If the ABP is drastically lower than the LBP, just wait a few days and it should even out. Sometimes that happens when all of the listings closer to ABP have been purchased, though if people were actually paying higher for the item, the ABP would go up :3 In the meantime, the exchange threads are certainly the way to go as you may be able to find someone there willing to sell you one for closer to ABP or a bit cheaper if you are patient.
