So Starting Today I will be on a strict regimen of Diet and Exercise. pirate FYI Im going to be sponsered my a Local Pub in my area to train and fight MMA. So this plan is necessary. So I have officially quit smoking cigarettes(It was sooo Hard to do) and Have began running a half a mile everyday (to start out)

Hardcore Rich Franklin Diet Plan
Every morning your breakfast should consist of 2 Egg whites (only) 2 Pieces of whole wheat toast.(only butter..I cant believe its not butter preferably)
This provides energy throughout the day..
The Key to this diet is eating six times a day ( You will get tired of eating) rofl If on the go 1 meal a day can be supplemented with a Protien Bar of your choice.( I suggest this be very high in protein count around 22g otherwise you will want to munch something else)
Space the six meals (this includes the egg white breakfast throughout the day) If you are a normal person This should be spaced evenly every 2 to 3 hrs a day xd
Each meal (excluding Breakfast and Protein Bar) Consists of 3 parts. Protein..Starches..Greens. You will need to measure 3oz of Protein...1/4 cup of Starches..And 1 cup of Greens.
Hint: If you prep your meals in the morning(make enough for your meals during the day...and put them in containers) This saves you alot of time cooking for every meal.
YOU WILL SEE RESULTS IN 3-4 WEEKS!!!
After 2 weeks of sticking strictly to the diet..You will be allowed a free day ONCE every 2 weeks(This means eat what you want) I suggest dont go crazy and try to keep up small portions at multiple times during the day.
After a month or 2 Your free days can be upped to 1 per week
