If you go to Indiana's state fair this year, then here is just a selection of the yummies you can sample: *Deep-fried Snickers bars *Deep-fried butter  *Deep-fried M&Ms *Deep-fried bubblegum  No idea what that stuff tastes like. Deep-fried cookie dough is plenty good enough for me.  (That's my bf's hand. He chose the deep-fried cookie dough, because he said that of all the choices, that one seemed the most "normal".) Deep-fried cookie dough is awesome yummies. It's like a particularly sweet donut. Wish I could share it with y'all. It's ok so long as we don't eat like that every day, lol.

I love deep-frying things. It brings back happy memories of fourth of July with my friends. And it of course it tastes amazing. I love deep fried Oreos and funnel cake.

I tasted some of it, that was awesome too. It was all awesome. gonk ALL OF IT, awesome. By googling "deep fried cookie dough" I found a couple recipes [ 1] [ 2], but they are both fairly different and I don't know which would be best to try first. Because YEAH, I wanna make them at home too. lol. (But I would just use pre-prepared cookie dough rather than making my own.)

and wtf! deep-fried bubblegum and M&Ms? x.x My greatest regret about my day at the fair is that I didn't try the deep-fried bubblegum. The sun was getting to me and so were the sweets I'd already eaten; I just didn't have the energy to try anything else like that. gonk

Heh, special food for a special day! Though I also felt ill at the very thought of deep-fried butter. But I saw with my own eyes that people were ordering the butter, so maybe I missed something great there too. lol.

Pudding Raven That sounds so terrible and wonderful all at the same time. D; WANT. In the not-deep-fried category, they also had "donut burgers", that is, hamburger sandwiches with the bun replaced by donuts (or two halves of a donut; I didn't look too closely). That one straightup terrified me.
