for zombie and Brad Pitt fans I was wondering when the trailer was coming out. I heard about it being filmed a while ago.

World War Z looks like somebody took the Skyrim 5k Cheese Roll and replaced the cheese with zombies and the Dragonborn with Brad Pitt. I thought WWZ specifically had shufflers, not runner/fallers...

World War Z did have shufflers. It was also more of a documentary type book and not anything like the trailer shows.

I won't lie...

I was more excited than I should have been when I saw that WWZ was going to become a movie.

After watching the trailer, I'm slightly more butthurt than I should be. Max Brooks, himself, hates Romero zombies. /:

I think with the way the book was written, it could have made an awesome movie. Something that could have revolutionized the mocumentary/zombie genre; imo, the book is the single greatest piece of zombie fiction ever. In any form of media.

Like I said...My buns are rather sore. /:
