It truly was already an amazing evening. Saeki enjoyed his time with his beloved Patrick as they sat together at the restaurant. When Patrick explained the dish he smiled and nodded. "It sounds wonderful. I will look forward to trying it." Seeing Patrick blush he couldn’t help feeling like it was such a sweet sight. Once their dishes were brought in, Saeki let go of his boyfriend’s hand so they could eat. The risotto did look really delicious and he picked up his utensils. Though he only had water, he would make a cheer with Patrick’s glass of wine and then they started to eat. As he expected it was an amazing dish and he enjoyed every bite of it. But at the same time he didn’t miss how much wine Patrick was drinking. The young man wondered if they were bothered by something but considering the past days and recent happenings, he didn’t blame his boyfriend.

He didn’t stop Patrick from drinking as much wine as they wished and it clearly started to intoxicate the other male. Saeki chuckled a bit and shook his head. He had finished his meal by then and soon after they got up to go home. He lost no time with getting to Patrick’s side and making sure he could support them if it might be necessary after all that alcohol. He was a bit surprised when they had barely left the restaurant and Patrick turned to him and kissed him. Saeki smiled and kissed back however, wrapping his arms around his beloved. "Let’s go home." Saeki moved so he could be leaned on when needed and slowly they walked back to their house.

Oleandor was humming a little as he sped through the air on the way to Taste of Italy. He absolutely loved his job there. Granted he had been a manager back home, but he didn’t mind. The lapine was fine with the current manager. Alright they were a little…odd at times. But they were also funny. It didn’t take long before Oleandor saw the restaurant ahead of him. It wasn’t that far away and when he was flying he could skip twists and turns in roads so he reached it a lot faster too. Within moments he touched down outside of the building.

The door was already open, though the sign clearly stated they weren’t open yet, but that wasn’t surprising. The manager was always very early. Ole vanished his wings and walked inside of the restaurant looking around at the interior. Before long he was dressed for his job and speeding through the tasks that needed to be done before opening. After that he had a short moment to relax and drink some warm chocolate and it was time to go for it. The restaurant opened for customers and soon enough he was on a roll.

It hadn’t taken long for the restaurant to fill up with people wanting to have a good meal. By now, he was reaching near the end of his shift. He had maybe a few more hours to go before he could leave. Not that the bunny minded, he loved working at this place. Right now there was a lull in the tasks so he could take a little break himself and get some food into himself. He made sure to sit where he could see when he was needed, but he took his time as he watched the people already there. Some were regulars, some were completely new. He enjoyed watching people about as much as waiting on them. Of course it helped that he was very sociable.

Lisa, in a great mood as usual, was in an even better mood as she headed out to plan out a little surprise for her lover. She wanted to treat him like the wonderful dates he planned for her, giddy and excited at the thought of making him as happy as he made her. Thankfully, she had her day off from work so this was all going to be nice and smooth, just as she would hope.

The woman had everything planned, most of the other things she wanted to do with him on the special day she was organizing for him, realizing that their start - their date lunch - still needed to be finalized. Of course she wanted to be a little fancy and treat him to an enjoyable Italian lunch - or dinner, should the plans change, but she wanted to give it a try before she committed. She did come here before, with her work best friend ages ago. But, she did hear that there were changes in the staff since then so she wanted to be sure the taste wasn't going to be compromised with. After all, she had to appease Andreas' taste buds too.

Stepping in, she took a deep breath and glanced at her list again, smiling to herself as she waited to be seated and took a menu once she did to ponder over what would be likely for the two to try. Of course, she wasn't going to force the man to try something specific - but she still wanted to be sure that anything they'd order would be good enough. She took a sip of the water before her and hummed quietly to herself, wishing she could ask Andreas for some help but didn't want to ruin the surprise.

It was starting to pick up in the restaurant. This was one of those times where Oleandor could truly shine. With his natural bunny speed he was one of the swifter waiters there, even though he wasn’t allowed to go at top speed so it wasn’t his fastest. He had just finished with a few other customers when he heard the door open. His ears twitched a bit and he glanced at the door to see who came in. He spotted the woman walking in and getting to a table. But since she didn’t flag down anyone yet, the lapine first helped out a few customers that had been waiting for a bit now. Oleandor couldn’t take all the orders after all. But he kept an eye on her and an ear just in case.

After he finished with the last few people he was to help out and she still hadn’t been approached by one of the other waiters, Oleandor just took it upon himself to help her out then. The Lanrunian moved to the table she was sitting at and gave her a smile when he arrived. "Welcome to Taste in Italy, a little piece of Italy in the middle of Soleil. Can I help you with an order?" he greeted her properly, his ears down along his head. Not everyone liked it when his ears were propped up. There were plenty of choices, a drink, en Entree or perhaps straight to a main, he had seen some people do that. After that he waited patiently to get an order or to be dismissed if she didn’t want to order yet. Of course he could also help her with picking something if she so wished too.

Looking through the menu was harder than she thought, suddenly she had an appetite bigger than her body could handle. Gluttony is real when the food looks so good! She was tempted to draw her phone out and even try asking the man in question, but quickly put it away with an expression that mimicked being caught hen she spotted the waiter - an unusual being she hadn't seen before.

With her cheeks flushed, she quickly wiped at them to give herself less of a flustered look and smiled, watching at what looked like ears pressed on his head, though from this angle it was hard to tell. "Hello! Um, yes please!" she said with a new giddy excitement to begin her little mission to surprise Andreas now that she might have some help in hand. She held up the menu and scooted over to let him see too, "Do you recommend anything besides the pastas that could go well with the Aperol spritz? I'm giving the menu a quick try so I can surprise someone for a lunch or dinner. I mean - he will have a say on what he can have, but, I want to have some ideas to recommend him something too." she said excitedly. Hopefully she wasn't being too chatty for the man to help her, but she was excited and chatty in general, this was something she couldn't really help now.
