Cuz she was having morning sickness at work and was 1 MINUTE late clocking in she got fired.

There are some real dicks out there who run businesses. It sucks I know, but I'd have your friend take it up with HR or see if there is any legal actions she can take over that.

If she was there in the building and they knew she was pregnant, she's got a case. She better get hreself a GOOD lawyer, though. Companies do NOT like paying out for these sorts of mistakes and they'll do anything to avoid it.
