I need help at editing my drawing using a computer

Help me please. I need this for my free art thread guys.
Am I in the wrong forum? I'm so sorry if I am. I'm not that good at processing too much English words in my head, and I'm a bit lazy to find it sooooo. Sorry! rofl

Hmm~ I'll tell you what I use. I want to see what other people suggest, too.

I have an account on photobucket.com
I like that site because I can put my uploaded pictures in online albums.
Photobucket has an editing tool (http://photobucket.com/editor). It can crop, resize, add filters and do many, many more things. :3
The only problem is that photobucket is not easy to navigate.

I mostly use Photobucket for uploading Gaia avatars and Gaia screen shots. It's been years since I've scanned and uploaded artwork. > < I don't have examples of edits using Photobucket.

Actually, I'd stopped drawing for a long time. A couple months ago, I started drawing again. I've been using the app called DrawSomething2 to play around with doodles. :3
