A historical landmark where on some occasions fight and hopefully defeat 1,000 Heartless. Its very open and it connects to Dark Depths.

"Okay we are here." Clover stopped in the middle if the place, "Wait here." she flew up using Aero. Summoning her Keyblade she used lightning to strike and cut into the ground all the way around the Maw making a sort of track. She came flying back down, "Run around this track until you can no longer stand."
With a serious expression, she took off running. Her feet bit into the ground as she ran.

Every once in a while Clover would make an icicle come up from the ground. Kichona would either have to go around or jump over them. This was only the begining
Seeing the icicles pop up in from of her, Kichona dodged, jumped, and, on occasion, broke them with a kick or elbow. She ran furiously around the course.

When Kichona ran back to where Clover was, she stopped her, "Okay thats good, but lets make this more interesting. She took something out of her bag and attached them to her ankles and wrists, "They are weights. Only about 5 pounds or so but after a while they will start effecting you. Run." she did the same thing with the icicles but added a few 1 foot high jumps.
She lifted her legs with the weights on them. After stretching, she started running again. Taller icicles appeared. She'd jump or smash them with a kick and continue running. Kichona was beginning to feel the weight.

Clover went on the track up ahead of her. She threw some fireballs, "Dodge them. If you don't you will get burned." she stayed ahead of her too, mixing it up between fire and ice. This went on for a good hour, "Okay, you can take a break."
She huffed and placed her hands on her head in order to catch breath. "The fireballs were a twist."

"I'll be right back. Catch your breath and drink some water." Clover tossed her a bottle of water then went through and LC. She was gone for about an hour or so before she showed up again. Clover was carrying a large, black bag and set it down next to Kichona, "Okay, time to run again."
