Both times it is because i have been too lazy to go to school, and when i did, i barely did any work.

Do you mean a question about life, or academics? x: I'm assuming it's both, but hey, you said any question.
Questions:
What was or still is your favorite school Subject?
Were you in any clubs?
Did you take a language?
What would you like to do with your life? After all, degrees don't determine anything. They don't make you a better person, nor do they make people like you more. They're just.....there. All they are, are titles. Labels. "I've done what every star person is supposed to do! High school and College! I'm the norm!"
So to speak.

Honestly it is your choice whether or not you go to school (unless you are still in 12th grade or lower, then you have to go in most cases. Since some states will send the police after your butt if you are gone for more than a certain amount of time.) However not getting an quality education is only going to get you so far. And only so independent from family or other individuals. Many potential employers and contacts will most likely look down upon that aspect and choose not to hire you based on that.

So to speak. English. No, Norway does not have that kind of club system. I started teaching french, but the classmates in that class were all people i did not like. So to speak. If possible, i would like to become an actor. That's the general dream, or, "goal" if you wish.

I am fully aware of what you say, and i have been told enough times. Had i been able to, i would absolutely finish school. But i just can't.

It really depends with what you want to do with your life. Actor cool. But hard as hell to get into and start making money. I don't know how it works in Norway as it comes to acting or trades for that matter. I myself am in post weld heat treatment (please if you don't know what it is and want to know just google it) and most of the people haven't finished school. You can still get into a good trade and make tons of money without finishing school. Just depends if you can get into acting or are cool with being another hard hat. If yes go for it. If not finish school.
