Blame the lazy people of RAWR, i mean come on guys what is the point of having events if you guys are not even going to participate in them, its like all you guys care about are avi & tektek contest, hell half of you dont even participate in raids anymore. that ok though s**t is gonna change when i post an announcement tomorrow!! mrgreen

I would be willing to do the events, it's just that I haven't been feeling the mood. Also, the raids are on when I am unable to be on.

Its ok not to be into some of the events, not saying everyone should participate in every event, im saying more people should participate in every other event or at least try to, i know that feeling when you dont feel like doing anything, so i dont judge you. smile

You know what else? Starting THIS month.... right here, I expect EACH Vice Captain to make an announcement hosting an event at least once a month or expect to get your VC status stripped. I gave you people the ability to make announcements for a reason. USE IT OR LOSE IT!!
For the crew? Ya... I'm looking at you too. I've got like 30 crew members in a dead guild. You guys better host an event in the forums once a month.... host it, get a promotion so that next time you can send an announcement about it..... don't host, get stripped.
Want to be crew? Host something in the forums, an art contest, something simple.... start a new game..... If it's successful, I'll upgrade you into the crew.
An "event" would be (but not limited to): a get-together in towns, rally, zomg, pinball. Maybe a raid, soccer game, competition to a high score, hide and seek, or just a call to hang out together. Anything that brings RAWR together as a community would be considered as an event.
Events in the forums might be an avi contest, art contest, new game such as "destroy a wish", new hangout thread, word game, etc. If you can imagine it, do it.
To be promoted from a normal member into the crew, the event has to be SUCCESSFUL. To STAY in crew or VC, the event can be a flop. You'll keep your position just as long as you try. Nothing from you in a month's time will earn you a demotion.
What is "successful"? Your VC / Captain will be the ultimate judge but a thread with more than a page of people interacting should do it. (A random page of "So I did THIS today" will not classify as an event. It's got to be a game or contest to be considered).
Ok, so I was looking right...... I found I have a VC who last posted in MARCH of last year.... another that was MAY.... ..... .... .. .. .. SERIOUSLY?????
So I'm going to demote some inactive crew and VCs... don't take it personal if you get demoted, just be more active in the future and you'll get right back to where you were before..... Also, look on the bright side because I've already kicked 30 people out of the guild and will probably kick some more before the night is over.
call it a new year's resolution maybe..... idc....
I'm going to PM this post to all VC's and crew members so that there's no confusion on what I am expecting of people starting in the month of January here.

You posted, have posted. You should be fine. If we delete you by accident, please come back to RAWR and click "join now" in the top right hand corner. The guild is set to "auto-accept" so that's all that it takes to get back into RAWR. Again, to everyone who gets deleted on accident, please don't take it personal and please join us again. We enjoy having everyone with us that wants to be here.
