Establishments can only be made by offer to long time standing members. They're pretty rare - I'd just prefer to not fill the Guild with forums when I'm not sure if someone is going to stay. If that makes sense? That being said, you don't HAVE to have one of the job application jobs. Some people have shops out of their homes or ones people can't physically attend. You'll just need to ask first so I can edit your profile. We've had police officers, writers, palm readers, etc. So, virtually, anything is on the table! It's just a matter of forums being unable to be made for them.

With that being said- Could Mateo have his own business at his house as an off the book bounty hunter or detective? And Nicholai as a self employed Teacher?
