I was hacked by someone, I have submitted report but my ticket did not show. What to do now, my ancient katana was sold and gold was traded to someone else and I do not know to who....

You can go to your trade history and find out which account the hacker traded with. When you say that your ticket "did not show," could you be more clear?
Also, if you're still having this problem and Gaia HQ hasn't helped you yet, you can go here and check the progress of your tickets. Go ahead and look at that and report back here with what you find.
