is a specialisation and not just a weird way of writing Electrical Engineering.

Also on knowledge you need to type your knowledges

Interests Music is different to academic music knowledge.

Your identities, licenses and lifestyles need a bit of organising which identity owns what please. Also what does the R denote on the Fichetti license?

Weapons no issue BUT you've not bought any magazines for your guns you've got two pistols and a few boxes of ammo but no way to feed that ammo into your pistols.

Where is this medkit modification?
You have smart link on your helmet but your pistols aren't smartlinked this is a useless modification currently.

Not to presume but once you user your commlink in game you'll need to tell me what programs you have loaded as currently assuming all loaded then its frozen from overload.

200 Plastic restraints? Not really saying you can't have these but how many hostages do you intend to take? "There was a deal at wal mart and I just couldn't pass up on two hundred of them!"

-I know. There was no knowledge hardware (cannibalization). this was the closest I could get.
-I don't quite understand, but I'll use Rag's sheet as example to go over it.

-got it. The R means real, since F means fake.
-I forgot about some of the items, I'll have them added in. But, I did buy a spare mag for each gun since it would be fair to assume they don't just sell the gun and no mag to go with.
-it's a free runner's jumpsuit, the medkit pouch is sewn to the back and/or pants leg.
-the 30 round Fichetti is smartlinked, but I didn't know where to put that at the time.
-absolutely not a problem. I'll keep you updated at all times whenever the commlink is used with all running progs.
-funny story that. Apparently ZIp-ties survived but not duct tape. In absence of duct tape, zip-ties have as many uses for the clever.

Now that I think about it, the medkit could just be zip-tied to the pants leg like a fanny-pack ^^. THAT'S actually kind of funny to imagine

What's the (1)'s by agility and reaction? I can't see anything giving you a temp boost anywhere.

Concentration isn't a skill I assume you mean the Con skill as in Con artist.

Can you remove any skill you've not purchased a rating in.

You need to sort out your Knowledge skills. What's this 8(10), 6( cool stuff? And the rest of them need just sorting out. They all have ratings too high that it's illegal and generated 78 BP points. If this is sorted then you'll be under you BP I think.

I have a bit of a bone to pick with your negative qualities

Pacifist hasn't got a rating.

Incompetent (Blades) your dude is about unarmed melee non lethal. Why is this a negative quality to take something your dude will most likely never use.

Fine with latex allergy just avoid them bdsm clubs and some cyberpunk fashions.

Addiction sex meh not a fan but if you're expecting anything other than fade to black on anything then jog on. This ain't no h-game ero.

Contacts are fine.

The option is always there for him to pick up a blade and I wanted him to be completely uncomfortable with it, like when a non combatant on The Walking Dead has to kill their first walker. He is crap when it comes to killing. I could have just as easily put in any gun, but I thought that he might be more okay with guns (still not okay with them) because they are less personal.
