Okay so there's this girl that I know that I strongly have a thing for. I mean I honestly want to ask her out but i'm kinda scared. I've never asked a girl out before they've always asked me and... I don't know if she's gay T.T We talk all the time and I know she's single but... If things go south I don't want what we currently have to end. You know? Thoughts?

Just ask her straight out if she's interested, and if she is, ask her out. Don't make a big thing out of it. if she says no, then thats it XP
theres no need for things to go south just because you're attracted to her and you let her know. you can still be friends.

It can't be that easy >.< what if I ask her if she's interested then she realizes im a lezzie and she keeps her distance from me at that point T.T

The only things I can think of to help you is take a risk or see if someone you know is will to try and find out what you want to know. Sorry I can't help you anymore then that.

Perhaps you can pry a bit. I remember when I was at the experimental age, if I suspected one of my friends was like that, I would just ask them their preferences and tell them mine. If they aren't like that, at least you knew before you found out the hard way.

I'm a very paranoid person and i kind of plan for everything. I just don't want things to go south with her. She's sweet, caring, fun, down to earth, and it doesn't hurt that she's a looker.

With how you just described her, the direct approach seems to fit best. Just ask her and see what happens. If it's a yes, Awesome. If it's a no, then that's that, and in the off chance that she avoids you for said reason then she's not the type of person you saw her as and possibly not someone you should be around anyways. (it seems a bit harsh, but still..)

Omg thank you guys for your support. I called her and talked to her for a bit and hinted towards it then she asked if i was going to ask her out. I told her yes and she said she didn't know if she was that way... BUT SHE SAID SHE'D LIKE TO TRY IT WITH ME ONCE BECAUSE OF HOW SWEET I AM TO HER! WOO!!!!!!
