Has anyone ever done a Modern Fantasy Dungeons and Dragons?
Like you still use the fighter, Ranger, Wizard and such but it's in a modern Setting. Almost like the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series.

Actually yes. I know a person who ran a short lived science fiction based campaign using the Arcana rules to implement magic and other races.

My character was a Drow professor of Hermetic studies. His familiar was the only thing in that campaign to get experience ><

This is a pretty clear description of the Urban Arcana setting for d20 Modern. I also saw a guy who homebrewed Star Frontiers rules for dnd4e

I've played Urban Arcana. I'm thinking solely DND Rules in a modern World.

Has there been a Star Wars: Revised Core Rulebook Edition Game in the guild?

Look into D20 modern, use it in conjunction with 3.5 D&D and you could do it easy ^_^

You mean Saga edition?

Not Saga. Saga is the 4e version for them.
The Revised Core Rules edition is like 3.5

Oh, haven't played that one. I'd be interested but all I have is the Saga books.

if you want the pdf's, download them from here.Star Wars D20 Folder.
The Main one's I use are the Hero's Guide, the Revised Core Rulebook, the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, and the Ultimate Alien Anthology

If someone wants to teach me the nuances of the Saga Edition I'll be happy to learn.

Revised is the book I have. I'd love to check out Saga edition, but I've never seen it.

For what it's worth, this type of game is known as Arcanepunk.

Darlin, Eberron is the Arcanepunk. Starwars is purely Science-fiction, with some religious philosophy included as the Force.

I've heard Star Wars described as heroic fantasy IN SPACE. Science Fiction is iffy, as science or its advances doesn't really impact the story, nor is it described scientifically. It's classic heroic fantasy tropes, only some characters are robots and the next kingdom over happens to be on another planet. Hence why it's so easy to replace "The Force" with "a dragon" and you get Eragon.

That wiki page is a bit sloppy, I prefer DungeonPunk
