Honestly, the straight jacket one is one that I found really, really horrible.
The rest are just bad designs.

Those food related costumes are the laziest thing I've ever seen. They're really just bad novelty dresses. Sexy Ursula doesn't seem so terrible now.

Some of them weren't that bad,but some were just plain stupid.

bert and ernie, plug and outlet, peanut butter and jelly, etc -- found many more but i scratched them from memory
