[Dark The Dragon Emperor]

After an event known as the Ultimate Rider War the Kamen Rider's defeated their foes once and for all and stopped all evil for good. With that they returned to their normal lives and passed on their belts to new riders in case evil ever rose again. Saddly they where right. A new evil organization known as the Universal Shocker Empire has a risen and plans to take care of all the riders across all the worlds. But a new Rider has arisen and he must travel the worlds and help save the other Kamen Rider's before it is to late. He is, Kamen Rider Stellation!

Bio: Tomoharu Higari lives alone and is currently working free-lance jobs while he tries to decide what he wants to do for the rest of his life. The rest of his family is some sort of big business but he does not be like the rest of them. This caused him to have a strained relationship with his father and they rarely talk anymore. He is often visited by his though since his parents work overseas. She constantly worries about Tomoharu and visits him whenever she can.

Powers: Sagittarius Sign: Stellation's default and most balanced form. In this form the constellation sign for Sagittarius' bow appears. This form works best with the Nova Blade, as he can control fire, increasing his attack. This forms's finisher is a Rider Kick called "Round-Hell-Kick"

Nova Sagittarius Sign: Stellation's upgraded Sagittarius form. All his stats are increased in this form and he gains the ability to turn the Nova Blade into the Nova Bow. With the Nova Bow he can preform the finisher "Nova Hell Storm" where he launches one arrow into the air. It then splits into multiple arrows and rains down on the enemy. He can also preform the stronger "Nova-Hell-Kick"

Virgo Sign: Is the second form that Stellation can access. Virgo's constellation appears. On the back is a jetpack that allows him to stay in the air for a certain amount of time. He wields a halberd called the Stargazer. As Virgo Sign, Stellation can perform two finishers. The first is a Rider Kick called the "Judgement's Kick", the second a Rider punch called "Tornado Punch".

Nova Virgo Sign: Stellaion's upgraded Virgo form. In this form his jet pack allows him unlimited flight. In this form he can preform a finisher with the Stagazer called "Meteor Impact" were he launches himself into space before falling back to earth and crashing into his opponent with the Star Gazer. His next attack is called "Comet Punch" where he charges at the enemy with his jet pack at full speed and punches a whole straight through the enemy.

Gemini Sign: The Gemini constellation appears on the third form of Stellation. In this form he can wield the TwinDecker. He can also make a doppleganger of himself to fight alongside him. The finisher is Gemini Thunder. Stellation sends electricity through the ground, blasting the Zodiarts into the air. He creates a doppelganger and performs a double thunder drop kick.

Nova Gemini Sign: Stellation's upgraded Gemini form. In this form he can create up to three dopleangers to help him fight, each with their own Twin Decker. This forms Finisher is Double Gemini Thunder. All four Stellations send electricity into the ground to send the enemy into the air. They then all fly past the enemy, slashing them with the their Twin Deckers before the real Stellation strike the final blow.

Leo Sign: Stellation's fourth form where the Leo constellation appears on the chest. He gains retractable blades on the arms and legs, while having boomerang style blades on the shoulders. Unlike the others this form can't wield the Novablade and Stargazer, only relying on strength. The finisher is called "Metal Roar". Stellation removes the blades on the shoulders and throw them at the enemy. He then jumps up, delivering a deadly blade drop kick.

Nova Leo Sign: This is Stellation's upgraded Leo form. In this form his blades and his strength are stronger. This forms finisher is known as "Leo Take Down". Steallation uses all his blades to strike the opponent before delivering a devastating axe kick with all his strength.

Apostle Sign: Stellation's final and most powerful form. In this form he can summon every weapon (except the Novablade, which is replaced with the Sign Saber). An ability called "Apostle Ability" lets him unleash one of Sagittarius, Virgo, Gemini, or Leo's ability - but only one can be activate. Apostle Sign syncs the brainwaves of the user with the Cosphone, disabling the ability to enter a code into the form as it can be done by a command of the mind. The finisher is "Constellation Frenzy", Stellation summons weaker versions of his Nova forms. Each one does a weak weapon finisher move before the target gets hit by either the Sign Saber or a Rider Punch.

