Dris waited for the beginning of the game, a hint of excitement sparkling in his eyes. He was about to start on his journey to find the snitch, but out of nowhere a bludger flew at him. He didn't have time to duck before it slammed him in the lower ribs. The Seeker wheezedb but pushed on, trying to ignore his pain as he searched the sky for the godforsaken snitch.

There it was! He spotted it... but it was really, really close to Melody. He furrowed his eyebrows and bolted off, hoping to catch up before the older Hufflepuff could catch the snitch.

Dris walked onto the pitch early, glad to be the first one out. He hadn't done his best last game, though he had had broken ribs to show for it. He really needed to work on dodging bludgers if he was going to keep this position. Sure, he could be healed magically, but that didn't mean it didn't hurt like a b***h. He started stretching out and sighed, breathing in the chilly spring air. He had a good feeling about today, even though he'd be facing off against another Seeker with more practice than him. He could absolutely do this!

Lena skipped onto the pitch, whistling a tv show theme song her dad liked. She had her hair tied into a nice braid and her glasses were hidden under sport-goggles her mom'd gotten for her over the summer. She still thought they made her look goofy, but she also didn't want to lose her glasses mid-game, nor wear the goggles that fogged up and blocked her vision. Oh well. Safety before fashion!
