Once again guys, I am SO SORRY for my part in this. I certainly didn't do things right in the right order, especially when I was in blind panic mode. I was hoping that things would right themselves in the end once I stepped out and set things back to their old patterns -- it might be a step back from what you guys had gotten used to, but it would at least have given the shop a chance to recover.
I'm sorry ALL of you got involved in this, and I'm going to try and do my best to make up for it here, even if I can't do anything about what happened over there without stirring up things even worse.
I love you all.

Mind, love, no one is blaming you for what happened here. You did what you did to try to protect the shop from exactly what just happened and when Sirenz started to panic, you tried to calm her down and explain things in private. When thinks didn't work out, you very graciously resigned, apologized for what happened, and left without causing a further stir. What followed was in no way, shape, or form your fault. You are just as much a victim in this as the rest of the shopgoers.
We all love you and support you, and we can't wait to see everything you have planned for Sanctuary come to be. heart

Mind, there is no need for you to apologize. Meeki put it right. You were the best thing to happen to that shop in forever. I know that I am definitely interested and invested in seeing your management at the head of a new shop where the lines aren't owned by such a volatile personality.

And for me, this is kind of a, "Ding, dong, the witch is dead," type deal. That place has caused me nothing but misery over the years, but I continued there simply because I had no where else on Gaia to go.

Mind, sweetheart... you did your absolute best. You were a fair and just staff member, who cared about the community and the customers. What happened was nothing to do with you, and not your fault in the least.
It was... an emotional trainwreck that resisted all attempts at drawing it to a close peacefully. What happened at Soq doesn't reflect badly on you in any way, and those of us who have followed you here to Sanc are still eager to see whatever you have planned!
Please take care, and don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing a great job and are a great person.

I fail to see where you were in the wrong Mind. What occurred was basically the actions of a petulant, spoiled child.
You are as much a victim as anyone else and nobody is blaming you. You did no wrong and in the end it broke down to a child's tantrum at an adult being a responsible adult or at a poor businessman disagreeing with the will of the customer base. In short, Terrible Customer Service.
I'll back you 100% sweetie. In all my experiences with you, you've been a good person. If you need my help with anything, Nyoko has my AIM and you are welcome to it, as well as my Skype. I'm here if you need a shoulder, help, anything. Just know you are wanted, cared for, and loved by a lot of people and nobody will change that.

Stop Apologizing Mind, You and Mal and the other staff made Soquili worth being in. You all were the soul of the shop and she tore that soul out. She did this..not you or any of the others. Just. Her.
We love you and, if anything, are ever so grateful that you are willing to put the work and time into giving us a new home. I don't think that is something any of us can ever repay you for.

Mindsend, we aren't the closest of people so I viewed everything from a completely different perspective. I came here because these are the people I know, the people I trust, and they are the damned most welcoming bunch of that whole shop.
I, in no way, blame you for anything that has happened. I said my piece as calmly and as articulately as I could and I was still punished for it. sad
None of this would have happened if the matter had not been so public and remained so public. And that fault begins with the one who aired it out in the first place. Not you.
After being semi-active for the last year in the shop, I didn't get to see much of a difference with management. Instead, I came back to the biggest blow up compared to all the other ones that caused me to lower my activity in the past.
If anything, this has allowed us to set aside our difference. To see passed the past hurts and come together as a stronger community. And that I cherish more than anything else.

Mind, I agree with Zee, and Meeki...when she said you and Mal were the best things that's ever happened to that shop. When this all started, and she flamed you and made you out to be the villain, I knew right then and there who I'd follow.
Sirenz destroyed the shop; not you. We all love you very much and that's why we were defending you!^^ <333333 So don't apologize for something that was out of your hands, because what you've given us...this sanctuary...has made my spirits soar! Because of you we still have a home. <3
We don't talk, I know, but I'd back you 100% in anything!
