Where can i get Dream Avatar opinions? (A)

This has probably been answered before but im gonna ask anyway. I don't want to get into trouble if i don't. Where would i post dream avatars i made? And where would i be able to talk to other people who like to make them and get there opinion as well as provide mine? I looked in the art place but i didn't see anything specific and didn't know if anyone would consider it art anyway....

You're referring to the Avatar Talk forum. There, you can rate other avatars, have them rate yours, and ... well ... talk about avatars, in general. blaugh Good luck!
