There are cemetery of Lucy's Celestial Spirit Mage mother, Layla Heartfilia, but it's currently former cemetery. Use to be controlled by Lucy's father, Jude Hearfilia, but he went bankrupted and died in X791. Now it was controlled by Junelle Corporation.
