[ Setting Information/Background ]
The undead have risen, ruled over by the Daywalker, a vampire powerful enough to survive the power of the sun. Ressurected from his ancient slumber by a foolish necromancer cult, he has laid claim to the world and is slowly reverting it to the way it was before the coming of the gods and goddesses. The Daywalker's armies have slowly conquered some of the continent, the areas under his control frozen in a perpetual night, nothing survives save for the undead and the mosses and fungi able. The sun never rises, the moon cycles through its phases constantly. The power of the gods and goddesses cannot pierce the veil of night, as much has been said by the highest ranking followers of the gods.
There seems to be no hope for the world, then, the gods and goddesses proclaim to have a way to defeat the Daywalker. Idols of them, filled with their power, have been scattered all over the continent, hidden from all. The idols, when together and before the Daywalker, have the power to weaken him and send him back to his slumber.
[ Game Introduction/Plot ]
The Daywalker has conquered part of the continent already, the land there slowly dying under its power. The Kingdom of Asindar has called for heroes and villains alike to end the Daywalkers reign. 'Find the idols and silence this menance once and for all!' was the proclomation given by the King of Asindar.

1] I am willing to make compromises when it comes to things like racial bonuses or the like, as well as skills. If you want to change something, give me a good argument as to why and make it balance out, then you'll probably get it.
