The Captain threw hard, feinting toward the left, but throwing toward center. Once she threw, the teen said loudly, "Jacob Drage! No obscene gestures!" She sent him a knowing look, then turned back toward the goals. Gold eyes also watched Romy for a second, glad that Iris had saved him from the iron cannonball.

Ada avoided the steal attempt from Remy with ease, once again noting how nice it was to be so small, at least in this context. Avoiding steals was a breeze when you were so tiny they couldn't catch you. She smiled. This might actually get her over her height issues. She'd finally found one area where her size was an advantage. She laughed a bit at the thought, her eyes on the goal, keeping tabs on her opponents and teammates, readying to make a shot.

Adalaide evaded another steal attempt from Remy, and couldn't help but wonder what was up with her. She seemed... off. Ada had seen her play before, she was good. But today she seemed frustrated. Her movements were erratic, jerky. It was unusual. She sighed a bit, hoping everything was alright with the older girl, and barreled down the last bit of field towards the goal. When she approached, she took a deep breath and made her shot, hoping beyond all hope that it would go in.
