They need to add the word "excessive" or "persistent" next to annoyance & offence... but then that should be classed as harassment anyway and would be redundant.

So it'll be illegal to use swearsies and sexual puns on the internet in Arizona? Trolling died in 2008 anyways.

Exactly how do they plan on tracking down perps on this one? Not everybody was foolish enough to make all their information public via Facebook.
