For those of you that don't know me I hate zombies, I mean I REALLY hate zombie. But there is one thing that I hate worse than zombies and it's bees or anything that is in that general family of bees, like wasps, yellow jackets, hornets; you get the idea. I am deathly allergic to them. I literally can die from being stung if not properly treated immediately after being stung!
Well there is one less bee in the world today and one of those bastards tried to take me with it! That's right, one of those little brown and orange suckers had the unmitigated nerve to get down the back of my top and sting me-twice. FORTUNATELY. it didn't get the stinger all the way in before I pulled off my top and flung it a few feet away from me. And that's the only way it could get me twice because honey bees die as soon as their stingers come out completely.
My daughter found it on the floor, stinger hanging out it's tail end which means, as I suspected since I was still alive when she found it, it didn't actually get the stinger all the way IN me. It grazed me with the stinger- twice with it's jagged little stinger- before I got it off my back. There are 2 tiny puncture marks on my back that are red and swollen from just that little dead b*****d's stinger even grazing me!
I hate having to use Epi-pens.. those emergency bee sting injections that you jab hard into your thigh- and only your thigh- to keep from going into shock if stung. Yes- I had to use that- well, Debbie jabbed me. I had the shakes for a few hours because that stuff is synthetic adrenaline! And I had to take strong antihistamines to stop allergic reaction which made me sleepy-nice combination right? UGH!
Now I have to take more damned steroids for 5 days to keep from having more asthma problems... ALL BECAUSE OF A 1/2INCH F--KING BEE! Steroids make you want to eat and drink all the time, and if I am not careful I can gain 5 pounds or more in the next week. All because of that f--king bee!
Oh, and did I mention that Epi-pens make me HYPER MANIC?
So, let me summarize: Bee stings can kill me within minutes of being stung! The cure is almost as bad as the sting, but at least I live but here are the side effects- Hyper mania for at least hours because of the epi pen injection, 5 days of steroids which make my appetite almost insatiable and thirst unquenchable, and the need for megadoses of antihistamines to stop the itch from the site where I was stung and to keep me from having other allergic symptoms.
Sorry, now you know why I hate bees? And why I got A's in school- B's just wouldn't do... lol! rofl

Oh man! That really stings! Just recently, I found out that I'm allergic to seafood but at least I can steer clear of eating those things. Instead you have bees chasing after you! Glad that you manage to pull through it all though.
