Name-Karen "Kerry" Dawns
Age-21
Data-"Kerry" grew up in a government-ran orphanage, that also acted like a school/training facility. Her life was pretty uneventful, except for the illness that prevented her from walking. She had to be given cybotic parts, her brain encapsulated into a hard metal shell. Now, although she looks perfectly human, Karen's body is all one large robot ran by her organic brain. Her right arm and legs are still metallic, as the project had moved on to different applications for the cyborg project, so the young cop wears gloves and boots when she's off duty, though when in uniform she doesn't hide what she is. Aloof and focused during business, Karen loves hanging out with her buddies and is often the first to get tipsy in the bars.

Data : Luna resides in the mountains watching over people and the day. She protects the lanbds and goes to those she thinks need help. She does have a human form but it is very limited in time. It also takes an enormous amount of energy to keep it going. Things changed as soon as she crossed over into new teritory. It was a mistake in honesty, but now she's here and it's not a good feeling.

(It's okay...though I imagined you'd stay a dragon ^^; ah well, makes more sense...) Karen came up to the spot, where a crowd of people were surrounding something. "Move it, you're blocking the road! What's the problem here?" she called out. Listening to the various murmurs, the cyborg took a few people to the side and questioned them. Apparently a giant monster had crash-landed, or just fell from the sky, and now there was a person from out of nowhere. It was a worse part of town, and while Karen looked skeptical she didn't say anything. Pushing gently through the crowd...her inorganic body was hardier than these people and she didn't want to hurt anyone...Karen made her way to the turning person. "Hello...you seem confused. Is there anything you can tell me?" Karen asked the person, obviously female, in a calm and slow voice, blue-green eyes ready to react if the person seemed violent. She had her hands up in a soothing gesture, the sun glinting off the dull metal of her right hand.(Myapologies, I had forgotten the second quote marks for the quote thingy...here) [quote="Miera42"][/quote]

(I imagine dragons having a human form so she can change) Luna looked at a female talking to her. People were everywhere and they weren't her people. "What can I tell you?" her eyes darkened how could a mortal being talk to her this way? "What can you tell me? Speak in a more refined tone child." There was no way a human would speak to her that way. She was a higher being. "Where am I?"

(Like I said, it's fine and would make more sense...be easier to deal with her as a 'human' than a metal dragon XD) Karen raised a ravenwing brow, not liking this woman's tone. Turning around to push the people away from the naked form, Karen took her coat off and came back towards Luna, flipping her badge so the woman's presumably know the cyborg was authority. "Not so certain I like that tone, but you're a civvie so..." Karen shrugged, tossing the coat towards Luna and eyeing the woman, who looked maybe a few years older than the 'borg, with misgiving. "I asked you first, 'cuz you are the apparent stranger here. But as a possibly amnesic person, I'll oblige." Standing there with her arms crossed, in her simple black tanktop, it was obvious her arm was different as the metal gleamed until half of her upper arm was skin, the metal below shaped like the cords and muscles of a human being, as seen under skin though with a bit more definition than if there WAS a layer of skin and fat covering them. People whispered, and Karen turned her head and blew another bubble as she frowned, the crowd quickly clearing. Sighing, Karen returned her calm blue gaze to Luna. "I got reports of a monster terrorizing the place, had to come take a look. And I find you, buck naked, in the middle of a slight crater. Now you tell me; where are you from, that you...for all intents and purposes...are this "monster" scaring the sh*t out of people, in lower Darnoby?" the cyborg wanted to know, doing quotation marks in the air with her fingers at 'monster'. "And don't try to lie...I can tell when people lie to me."

Luna let out a small growl. She didn't know what this girl was going on about. "I'm lost." What was a civvie? She didn't understand this females language. "My name is Luna. I'm not from around here." beckoning toward her body Luna snapped a quick answer, "Do I look like a monster to you?" air was good she had been sent to her human form or she would have a lot more to explain. What means did this girl think she had on her? She fluffed her white hair cursing lightly in dragon language. Humans were so snobby now a days. "I am not some monster. I merely got lost and can't find my way back." Luna wasn't good with lies but her fierce eyes didn't dwindle as she spoke. She wouldn't back down to some girl human ever. This wasn't some game and it seemed she was trapped in another dimension almost. She tried to piece it all together but it got lumped and mixed up. Things were odd around here. "There's nothing to see back off." She snapped at the others around her. One by one they slowly started to disappear. Her mood was foul.

(...) Karen's face didn't change as she listened and watched, blowing her bubblegum and popping it in her mouth. Her eyes were focused on this "Luna", watching the woman's face as she messed with white hair. Either it's natural, or someone does some good rootwork... she thought, face calm and unyielding. "No need to get testy, they're already off. Not every day people get to see a whacko with white hair. Put on the jacket, please, Luna...nudity's a crime. You certainly are not from around here...but that line about getting lost is a load of bull. Even cityskirters know about Darnoby...and to avoid it. Just be glad someone thought to call the police before you found youself in a gutter missing body pieces," the young cop told Luna firmly, voice cool. This woman was getting on her nerves, thinking she was "all that". "I need to take a scan before taking you in. Your speech alone doesn't garner you any brownie points, and it is within law as one of its officers for me to use physical force if you resist at this point. You have been warned." Taking a fist-sized oval from her belt, Karen took a few steps towards Luna and fiddled with it. Twisting the seamless thing, the top moved up and a light green gridded light came out from the bright almost crystalline middle. Then a square...also gridded...appeared above and Karen pursed her lips at the information displayed in tiny characters she could easily read that others found difficult...hooray for magnifying vision. That done, she closed the smooth oval, the lights disappeared and Karen took another step towards Luna. "If you would follow me, please, we can get you to HQ...get you some clothes, if nothing else." Karen's tone was cool, calm...professional and business-like as she stared at Luna and waited with a gesture to the motorcycle that had settled down on the ground from not being used for so long.