Bio: Darcy was an honors student and was known as one of the good girls. However, she had some bullies throughout her life, but no one really phased her except her ex-boyfriend. He played with her heart and violated her, which made her darker side come out. She started to not trust people as much as she used to, and never experienced true friendship until she met her contract monster, Flicka. She was the fourteenth rider to be chosen to fight against Xaviax, but things got complicated when she found out that he was her father. Her mother is a Ventaran, who escaped with her to Earth. Now, she thinks the worst is over, but another villain is about to emerge. Plus, she will discover that there are more Kamen Riders than the ones she knows.
Powers: She can teleport in a puff of feathers.

# Attack Vent (Beak Drill): Summons Flicka to directly attack her enemies.
# Sword Vent (Wind Sword): Conjures a katana.
# Shoot Vent (Heart Arrow): Conjures a bow with a charged arrow.
# Guard Vent (Feather Storm): Conjures a shield and shoot feathers to confuse enemies.
# Blast Vent (Sonic Boom): Summons Flicka, and Flicka flaps its winds so fast that it creates a sonic boom, focusing it at the enemy.
# Nasty Vent (Humming Wave): Creates a loud noise emitted by Flicka.
# Final Vent (Whirlwind Strike): Summons Flicka, and Flicka creates a whirlwind with her wings, which causes Hummingbird to fly towards the opponent, and Hummingbird spin kicks that opponent.

Tomoharu Higari

Tomoharu yawned sleepily as he sat on the train bench. His sister was coming into town for some business and she insisted on staying at his place since he had an extra room. He didn't really mind her staying, It's just she always cut into his sleep time when she was here. She was one of those rare morning people while he was quite the opposite. He looked over as a man in a brown trench coat sat beside him. He looked a little suspicious but Tomoharu ignored it. "Your Tomoharu Higari, right?" He asked. Tomoharu gulped some, now a little worried. "Yeah...Why?" He asked nervously. The man grinned and handed him a package. Tomoharu looked at him confused but proceeded to pen it anyway. He found a weird looking belt buckle and a strange looking phone."This belt wil lgive you the power to save not only this world, but many others as well. Use it wisely." He said before standing and leaving a confused Tomoharu behined. The boy shrugged and put the belt in his bag and the phone in his pocket. It was probably just some weird promotional thing or something. He looked up as the train started to slow it's halt and come to a stop at the station. He wouldn't tell his sister about it, no use worrying her over nothing.

Darcy was sitting at a table in a café, sipping some coffee cocoa while reading her textbook. She was going to college and was studying Psychology. Eventually, she would go to medical school and become a doctor. However, she was just going to take one step at a time. Master Eubulon gave her the chance to be unassigned to her Advent Deck, but she could not imagine life without it and her Advent Beast. She knew it was her chance to have a truly normal life, but normal was overrated. Life was pretty quiet since the defeat of General Xaviax, her father, but there was still the occasional mirror monster showing up. She sighed and turned the page, wishing something exciting would happen. However, you know the old saying about being careful with what you wish for.

Tomoharu walked and talked with his sister as they walked from the train station to his house. She was here for some sort of grand opening of her companies new building and she was in charge. Which sadly to his dismay, she was actually moving in instead of just staying for a while. "Oh come on. It will be like when we where little." His sister said happily. "That's what I'm worried about." He said with a chuckle as she frowned at him.

They dropped her stuff off at his place before they went to a local cafe to get something to eat.There weren't many people inside. Just an old man and girl reading a text book. As they waited for their food, his sister started to tell him about her new position and the events that had led up to her getting it. He looked out the window and was about to turn back to her when something caught his eye.'What is that?' He thought as he saw a gray wolf like thing outside in a alleyway. The wolf picked up a large looking weapon and aimed it at the the shop. Tomoharu's eyes went wide and he moved quickly. "Get down!" He yelled to try and warn everybody in the shop. He pulled his sister down quickly and just in time to as a large purple laser went through the whole store. He peaked up and saw the wolf heading towards the store now and he grabbed his sisters hand and pulled her out of it quickly. He looked back and saw, much to his horror, that the wolf thing was actually after them. "Why me?!" He thought as he pushed past people on the streets, hearing people yell in fear as they saw the wolf monster behined him.

Darcy heard the door open and looked over. She saw a male and a female walk in, probably siblings. She kind of got a Kamen Rider vibe from the boy but shook it off. Master Eubulon would have told her if he recruited someone new. However, she felt something different about him. Could there be other kinds of Kamen Riders? She shook her head and went back to reading, but that did not last long.

