There was a post today in the Staff Updates and it is so obviously a code. I want to solve it.

The letters hi lighted are :

5000 I t l l s m i l i r e

I've come up with one solution that doesn't make up too much sense:
Ill smile tir

I've made up the words "Time" and "Its" in two different word scramble situations.

So, what do you say? Help me out?

What's after 5000 is most likely jumbled up words its starting to seem.
