Has Memphis been removed?

Memphis is gone from Phin and Phang.
There is a proposal to try and bring her back. proposal link

So far, she's in the shop, but if you try to buy her with Gaia Cash, you get an error. If you look at the listings in the Marketplace it says "Not available in stores."

Memphis is one of the only fish you can get that lasts a decent amount of time and was reasonably priced. stare

According to Pan, it's a glitch, and they closed Phin Phang in order to get it working again.
