Hi!!
I really can't help you since I am also learning Japanese. However, here are two references that I think can help you. If you have an Ipod touch download the app Human Japanese. It's helpful and I use it myself. In terms of helping the Japanese learn English try this website: mylanguageexchange. You choose the language you want to learn; make a profile; and in a couple of days someone will email you. This way you can learn the language while they learn yours!!!

Already did both. I didn't learn anything new (except for stuff about mos burger) from that app. The best I've been able to find is https://www.erin.ne.jp/en/ .
