hi how can i get house on town 2?

i already go to npc taxi ship... on town 2... after i got to go the other town... when i want to live there i need to get permission... what this mean? does i need to wait several days to get that permission or what? ~_~lll i'm confused

You can either wait a while and the thread will lock by itself or you can edit the title to "Closed" . Hope this helps : D
