Run!"⇨ "not sure why" he said as he tried to hang on "i certanly haven't done anything to provoke them ... lately"he said as the shaking stoped "well ... we've landed" he said as there was a knock on the door. as he walked slowly to the door he opened it a crack "yes?" he said as the door was pushed open to see an old woman with two councel members "well ... you took your time getting here" she said as the Doctor scratched his head "what exactly are we late for?" he asked her as she laughed "the Gathering ... also known as the presidential election ... chances are you'll get elected again but this time try and stay put" she said as the Doctor chuckled nervously "mom ... you know me ... i dont like to stay in one place at a time ... or in the time zone for too long" ⇦"bowties are cool ... so are fezes"

Run!"⇨ "i nominated myself durng my fourth regeneration to prove i didn't murder the previous president ... basicly ... the councel pushed me to do it ... three more times" he said as he steped out "and yes we remember the Time War ... but somehow no evedence of it is in the Matrix" she said as the Doctor stoped "so ... no one died?" he said as he looked at his sister "so ... everyone's is back?" he asked "well Rasalon's still in the Dead Zone ... but yes ... everyone who was still alive before the war started is" ⇦"bowties are cool ... so are fezes"