A wolf-like monster was standing outside with a large weapon. "Crap." She thought as she was about to say get down, but the boy beat her to it. She ducked under the table, and when the newcomers ran out of the café, she quickly put her book into her backpack and put it on as she ran after them. She noticed that the creature was going after them, and ran up next to the boy. "Follow me!" She said as she was headed towards the meadow at the edge of the forest. She needed to get them to safety while leading that monster away from the civilians.

Tomoharu looked over as a the girl from the cafe suddenly ran up beside them saying "follow me." He looked towards the medow and frowned. Was she crazy? How would a meadow protect them. He pushed his sister towards her making her look at him fearfully."Get her to safety." He said as he veered sharply across the road. The wolf creature followed quickly, not paying any attention to the two girls. It pulled out another gun looking weapon and started to shoot at Tomoharu.

He covered his head as the ground and buildings around him started to explode. He suddenly went flying through the air as the beast shot right under his feet. He hit the ground hard, his back pack opening and the belt and phone sliding out. He looked up at them and reached for them slowly, remembering what the mysterious man had said. "This belt will give you the power to save not only this world, but many others as well. Use it wisely." He looked at the phone and saw it showed stars on the screen. He had no clue why but he already knew what to do. He placed the buckle at his waist, a belt appearing to secure it in place. He then connected a few of the stars in the shape of a bow and pressed the middle button. "Sagittarius!" The phone announced. "Henshin!" He yelled pushing the phone into the belt. The wolf creature growled and ran towards him only to be stopped by six stars as they fell from the sky. They knocked him back before rushing toward Tomoharu. They flew around his body, forming the armor before they shrunk and attached into his chest in the shape of the Bow from the Sagittarius constellation. "Sagittarius Sign! Burring Arrow Pierce the Sky!" The belt announced. Tomoharu looked down at his hands; feeling power course through him. He grinned and got into a fighting stance as the wolf started to get back up. "Alright, round two." He said ready for a fight this time.

Darcy saw the frown on Tomoharu's face when he looked at the meadow. Obviously, he did not know what she was planning. She was going to use the forest to hide them while she was going to fight the monster in the meadow. However, the boy was taking that privilege and entrusting her with the girl.

Darcy nodded and took the girl through woods until they got to a pond. She looked inside to make sure she could see their reflection. She smiled when she could. "When I count to three, we are going to jump in." She said with an encouraging smile. She counted to three and pulled the girl in as they jumped. She used the pond to get into the portal between Ventara and this world, so they could get to her house through the mirror. "You will be safe here. Just stay here while I check on the boy you were with." She said as she walked towards the mirror. "Make yourself at home." She said as she walked into the mirror to go back.

When she got back, Tomoharu just henshined and was ready to fight. She deduced that the rider was the boy due to the fact he was not in sight and the creature was after him. Thus, the monster would not be standing here if the boy was not here. She was about to transform, but she decided to watch the boy for a little bit. She wanted to see how good he was.

The wolf like creature rushed towards Tomoharu slashed at him with a claw. Tomoharu blocked it easily and counted with a punch of his own, hitting the wolf right in his muzzle and making him back up. Tomoharu contiued with his advance launching a number of punches and kicks at the wolf. It growled in frustration as the battle started to turn on it and managed to grab his leg. It spun around, pulling Tomoharu with it before throwing him. Tomoharu landed on his feet and turned around to see the wolf holding the blaster like weapon again. He ran quickly, dodging the blast as the wolf tried to shoot him. He pulled the phone from his belt and pressed a button a on it before pushing it back into his belt. Weapon Sign! Nova Blade!" The belt announced. A star came down from the sky and Tomoharu grabbed it, causing it to transform into a sword.

The wolf like creature started to shoot at him, but he simply deflected the blast. He then rushed towards the wolf, who was starting to panic now as all it's tactics where thrown out the window. Tomoharu grinned underneath the suit and sliced through the wolf's gun before slicing the creature multiple times."Time to finish this!"He said pulling out the phone and pushing another button. He pushed it into the belt again and the red orb on it started to glow as it gathered energy."Constellation Finish! Sagittarius!" The belt announced. Tomoharu jumped into the air, his body being engulfed in flames. He then started to spin as he aimed a kick at the wolf. He crashed into the monster, causing a explosion. He landed on the ground and stood up slowly, fire dancing on the ground behined him. Tomoharu sighed with relief as he turned around and looked at the flames, glad for the whole thing to be over with.
