Anyways I'm trying to make a Charity that is based on Halloween,
but well, as you might not know, I'm still quite new here,
so I don't really know how Gaia's Charity work out 3nodding
Err so if anyone is willing to give me any help it'd be great heart

Well charities are really up to you in regards to how you want to run them. You can have users play games, convince you to help them, or randomly distribute gifts. There's no set formula in regards to how you run your charity.
